Planet Stoicheio's Greatest Prodigy

Phoenix burst-dashed towards Lemodraft, the water beneath her body turning white with her speed. Lemodraft prepared for impact, immediately going into a blocking position. Phoenix punched him, creating a shockwave. She repeatedly punched him, and each punch forced him back further. Lemodraft deflected her punch, and performed a kiai, hitting her in the chin and making her stagger.

Undeterred by the kiai, Phoenix quickly regained her footing, displaying her resilience. She retaliated with a series of swift and precise kicks aimed at Lemodraft's midsection. Her strikes connected with impressive force, causing him to double over in pain.

Using the opening she created, Phoenix followed up with a spinning kick, aiming for Lemodraft's head. However, he managed to react just in time, blocking the attack with his forearm and countering with a powerful knee strike to Phoenix's abdomen. The impact momentarily knocked the wind out of her, forcing her to take a step back to recover.

Realizing the intensity of the battle, both fighters knew they had to dig deeper. Phoenix surrounded her fists with fire as she unleashed a barrage of rapid punches, each strike infused with her ripping hot ki. Lemodraft evaded some of the blows with agile footwork, but a few managed to land, leaving burn marks on his body and outfit.

In a display of strength and determination, Lemodraft turned his aura on, jumping back into the fight. With a sudden burst of speed, he closed the distance between them and delivered a devastating uppercut, launching Phoenix into the air. However, she quickly recovered, flipping mid-air and landing gracefully on her feet.

The fight continued with both combatants exchanging powerful blows, matching each other in skill and resilience. The air crackled with their energy, and the arena trembled with their clashes. It was a battle of endurance, strategy, and unwavering determination.

As the fight progressed, the outcome remained uncertain. Each fighter pushed themselves to their limits, refusing to back down. Baezel and company watched on, hoping that Lemodraft would fail so that he could get a good fight.

"It might be wrong to think this, but...is it okay that I kinda want him to fail?" Baezel whispered to Radichio.

"I think that it is. You're being selfish," he whispered back.

The arena reverberated with the echoes of their fierce exchanges. Phoenix and Lemodraft continued their relentless assault, their movements becoming more fluid and precise with each passing moment. Their fighting styles contrasted yet complemented each other, creating a mesmerizing spectacle for the spectators.

Phoenix, known for her agility and speed, utilized acrobatic maneuvers to evade Lemodraft's powerful strikes. She danced around him, delivering lightning-fast kicks and punches that tested his reflexes. Her fiery aura intensified, fueling her attacks with increased fervor.

Lemodraft, on the other hand, relied on his sheer strength and resilience. His body brimmed with water-based energy, enhancing his physical capabilities. With each blow he landed, a surge of water emanated from his strikes, adding an element of unpredictability to his attacks.

The clash of their contrasting techniques created an exhilarating back-and-forth battle. Phoenix launched herself into the air, executing a series of gravity-defying flips before descending towards Lemodraft with a spinning kick. Anticipating her move, he countered with a torrent of water, redirecting her trajectory mid-air.

Phoenix adapted swiftly, using her own energy to create a protective shield that shielded her from the incoming water. She landed gracefully, retaliating with a rapid succession of punches, each strike punctuated by bursts of flames. Lemodraft defended himself skillfully, weaving through her onslaught and countering with mighty blows of his own.

The intensity of the fight reached its peak as both fighters tapped into their reserves of power. Phoenix's yellow, orange and red flaming aura blazed with intensity, her flames growing more vibrant and consuming. She unleashed a devastating pillar of fire, evaporating the water nearby and forcing Lemodraft onto the defensive.

In response, Lemodraft created a large yellow ki shield with blue electricity, protecting him from Phoenix's embers With renewed determination, he surged forward, launching a ferocious assault of ki blasts.

The battle raged on, their energy and determination unwavering. Baezel and Radichio held their breath, witnessing a surprising level of skill, power, and resilience from Lemodraft. It was a testament to the indomitable spirit of both fighters, refusing to yield or give an inch.

