Early Morning Training started with warm up jogging to an island's milk depository the island had population of 300 Alex started to do milk delivery while skipping then zig zaging around trees climbing mountain to walking over a cliff on a log then through a dessert and over a waterfall and then running with a T-rex behind them

After all of the delivery

''Finally*huff* done it''Alex was lying on his back huffing while Krillin was still seemed to be full of energy "now let's start mid-morning training '' he heard master Roshi saying

Mid Morning training started with plowing the field bare handed 'fuck my finger nails are coming off ' Alex thought while plowing the field then he looked at master Roshi resting with a farmer after a few hours they were done with training

Then they were allowed a break for a few hours and a breakfast

The End morning training which is learning to read and write he never learn Japanese before but since he can speak the language it wasn't that hard to pick up

The only problem is the book itself Bob and Margaret

Early Afternoon training started at construction site at least they were given tools to work with

This training involved shoveling through rock and dirt, and unloading and wheel barreling rock and debris over the next few hours it was training at the same time earning some pocket money

Mid-afternoon training consist of swimming in a lake for 10 laps it would have been easy if the lake wasn't

Infested with sharks once 10 laps finished then it was time for evening training

Evening training

''Hey Master Roshi how about I sit this one out I think I already mastered it '' Krillin said trying to avoid this part of training ''no can do Krillin this is very important training to increase your perception and reflexes even if you have mastered it, it will still benefit you ''master Roshi said as he tied krillin and Alex to a tree then the training started it was to dodge angry killer bees aggravated by Master Roshi by hitting the hive with his cane then running into bushes Krillin was able to dodge most of the bee's but Alex couldn't dodge and was still stung by majority of them

After training

''Judging by the number of bees that stung you guys ,your training is still incomplete ''master Roshi said as he looked at Krillin and Alex who were stung by the killer bees then the day's training finished as they went back inside
