19 World of Redros

The Blood Sovereign System started listing all the information they collected from the library today and compartmentalized it according to Dracula's instructions.

And soon, the system started giving him detailed reports based on the priority and usefulness of the said knowledge with respect to Dracula's current situation.

The new world Dracula was reincarnated into was called Redros. Based on general information, it was 80% of the vampire sovereign's previous world in terms of size and perimeter.

In total, there were 9 Empires in the world that were basically the overlords of their territories. Each of them was led and ruled by a particular prominent species that served the Gods of this world.

Below the 9 empires, were 32 kingdoms. Although smaller in size compared to the former… These kingdoms were either subsidiary forces, vassals, had peace treaties or were neighbors of the 9 major empires.

Among them, only 11 kingdoms were completely independent and had no alliance with any of the neighboring empires. The Vampire Kingdom where Dracula was reincarnated being one of such free kingdoms.

The name of this vampire kingdom was Svalka. The kingdom itself was founded 5 thousand years ago.

Svalka kingdom was a neighbor to two different empires and one of them was Human Empire named Raymont Empire.

Raymont Empire served the Goddess of Light of this world called Elanoia and it was a Theocracy with the Church of Elanoia controlling the whole empire.

Behind the Svalka kingdom, two Kingdoms would be the next victim if the vampire kingdom fell. These two kingdoms were led by Orcs and a species called Harkels that had a hostile relationship with their kingdom since their respective establishment.

As for why the Vampire kingdom was behind others… there was a big reason for its downfall and why the Vampires of this world were very weak compared to Dracula's original world.

Unlike Dracula's previous world, the Gods here presented different aspects of reality and not the laws of creation.

There were a total of 18 Gods and Goddesses altogether. Each representing different things in existence.

All gods granted special powers and abilities to their respective empires and species of the empires and kingdoms that worshipped them. All one had to do was meet certain conditions and perform what one called Devotion Tasks and the institutions served that God would grant these individuals with abilities.

The God worshipped by the Svalka kingdom was called the Blood God.

But the Kingdom started weakening and its overall strength dwindled because the Blood God it served died 300 years ago for reasons unknown.

Although it seemed like a mystery, Dracula was certain it was the work of other Gods. Otherwise, a god wasn't that easy to kill because he too was on the verge of becoming a god himself.

But right after Dracula ran through this information in his head… his eyes wide opened and he spoke in an incredulous tone.

"That bastard Osmodius…" he said with a disdainful look.

"Looks like the God of Preservation gave me the Blood Sovereign System for a reason.

Maybe he played a part in sending me to this specific world and somehow knew about the gods who ceased to exist." Dracula spoke and continued in a grim tone.

"He knew I had mastered the Law of Slaughter.

And in this world, I can use my experience of the past life and with the help of the system…

He wants me to become the new Blood God."

Dracula spoke in a somber voice. But this wasn't a main issue at the moment so he moved to the next department.

In the following moment, he moved to the power structure of strength in Redros.

In this world, people didn't have classes or jobs even with the presence of magic.

Rather, they followed the Paths.

Strength Path, Defense Path, Magic Path, Blood Path, Life Path and plenty of other paths in the world dictated a living being's way to rise in strength and become a powerful existence.

And after starting their journey on these paths… They chose their respective profession based on the usefulness of their strength.

For example, someone with a Defense Path was suited to be a Tank or a Paladin.

Someone with Strength Path was suited for Warrior such as Swordsman, Brawler, Halberd or a Spear user.

But even these paths had branches among themselves. For example, the Strength Path could allow someone to become a Swordsman but at the same time, it gave them an option to become a Berserker warrior that had different professions of their own.

Meanwhile, Magic Path users could be Mages, Healers, Summoners, Warlocks and some could even become Necromancers if they had the talent for it.

Agility Path on the other hand was mainly for Assassins, Archers, Thieves and Ghostblade warriors.

There were many more paths in the world. And each Kingdom and Empire had their own unique ways to nurture these paths and use the people who unlocked them to reinforce their rule and military prowess.

But Dracula didn't dwell on the unnecessary information. This was stored in his mind so he'd be able to recall it later anyway.

After a few minutes, the system then moved to the rankings of the strength.

Each Path had their own rankings set but all of them were divided into 5 ranks.

Each rank had ten levels of mastery and different methods to perfect them than just practicing weapons or combat techniques.

Some were dependent on enlightenment while some needed the user to reform their bodies to follow a particular Path.

And after reaching the peak of each rank, they would ascend to the next one.

However, these ranks were generalized into 5 different categories.

Starting from Apprentice, Master, Expert, Savant and finally, the Overlord.

The recently deceased king of Svalka was at Overlord rank based on common knowledge. These people were one in a billion and were powerhouses akin to a million soldiers by themselves.

However, after the Overlord rank, there were higher ranks in the world of Redros but extremely rare such as Legends, Apostles, and finally… Transcendent aka a God.

"System, scan my body and tell me at which rank would I be able to absorb my divinity if I met another one of my soul fragments?" asked Dracula in a thoughtful voice.

[The user Dracula must become at least an Overlord rank being in this world to withstand the divinity of his original world.] replied the system.

"I see. Then I guess it is the only way to start my conquest in Redros. I should start my journey to godhood by becoming…" spoke the vampire with a smirk.

"The King of Svalka."