As the dust settled and the clash raged on, it became evident that neither Phoenix nor Lemodraft would be emerging here as the clear victor. They stood face-to-face in front of each other, with their feet mere inches above the water, locked in a momentary stalemate, their gazes meeting with mutual respect and acknowledgment.

"This fight's going nowhere. No matter what we throw at each other, we'll never surpass each other," Phoenix complained.

"You're already a tad bit stronger than me," Lemodraft replied. Really, this is a battle of attrition rather than a battle to see who's stronger. And it's me."

"But you just said that you're a little bit weaker than me."

"Oh, I know. It's just that I have my own way to defeat you."

"Excuse me?" Phoenix said.

Lemodraft clenched his fists, and spread his feet. He started to yell, with the volume of his voice slowly increasing. His aura burst forth, and his hair started to glow bright. It bent downwards and lengthened, slowly reaching waist length. He let out one final yell, and unleashed his aura, which was now larger and had more electricity. Somehow, despite him normally not having access to the form, Lemodraft attained Super Saiyan 3. Just like when his father first attained it, it was long, fluffy and undetailed. His plumes of hair were large, thick and chunky, rather than consisting of multiple smaller, thinner hairs, which were showcased with Baezel's mastered version of Super Saiyan 3.

He now had both a strength and speed advantage over Phoenix, and he was prepared to abuse the shit out of it. He ran in a circle around Phoenix, performing the Zanzouken. Phoenix tried throwing fireballs at him, but every single one missed. She created a ring of fireballs around her body and hurled them at Lemodraft, but like with the fireballs beforehand, they all missed. She felt a sharp pain in her stomach, and looked down, only to see Lemodraft's fist, encased in a golden aura. He raised his fist upwards and slammed Phoenix into the shallow water, soaking her completely. Lemodraft rose up into the sky, and prepared to charge up an Android Flash. The purple ki sphere materialized in front of his hand, and he fired it into the water. It made a plopping sound when it dropped in the lake, then exploded with a pillar of purple light, splashing water everywhere.

"HEY! That's enough, you two! You're supposed to fight her, not kill her!" Baezel shouted, pointing a ki blast at them. He had enough of this, and was going to attempt t o get them back in line.

"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it, old man? For once, we're stronger than you. We're the strongest person here. So step the fuck off, Baezel. Before I dispose of you, too," Lemodraft said, pointing another Android Flash at his half-father. Disappointed that his own half-son would treat him like a child, he dissipated his ki blast, putting his hand down.

"Just make sure not to kill her..we're gonna try the God Ritual once you finish up."

"Understood, half-dad," Lemodraft said. Phoenix rose up from the water, holding her left arm. She was bruised, with some cuts as well. She expected them to be bloody, but it seems that the lake water was able to wash the blood off. Phoenix was barely conscious at this point, with how much damage Lemodraft's blast did to her. She panted, and held her head in pain.

Lemodraft observed Phoenix's weakened state with a smug expression, relishing in his newfound advantage. The power surge from his Super Saiyan 3 transformation had given him a significant edge, and he was determined to exploit it to the fullest.

"Feeling the pressure now, Phoenix? It seems your luck has run out," Lemodraft taunted, his voice dripping with arrogance.

Phoenix gritted her teeth, summoning the last reserves of her strength. She couldn't afford to give up, not when the fate of their world was at stake. Ignoring the pain coursing through her body, she forced herself to stand upright, her eyes filled with determination.

"Even at my weakest, I won't back down. I'll fight until my last breath," Phoenix declared, her voice trembling but resolute.

Lemodraft's laughter echoed through the battlefield. "You think your determination will save you? That's stupid!"

With lightning-fast speed, Lemodraft closed the distance between them, launching a series of lightning-infused punches and kicks. Each strike was met with a burst of fiery energy from Phoenix, attempting to defend herself. However, her weakened state made it difficult to match Lemodraft's onslaught.

