Chapter 3: Six Years Old and Awakening

Bibi Dong walked toward the Pope's Residence with Vaiss in her arm, Vaiss was a little tired after being teased by Bibi Dong, he leaned on Bibi Dong's soft chest as he dozed off. 

Bibi Dong gazed at the sleeping Vaiss with affection, despite the short time, she liked this beautiful well-behaved baby. Her maternal love was bursting.

After hearing the maid's explanation, Bibi Dong was shocked. Taking care of a baby was much harder than she thought. Especially when she heard that it was best for babies to breastfeed until one year old and that the baby needed to be breastfed every 2~4 hours.

Maybe it was punishment for not taking care of Qian Renxue, but Bibi Dong still lactates now, it was something she never told anyone. She usually suppressed it with her soul and took care of it when she was alone.

After the maid left, Bibi Dong looked at the sleeping Vaiss. She counted the time, it seemed that it had been about 2.5 hours since Vaiss arrived at Spirit City.

Some say Vaiss was her biological son while others said he was adopted. But, no matter what, the spirit hall members were delighted with this change since their pope was visibly happier than before.

Hu Liena often visited Vaiss after they met on the second day, she as a face control was captured by Vaiss cuteness the first time she saw him. Vaiss was troubled because this fox kept messing around and making it hard for him to rest. When he cried five times every time he saw her, the fox finally got the message and restrained herself.

Of course, the fact that you could cultivate faster near Vaiss by absorbing the energy Vaiss emitted was the biggest reason why Hu Liena visited so often. 

But the biggest surprise was in the second week after Vaiss arrive at Spirit Hall. It was normal at first, he was resting in his crib while Bibi Dong working beside him. When suddenly the door opened without warning and a girl walked in.

It was Qian Renxue, normally Bibi Dong would scold her and won't put a good face when seeing her, but today was different. Bibi Dong was surprised but her face returned to normal, after nodding at Qian Renxue, she went back to work.

Qian Renxue was shocked, she was expecting a scolding but there was no scolding and Bibi Dong even nodded at her. She froze and didn't know what to do.

Because of the constant absorption of Vaiss energy, Bibi Dong was no longer influenced by Rakshasa God's dark divine power, her mood was not as manic as before. 

She still hated Qian Xunji but she no longer transferred her hatred of him to Qian Renxue, she knew she was innocent but it was difficult for her to suddenly changed her attitude toward Qian Renxue. 

Qian Renxue frowned, not knowing what was going on with Bibi Dong, but remembering what grandpa told her, she walked toward Vaiss slowly. Qian Renxue glanced at Bibi Dong from time to time, ready to stop when she saw any movement but Bibi Dong still worked normally, paying her no mind.

Qian Renxue frowned even more, it was weird. As a spirit master of Seraphim martial soul, she was sensitive to negative emotions. Not only Bibi Dong didn't say any harsh words to her today, her disgust and hatred toward her also disappeared.

Just what is happening? What caused her sudden change? Many questions appeared in Qian Renxue's mind but there was no answer. But she soon forgot about it, the moment she felt the energy Vaiss emitted, Qian Renxue felt her martial soul trembling.

Qian Renxue was surprised, Qian Daoliu already told her but she never thought that the Seraphim martial soul would surrender to a baby who hadn't awakened his martial soul. 

Then as she absorbed the energy, Qian Renxue felt her cultivation raising much faster than when she trained in front of the Angel god statue. Her Seraphim martial soul also grew stronger, this was shocking because there was never an instance of a martial soul growing stronger by just absorbing energy.

She saw Vaiss in the crib and he smiled at her, she felt her martial soul attracted to him and the energy he emitted. Qian Renxue held out her hand.

"If you want to touch him, clean your hand with soul power. Vaiss likes to put everything in his mouth."

Qian Renxue looked at Bibi Dong who still working, she felt Bibi Dong was weird today. Bibi Dong never took the initiative to talk to her except when scolding her, not to mention, her tone was no longer cold. Qian Renxue cleaned her hand and poked Vaiss's cheek, then Vaiss grabbed her finger and suck on it. 

Qian Renxue chuckled a little, she free her finger and dragged a chair near the crib.

Qian Renxue held Vaiss slowly and carefully, she sat on the chair and let Vaiss play with her finger as she concentrated on absorbing the energy. Bibi Dong glanced at the two and smiled.

Everyone was bewildered but then they ignored the song because with every beat of the song, Vaiss was glowing brighter. Forming a tall golden pillar and exuding enormous light energy. Ghost felt his spirit power drained like crazy.

"Chrysanthemum! Help me! I can't hold it any longer!"

Yue Guan was shocked but reacted quickly and injected his spirit power, easing Ghost consumption. 

"Dare yori mo nani yori mo, kimi dake wo mamoritai."

"Itsu made mo doko made mo, kimi dake wo mamoritai."

"Wow wow wow sakebou, sekai wa owaranai."

As this verse played, the golden pillar shrank and condensed into a humanoid martial soul behind Vaiss, it was the martial soul version of his ultraman form. It was about two meters tall, with tight but apparent muscle.

Ultraman Vaiss has three colors: red, silver, and black. The silver was the base and face, the red covered the back of the head and neck, then moved down to the shoulder and chest, ending in a sharp point in the belly button. Same with the back, then it covered the waist up to the knee. The black covered the palm and half the forearm, and feet and half of the calf.

His eyes are sharp like ultraman zero and glow yellow. He has two horns like ultraman father that bend backward on his temple, in the middle of the horns is the common dorsal fin-like headdress of ultraman. Unlike other ultraman, he doesn't have a timer as he can replenish his energy with his Blazing Sun Heart.

Hovering behind him is a black and red round aegis shield, it was his natal weapon, Myriad Aegis. Just standing there, Ultraman Vaiss martial soul made all the martial souls of the title douluos in Pope's Hall tremble.

All the people stared blankly at the Ultraman Vaiss behind Vaiss. They knew Vaiss would awaken a top martial soul but they never thought it would be this strong.

"This… It's a god-level martial soul, just like Xue'er! No… It's even stronger!"

Qiam Daoliu whispered but all the title douluo heard it. Stronger than the god-level Seraphim martial soul? Then what level was Vaiss's martial soul? God king? They felt a little unreasonable.

But then another thing made them dumbfounded.

Behind Ultraman Vaiss martial soul, another martial soul began to materialize. It was a big ship, it was only five meters long and two meters high because of the limitation of the martial soul form. It was white all over with mystifying golden lines.

But it was not a normal ship, it didn't have a mast or sail, the material was not wood, and the deck and side were full of what seemed to be cannon.
