4 Level 10, and Spirit Ring!

Two months later at Nuoding Academy.

It's been two months since Ye Xiu entered the academy. In the past two months, he had gotten used to everyone in the academy, and after asking around, he found out that he was two years older than Tang San.

This made him happy as he now doesn't have to care about Tang San and others as he planned on leaving the academy after he has learnt everything in the academy.

"Leave? Do you have someone who can help you in absorbing the Spirit Ring?" Dean Xie asked as he looked at Ye Xiu and he was amazed by the speed of his cultivation.

"Eh? No, I will look on my own, after all, I want to absorb a 100-year-old spirit ring, and the teachers in the Academy won't help me in this matter."

"Then, I will thank Dean Xie for your work." Ye Xiu said while looking at the three rings, and they both set out for the ring. For the first ring, Ye Xiu had chosen Runner Monkey which usually gave doppelganger spirit skill, and he planned on using it and then developing a skill on his own.

After all, in later stages, First Spirit Skill isn't used much, and he didn't need any attack-type spirit skill.

There is a choice of enhancement-type spirit skill, but between the two, he felt that having a doppelganger skill was better.

After discussing with the Dean, they both left the place and taking the carriage, they went to the Hunting Forest.

At the Soul Hunting Forest, looking at the yellow-colored Spirit Ring in front of him, Ye Xiu grinned, and he released his martial soul and started to absorb the ring.

The ring was 400 years old, and it was optimum for Ye Xiu. At the side, Dean Xie looked at Ye Xiu absorbing the ring, and he was on the lookout for spirit beasts. Half an hour later, Ye Xiu, who was done absorbing the spirit, opened his eyes, and a sigh escaped his lips.

"How are you feeling? Any discomfort?" Dean asked as he looked at Ye Xiu, who shook his head and said, "No discomfort."

"What about skill? Did you get the doppelganger skill?"

"No, I didn't get any skill."

"What?" Dean said as he heard the words and Ye Xiu summoned his martial spirit. Two black colored balls appeared above his hand, and seeing this, Dean rubbed his eyes and said, "Am I seeing things?"

"No, Dean! You are seeing right. Instead of getting skill, I got an extra truth-seeking ball. I wonder if it will be the same when I will reach level 20." Ye Xiu said as he looked at the two balls, and he controlled them. The two moved in the same way, and a sigh escaped his lips.

'Now I have to learn to be able to control them at the same time in different ways.'

Ye Xiu thought in his mind, and even though he looked disappointed, he wasn't disappointed at all. Not to mention disappointment, he was quite happy as with this, he could use one Ball to defend and another ball to attack.

The Dean didn't say anything, and he only hoped that it wouldn't be the same for the next ring.

Both of them left the place and while leaving, Ye Xiu thought of his other Martial Soul. He knew that there was no point in having all red rings for Blue Silver grass, and when he could absorb Black Spirit Rings, he would start absorbing rings for Blue Silver Grass.

After all, with Truth-Seeking Ball, he didn't have to care about any attack spirit skill, and for Blue Silver Grass, he planned on having an auxiliary-control path and only adding skills that would enhance him.

'It seems that I need to start getting proficient in a weapon. Sword? No! I can add multiple weapons, so let's keep a shield for defense, knives, shuriken and kunai for long-range attack, spear for close-range combat.'

'Hmm, that would be good. But for now, I need to try to learn to be able to do multiple things at the same time, and I have to start with being able to draw circles and squares.'