Phoenix knew she couldn't rely solely on her physical strength. Focusing her ki, she summoned a vortex of flames around her, creating a defensive barrier. The searing flames clashed with Lemodraft's lightning-infused attacks, creating a spectacle of raw power.

As the battle raged on, the intense clash of their energies shook the surroundings, leaving destruction in its wake. Trees were uprooted, rocks were pulverized, and the very ground trembled beneath them. The spectacle caught the attention of onlookers, both amazed and fearful of the immense power on display.

Sensing an opportunity, Lemodraft charged up his ki, gathering an immense amount of energy within him. He unleashed a devastating Golden Makankosappo, aimed directly at Phoenix's weakened form. The drill-like beam hurtled toward her with blinding speed, threatening to deliver a finishing blow.

But just as the attack neared its target, Baezel fired a thin ki beam at Lemodraft's earrings, causing them to defuse. Phoenix dodged Lemodraft's attack, and it drilled through a rock instead of her chest.

Baezel stood before Lemogras and Draft, his eyes filled with a mixture of anger and disappointment. "Are you kidding me? I told you not to kill her, yet here you are firing a Makankosappo at her? What is WRONG WITH YOU?"

Draft's expression wavered for a moment, a flicker of doubt crossing his face. He glanced at Phoenix, who was barely hanging on, and realization slowly dawned on him. He had allowed his thirst for power to blind him, forgetting the purpose of their battle.

Regret filled his eyes as he sighed. "You're right. I...I got drunk off of power. I apologize."

Baezel approached Draft, placing a hand on his shoulder. "It's never too late to change, dude. I forgive you. Me and Radichio were the same way when we first fused."

Draft nodded, and the trio descended down to the ground. Baezel went over to check Phoenix's vitals by holding up his index and middle finger to her neck, and feeling for a pulse. Luckily, her heart was still beating. He breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that his half-son didn't kill someone.

"Alright, good news. She's still alive; her heart is still beating. But I'll need one of you to get her a Senzu to ensure her survival. Which of you are willing to go to Karin Tower and get a satchel of the beans?" Baezel asked.

"I'll do it," Lemogras offered. "Hopefully this will make up for me going too hard on her." He floated upwards, then burst his aura, blasting off towards Karin Tower. He got there rather quickly, and climbed up the pole. He got to the top of it, and grabbed onto one of the four open holes in the small building. He grabbed it with both hands, and climbed upwards, gaining access to the building. There were lots of things scattered about, such as a bed, a bathtub, pots, a paper divider, a desk, and black cabinets with a golden trim. Though, he knew this isn't where the funny cat was. He walked to the left side of the building and went up the stairs, finding the titular cat.

"Hey, Karin! Long time no see," Lemogras said, greeting him.

"Aye, it's Little L! What's up, man?" the cat replied. The two of them fist...er, paw, bumped.

"I need a couple of Senzu from you. We were sparring, and he got a little bit too damaged. Do you happen to have a bag with the beans in it?" he asked.

"No, but I can prepare one for you. One moment, please," Karin said to him. He went over to his pot of beans and took out 8, then poured them into a small leather satchel. He put a tie on it and threw it to Lemogras, who then caught it. "Thank you!" he said, as he flew off towards his father's house, with the bag of Senzu in hand.

"Took you long enough," Baezel said. Lemogras opened the bag of Senzu, and took out one bean. He knelt down to Phoenix's level and attempted to feed it to her, but felt a little bit uncomfortable opening Phoenix's mouth and feeding a bean to her, a woman he was half responsible for nearly killing. But he decided to do so anyway, it was the right thing to do. He opened her mouth and dropped the bean in there, then closed her mouth and sat her up so that she would swallow it.

Phoenix's wounds slowly disappeared, and she opened her dark blue eyes, blinking a few times first. She looked around, surrounded by Lemogras, Draft and Baezel. Angered upon seeing Lemogras, she quickly got up, cracked her back and did some stretches, then punched Lemogras in the nose.

"That was for nearly killing me. And THIS..." she said, as she elbowed Draft's gut and punched him to the ground, "was for trying to hit me with a drill attack."
