Nine months later, planet Shura.

The sound of battle kept echoing… A small figure and a gigantic panda-like beast were fighting hand to hand in the air in a mutual exchange.

After a few exchanges, the two separated and looked at each other solemnly.

The small figure adopted a strange posture; having his hands cupped and drawn to his side, he concentrated his Ki into a single point between his hands.

"Ka-me-ha-me"

A whitish-green ball of energy began to form in his palms. Sweat could be seen on Luffa's face, which was a sign of enormous concentration.

The panda saw what Luffa was trying to do, and it also started forming a ball of Ki to counter the attack.

Suddenly, Luffa disappeared from his spot and appeared right in front of the giant panda, who looked surprised.

"HA!"

He pushed his hands forward to emit a powerful beam of energy.

"GHAAAAA!"

The panda turned into dust from the impact with the Kamehameha; it did not even have time to launch its attack.

During these past nine months, the essential gain Luffa made was not only the increase of his Power Level, but also his control over it.

The planet Shura was supposed to be low level, but it turned out not to be. The beasts can manifest their Ki to increase their attack power and can sense it too. After several fights, Luffa managed to master Ki Sense.

Another thing he did, was destroying the scouter; being spied on was not a pleasant feeling.

Luffa replicated some of the techniques he had seen before in Dragon Ball, such as Kamehameha and Kenzan… and managed to do it quite easily. The challenge was in the more advanced techniques, such as the instant transmission. The least he could do to succeed in this was to learn to feel the Ki of living beings. Now, Luffa could teleport within a 50 km range.

"There is nothing more for me to do on this planet"

Luffa returned to the cave on the cliff and went to get his spaceship; he would leave the planet Shura. Although he was not worried about his next destination, countless data of potential planets to conquer in the future were registered in the space pod.

Once inside, Luffa looked for a specific planet with the coordinates 9045XY.

The space pod took off at lightning speed, destroying the cliff where Luffa's home was. The planet Shura was quickly left behind and became a small light point, disappearing.
