Isaac VS Cassew

Isaac and Cassew stared at each other, both in fighting stances. Cassew had a serious expression on his face, with a bit of sadness hidden right under. Isaac however wore a vibrant smile as excitement flooded through his body and mind, he had never had a real fight, only spars.

Both warriors stared each other down with strikingly different emotions in their hearts. After a moment, the battle began.

Isaac took the offensive, lunging forward at Cassew using one of the Ox School's signature moves, Ox Style Rush. The arms were kept folded and hands placed at the front of the head, then when you reached your opponent you would unfurl your arms, pushing them down with great power.

However, being the inventor of this move, Cassew quickly saw through the attack and easily dodged. Having been avoided, Isaac needed a moment to recover, Cassew knew this and promptly went for a counterattack. A flying kick connected with Isaac's back and he was thrown to the ground. He yelled out from the sudden attack.

"Agh!"

Cassew then flipped backwards to avoid a counterattack from his opponent.

Isaac quickly rose from the ground, a bit of pain in his back. He immediately got back into his fighting position. This time, Cassew lunged Isaac. With Isaac on defense he prepared to block the old man's attack. Their fists connected, a successful block. However instead of fleeing, Cassew stood his ground and began assaulting Isaac with a barrage of fists. Fists collided over and over again as all the attacks were blocked. The onslaught was beginning to tire them both out so Cassew ended it with a sudden dodge downwards. He swept Isaac's feet with his leg, then as he was tripped up in the air, kicked him straight in the chest.

Isaac was launched back until he collided with a wall. Getting back up, Isaac's mind raced.

'Grandpa knows every technique I can possibly throw at him, what am I supposed to do?'

After a moment more of thinking he decided he'd have to improvise moves if he wanted to win. He immediately lunged Cassew once again but this time he jumped into the air and attempted a flying kick. Cassew easily blocked this by grabbing both of Isaac's feet. Before Cassew could use this advantage, he made it his own. Flipping himself back while still being held, he used his flexibility to launch both his fists behind himself at Cassew's stomach.

The sudden blow caused Cassew to release his grip. Isaac immediately grabbed onto Cassew's stationary arms and used them as leverage to swing kick into his stomach, causing him to fly back. Before he could recover, Isaac rushed forward and began striking blow after blow on Cassew. This barrage continued for awhile, eventually however, Cassew was able to counterattack, striking Isaac's stomach with great force. Now Cassew had the advantage. He took this advantage and began striking away at Isaac. Then after a moment, launched him backwards with a kick.

This was not the end of his attack however, he quickly sped forward to the beaten Isaac. An onslaught of kicks was landed on his back, Cassew then kicked him forward into the nearby wall. Once again, Cassew led a barrage of kicks into him, the attack kept Isaac pinned to the wall.

As pain flooded through Isaac's body, it seemed he would lose. He needed to calm down and find an opening to counterattack. With kick after kick striking his body, it was hard to calm down. But as he tried, he felt something, something familiar, something he had been trying to draw out his entire life.

'Is this finally it?!'

Isaac's body suddenly glowed a bright white light, he had drawn out his ki! A small explosion of ki launched out of his body, blasting Cassew away. Confusion entered his mind but he had no time to think about this situation as Isaac rushed him with new blinding speeds. Cassew failed to block it due to its immense speed and was struck in his chest. Surprise surfed his mind as he felt the power of the strike, Isaac had suddenly become stronger.

Isaac continued attacking, Cassew was unable to do anything against the attack. Isaac then launched him upwards with an uppercut and prepared to end the battle.

He placed both hands to his side and began drawing ki out into them. As he did, yellow ki orbs manifested in his hands. The orbs grew and grew until they wouldn't anymore. Isaac quickly unfurled his arms, his hands being placed right in front of him. Both orbs combined into one and Isaac launched his first beam attack ever. The yellow beam illuminated the courtyard as it bulleted through the air. Cassew smiled as the attack neared him, he didn't know what this power was, but he was happy his prized disciple was able to reach it. It struck Cassew, knocking him out cold.

Isaac fell onto the ground, tired. He had went too far with that beam attack and was drained entirely of his ki. After a moment, he fell unconscious.
