2 Mysterious Stranger! A cut in Family Ties!

"Natsumi, are you there?" a man's voice asked through the door but she was asleep and Nico was there instead. Nico headed over to the door and opened it and saw trunks standing there.

"Oh, is Natsumi here?" Trunks looked behind Nico to see if he could pinpoint her location.

"She's asleep right now." Nico looked down at Trunks' hands and saw a uniform from the Time Patrol but it was shredded and worn.

"I see, sorry. I interrupted." Trunks presented the old uniform in front of Nico, "This uniform belonged to one brave individual I had the honour to serve on the battlefield with his name was Tetsuya Leztier." Trunks looked down and continued on, "He was a proud Saiyan and while on a dangerous mission he was stabbed through the heart with a Ki blade." 

Trunks looked back up at Nico who was processing all of the information being thrown at him, "I'm sorry for your loss, please relay this information to your mother." Trunks handed the uniform to Nico and left.

Nico was standing there now all alone, thoughts running through his mind. Why did mom lie to me? My father was a saiyan? Is that why I was accepted to the School? I'm a Hybrid? 

All of these thoughts ceased when Nico heard movement behind him and it was his mother.

"Who was that at this hour?" Natsumi rubbed her eyes and yawned. 

"Mom?" Nico sounded betrayed and confused.

"What honey?" Nico turned around and Natsumi immediately recognized that outfit, she was now on high alert and awake. 

"Why did you lie to me?" Nico's voice changed from betrayal to anger.

"It was for your own good Nico!" Natsumi yelled at her son for the first time in years.

"Well... I don't need you!" Nico yelled back at Natsumi. He was betrayed, he trusted her, and she lied straight to his face. He was mad beyond belief but he still loved his mother but in his eyes right now, she was a lier and couldn't be trusted,

 "I'm gonna leave, don't follow me…" Nico walked out the door with his father's  outfit and slammed the door. 

Nico walked outside in the rain looking back on his house he felt untold rage. He walked away continuing to hold onto his fathers outfit, it was all white, had a scarf, some gloves and it was in the form of a gi. Nico decided to put it on, and it was a perfect fit. He looked down at his hands and saw a shadow behind him. Nico turned around and saw a purple demon looking thing. 

"Mira, did you find him?" A woman who also looked like a Demon floated down on a staff.

"Yes," Mira replied coldly. 

"Poor thing looks just like his father. Weak and helpless!" the woman laughed, "He stood no chance against my Mira!" the woman continued to laugh.

"You… you were the ones who killed him?" Nico's voice was shaking and he fell to his knees, "I'll never get to see him because of you…" 

The woman laughed harder. 

"You're just like him stupid and afraid!" 

Nico smirked all of a sudden, "Why are you smiling?" 

The woman stopped laughing.

"You have allowed me to bring vengeance to my father's killers by standing here." Nico got in a stance reminiscent of his father. It was like looking in a mirror for Mira. The rain pelted down on them and Nico's hair was flattened. 

"You wish to fight?" Mira looked perplexed at Nico, "but you are weak…" Mira got into his battle stance, "I don't understand."

"You don't have to understand me, you're just a monster!" Nico was feeling all sorts of emotions but the one that stood out was anger. 

Anger because he was lied to. Anger because he never got to know his father. Anger because he was weak!

"I'm no monster…" Mira's voice was cold and calculated.

Mira punched the air and a high pressure wind temporarily blinded Nico. Mira appeared in front of Nico, and he got a better look and the Monster, his ears were pointy, and his muscles were pronounced. 

Mira punched Nico and it made contact with his face. Nico was launched into a tree, the rain coming down fiercely as he flew through the sky. When Nico finally hit the tree his arm was punctured by a broken branch.

"AAAHHHHH!" Nico cried out in pain as his blood stained the outfit, and the rain beat down on his exposed skin. 

Nico looked up and saw Mira standing there motionless, "I guess this is what I get for being arrogant." Nico let off a laugh ripping his arm off the tree, "Dammit!" He felt an unspeakable pain. Nico stood back up and held his bleeding arm. 

"See. Just like your father, stupid and arrogant." The woman landed next to Nico and stabbed him in the middle with her staff, "Now none can save you.You're weak and will remain weak…" They started to walk away to wreak more havoc when Nico spoke up, the light fading from his white eyes.

"Where are you going?" Nico was struggling to stand and his senses slowly faded as he could no longer feel the rain on his skin.

"To kill your mother," the woman was honest with Nico as he would be dead soon anyhow. 

"My mother?" The two demons were turning into a blur as Nico was on his way to other world, "I don't thi-" Nico fell on the ground, mud covering his gloves as the rain slowly faded into silence. 

All Nico heard was the woman's laugh or so he thought. He passed out on the ground mud covering him as the earth made a tomb for him.

Natsumi watched as her son just left her, and she did nothing to stop him. It was just like her husband all over again, she did nothing and now she was all alone. She was understandably sad and torn apart when she heard a knock on the door. 

She rushed over hoping to see Nico but she was met with Mira. Mira punched Natsumi in the gut and she hit the wall. Natsumi looked up and threw up blood on her new carpet. Mira rushed in and punched Natsumi across the face; she was defenceless against all of this. 

"Say hi to your son for me," the woman's lips curled in a sinister smile.

"No need!" That's when Nico blew up the entrance to the house. 

The woman and Mira looked back and saw Nico but his white hair stood up on end and it was sharper, "I'll see you in hell!" Nico vanished and reappeared in front of Natsumi who opened her eyes slowly to see Tasuya standing in front of her or so she thought.

"Tasuya?" Natsumi called out to the figure in front of her and he responded.

"Nah it's me mom…" Nico didn't look back, all of his focus was on Mira who was confused.

Nico punched Mira out of the house and he landed in the mud. Nico vanished with Mira and he was now back in the rain blood being washed away as he stood on the cement. Looking down at Mira. Mira looked up and saw a white aura cover Nico's body and the rain bounce off his spiky hair. 

"First, you try to kill me…." Nico exhaled and the cold air caused by the rain caused a small cloud to escape his mouth, "Then you go after my mother?" Nico narrowed his eyes at Mira and walked closer to the sound of wet shoes accompanying him as he walked, "That is unforgivable…" 

Nico charged a beam point blank in front of Mira, "Die…" the beam shot off and it seemed like Mira was vaporised but the woman just swapped places with him, "Oh, you want to die instead?" The woman looked petrified and stared at Nico's dead eyes. 

"I don't feel like dying today." The woman tapped her staff and appeared next to Mira and they vanished. 

Nico powered down and fell on his knees. Nico looked up and saw his mom running over to him. He promptly fell out of reality and into the endless abyss of his mind. 

8 hours later Nico woke up in the hospital and his mother was beside him. He had on his normal clothes. He looked around and his mother was sleeping in a chair. The doctor walked in and greeted Nico, "Hello, do you know who you are?" The nurse asked politely and sincerely.

"I'm Nico and I don't remember what happened last night." Nico held his head with his hand, "I thought I died…" he blinked and checked his surroundings again. 

"You fought off a great evil last night." The nurse explained in detail what occurred according to what she heard from his mom.

"I see, thanks." Nico just thought about what she said.
