Leo is right, this guy is really a new cavalry captain. He used to be a ranger, but was recruited by the lord of Heaven Kings and became a cavalry captain. 

Many NPCs in Heaven Kings know Leo and his terror, such as Master Moorefield from the Alchemy Guild, who would rather find a place to hide than face Leo.

This new cavalry captain was already ostracized in Heaven Kings due to his lack of seniority. He was determined to complete this mission flawlessly, or at least not to disappoint the city lord. Therefore, he had decided to be ruthless on his way to the newbie Village.

However, the guy in front of him pointed out his weakness straightforwardly, which made the cavalry captain lose his temper. He wrapped his fighting spirit around his sword and attacked Leo again.

Leo dodged and stepped back several meters, then shook his head and said, "You are really a person who attacks without saying a word. Has no one ever taught you manners?"
