16. Awakening.

The banquet passed quite fast after that all guests had their dinner and congratulated Xiao Han giving their gifts.

Although not anything special Xiao Han accepted everything with a smile.

The guests went away with various expressions some with awed, some determined , some were even love struck.

After the party Xiao Han's family cleaned up the house and went to their rooms for a sleep.

In his room Xiao Han lay on his bed with content smile. He checked the notifications and was very happy seeing that his AT points crossed 2000 successfully and looking forward to his awakening in 2 days.

The 2 days passed in a flash.

Morning sun fell through the curtains making the person on the bed awaken opening his crimson red eyes staring at ceilings with a eager expression.

Xiao Han completed his usual work out as usual and completed his daily schedule.

At afternoon Xiao Han along with his parents and other people in the village gathered at a somewhat large wooden courtyard with large board hanging on it's entrance stating spirit hall.

Although nothing grand it had It's charm in a simple way calming every one's mind.

They had to waited for about 15 minutes until the spirt hall's executive came.

The one and only mob dog - Su Yuntao.

He appears to be just over 20 years old with dashing eyebrows slanting above starry eyes, his facial features extremely bright and handsome. He has blonde hair.

He wore white robes with a black cape hanging down his back. On the right side of his chest was symbol of 3 swords signifing his rank as a spirit grand master.

He arrived in front of the crowd and saw Xiao Chen and Xue mei along with them.

He showed his respect with slight bow towards Xiao Chen and continued forward.

He was little suprised, seeing a buisness man and a spirit elder like Xiao Chen coming to awakening ceremony for his child in this village.

Not thinking too much Su Yuntao moved into the courtyard. The courtyard was spacious enough to fit 100 people.

Filled with different plants it was having a fresh atmosphere. The crowd entered inside the hall as they arranged their children in a line while the others waiting at the back.

Xiao Han stood at the back of the line leisurely with hand on his back.

Su Yuntao came infront of angel statue, took out six awakening stones from his bag and arranged them in hexagonal pattern.

He then said a word in a chunnibiyo style

"Martial spirit lone wolf - possession".

Suddenly a grey wolf appears behind him and assimilated itself into him. Following that his hair turns grey, his body size increasing, his eyes changing to a faint green color and on both hands from the ten fingers sharp claws stretched out, glimmering coolly with a dazzling gleam.

Many children got a little scared but remained on the spot due to devil training Xiao Han gave them. Xiao Han also gave them basic knowledge about spirit master, they felt compared to the wolf man Xiao Han was more scary when training them.

Su Yuntao was suprised seeing this reaction from children. All villages he went for awakening children were scared with pale faces some worse even peed their pants.

With a approving nod in his mind he started pouring his soul power into the array. Then the hexagonal pattern started glowing in a golden colour light.

"You stand in here." He called out to black haired boy with plain features.

The boy nodded his head and went into the array as glowing light spots started to converge on him. Light subsided after a moment and a small blue silver grass floated out of his right palm.

Su Yuntao a little dissappointed sent him to a black ball telling him to place a hand on it. As he placed on it as the his spirit got sucked into it and the ball glowed filling 1/3 of it.

"Soul power level 3. You can become a spirit master but your but can not reach heights in it because of your soul blue silver grass"said Su Yuntao dissappointly.

The awakening continued all the children either had sickle or hoe. With average of level 3. Su Yuntao was little suprised seeing this as this was first time seeing every child in the village having soul power.

At last the only Xiao Han was left.

As Xiao Han stepped into hexagonal mark he felt a wave of energy of energy awaken in his body under the effect of awakening array.

At this time Xiao Han fell all the energy running in direction of his head only to be absorbed by something.

Xiao Han didn't panic and let be absorbed.

Finally Xiao Han heard a notification in his mind.

[ding.. Host successfully awakened his martial souls.]

[ding.. host awakened Hyõrinmaru (zanpaktu).]

[ding.. Host awakened his martial soul Soda can (special addition).]

As he heard the message, he saw a normal katana with the exception of the guard, which is in the shape of a four-pointed bronze-colored star. Its hilt is light blue, and covered in dark blue sheath.

As the sword appeared surrounding people went to their knees feeling as if their soul slashed. Snow and ice started appearing near Xiao Han and started spreading out wards in a breakneck speed.

All the people felt chills. Even Su Yuntao and his parents Fell through their knees shivering.
