The final confrontation

Ava and Ember faced off against the dark sorcerer, his eyes blazing with malevolent intent. The air was thick with tension as the two forces clashed in a burst of magic and fire.

The sorcerer hurled a bolt of dark energy at Ava, but Ember intercepted it, her scales glowing with a fierce blue light. Ava retaliated with a blast of magic, but the sorcerer was too powerful, and he deflected it with ease.
