3 Chapter-3 Unexpected Twist

The girl was overwhelmed with empathy as she heard about my experience, particularly when she discovered that my mother had left me behind. Despite her efforts to understand and relate to my situation, she couldn't seem to shake the feeling that she was somehow inadequate.

As I surveyed the room, I was met with a palpable sense of hopelessness and sadness. The weight of the atmosphere seemed to press down upon me, and I struggled to find any source of positivity or motivation. Despite my best efforts, I felt discouraged and defeated, unable to lift the mood or make any meaningful impact.

"Since you seem to have forgotten your name, how about I call you Xue'r?"

"Okay," Xue'r replied.

After I finished cooking, I brought some food to Xue'r and placed it on the table. I asked, "Xue'r, I noticed that you're injured. Let me feed you." As I approached with the fork, I noticed a subtle blush appearing on Xue'r's cheeks. I gently fed Xue'r, savoring each bite as if it were a precious gift. With every bite, I could feel our connection growing stronger.

After finishing my meal, I helped Xue'r get into bed and told her that she could ask me for anything she needed. She nodded and I gave her medicine, she fell asleep shortly after. I then went to the kitchen to get some food, but a dog entered the house, wagging its tail. The dog, named Xiao Xiao, looked exactly like a Husky and was a friend of mine. I had found him five years ago when he was lost and hungry in the forest. Xiao Xiao usually played with the village kids and liked to sleep outside the house, possibly because his breed was suitable for cold places. I fed Xiao Xiao and told him to guard the house, then headed towards the village and my clinic, where I worked as a local doctor.

Upon reaching the clinic, I was greeted by a few villagers, including Liu Gong, Li Mei, and Wei Chen. They came to me with various ailments, and I treated them with care. After a busy day at the clinic, I headed back home, content with knowing that I made a difference in the lives of those in my village.

Upon arriving at home, I noticed Xiao Xiao sleeping by the door. As I approached, he woke up and greeted me with a few enthusiastic barks. I reached down to pet him, feeling the soft fur under my hands.

In the bedroom, I could tell that Xue'r was still asleep by the sound of her gentle breathing. I made my way to the kitchen to prepare her medicine, using my other senses to guide me. When I Returned to the bedroom, I gently woke Xue'r.

"Good morning, Xue'r," I said softly. "Here's your medicine."

She rubbed her eyes and sat up, taking the medicine from me. "Thank you, Hun Yu," she said, her voice still groggy with sleep.

As a blind person, I rely on my other senses to navigate the world around me. Although I couldn't see Xue'r's appearance, I could sense her presence and the care she showed towards me.

"Is there anything you need before I head out for the day?" I asked.

She shook her head and leaned back against her pillow. "I'll be fine, thank you. Get some rest yourself."

I smiled and nodded, grateful for her concern and company. I made a mental note to check on her later before leaving the house and starting my day.

As time went by, I watched Xue'r recover little by little. Her injuries were healing and she was able to walk on her own. I took care of her, and I was glad to see her progress.

I often spent time with xiao xiao, and he became a source of comfort for me. He would listen attentively as I talked, wagging his tail and licking my hand. I was grateful for his companionship and the way he always made me smile. I knew that I could count on him to be by my side, just as I was there for Xue'r. I was determined to keep both of them safe and protect them from any harm.

As the months passed, today I was in the kitchen making food for Xue'r. But she came up from behind and told me she was going to make food for me instead. I said nothing and sat down at the table, playing with Xiao Xiao while she cooked.

While cooking, she found a red bottle filled with a mysterious red powder. She smelled it and it had a captivating aroma, so she decided to add a little bit of the powder to the food.

After we both took a bite, Xue'r suddenly exclaimed that she felt hot. I soon realized that I was feeling the same way. Before I could react, Xue'r leaned in and pressed her lips against mine. At first, I was caught off guard, but she looked up at me with a pleading gaze and whispered, "Please."

In that moment, all of my resistance melted away and I lost myself in the kiss. Our lips moved together in a passionate embrace, our bodies entwining in a warm embrace. The taste of her lips was sweet and addictive,
