Spirit City

A whole city composed entirely of Spirit Hall, and its people.

It is the main base of Spirit Hall, and its most important places of importance reside here.

One such place is the Supreme Pontiff Palace.

Right now in that Supreme Pontiff Palace, there is a woman sitting on the throne, could be seen waiting for someone.

It is Bibi Dong, the Supreme Pontiff of Spirit Hall.

She is a beautiful lady with an appearance of a 20 years old. She has fair skin and perfect complexion with an aura of noble radiance.

She appeared to be thoughtful while sitting on the throne with a scepter in her hand.

Today her Second Disciple Fu Yue is supposed to return with her little brother who just like her is a possessor of Twin Martial Spirits with innate full soul power.

She is thinking weather she should choose to have him as her disciple if he is really talented like his sister and how to keep others from the Spirit temple or elder palace away from him.

If it was before she might have let them have him join in the side of Grand Worshiper.

But after what happened with her sister.

She couldn't possibly forget the grievance between them.

More than decade ago, her master Qian Xunji raped her big sister. 

Although later he admitted he was drunk and even took responsibility and married her.

The deed was done, she couldn't forgive that man, after all it was her sister.

But after a few years, her sister had accepted her fate and even told her to accept what was the reality that time.

Although the process may be a bit odd, she didn't mind as her sister was being treated well.

Bibi Dong looked at the place where Ghost Douluo was kneeling before and said.

Following the sound of carriage stopping in front of the gateway to the Spirit city.

Two red heads walked out of the carriage.

Their features a bit similar but not enough to call them siblings, but they were one.

These two are the pair of siblings are Fu Xuan and Fu Yue.

After two days of leisure journey, they managed to reached Spirit City.

In these two days of travel, they both were able to overcome the awkwardness between them and share a lot of knowledge among themselves.

With the conversations they had Fu Xuan was able to know that all transmigrators here have OP cheats even the one's which are hard to believe.

His Unique Crimson-Tenseigan is now fully visible with Red Eyes having Silverish-Purple Flower pattern in them.

Thanks to that he had acquired a few new abilities or upgrades to the previous abilities he possessed.

He was able to sense emotions and consciousness of people along with the unique energy signatures and scan like sense which allowed him to sense as long as a few miles in the past. (Previously Kaguya's mind's eye)

Yes, not only presence but consciousness directly due to which even if someone were to hide their presence, he was able to locate them quite easily.

He has increased affinity for all types of worldly (raw energy of heaven and earth, both attributes less and with attributes) and self-cultivated energies (which is only Attribute less soul power for now).

Though he didn't have other changes like those Otsutsuki horns and pale skin, one can notice clear pattern of Tenseigan in his eyes.

Obviously, Fu Yue had recognized it, but didn't comment on that.

Even if they are siblings in this life, it is a bit too much to pry into such personal matters.

Fu Xuan had managed to complete the second stage of 'Spiritual art of Cosmic Tree Cultivation', he believes that he could start to practice 3rd stage after a couple of days.

It would have taken more time but with the bloodline fusion complete he discovered something which was beyond his expectations…

It was like a tsunami had occurred in his spiritual sea. Making high waves which brought about chaos in the quit water surface.

'The hell is happening, my control over my own spiritual energy which had increased over time… is so small?'

Due to the sudden increase in the foreign energy in a huge amount was making it hard for Fu Xuan to control.

He was also feeling side effects of the chaos in his Spiritual Sea making him unable to concentrate and his emotions going on a frenzy.

Just as Fu Xuan heard the notification his now chaotic Spiritual Sea, which was making it hard for him to concentrate and making his consciousness chaotic, stopped affecting his mind.

Fu Xuan was now in complete control of his emotions, and he got the feeling that even if his Spiritual Sea was in a turmoil he wouldn't be affected.

He instinctively got the feeling.

'I can't use my spiritual energy for a few days.'

The sudden tsunami of Foreign Spiritual Energy has brought in a great rise in his own spiritual energy.

In normal cases both of them would have simply merged giving Fu Xuan a huge raise in his Own Spiritual Cultivation realm.

But due to difference in quality, both of them didn't merge and instead both are trying to devour each other.

'Fortunately, the new trait is increasing my control over my Spiritual realm rapidly. Soon I will be able to solve this problem.'

Recalling the events of that day, I can't use my Spiritual energy for the time being.

We passed the entry post and were walking around the city.

Fu Yue was telling me directions and places of importance in here.

Before going to the Supreme Pontiff Palace, she decided it is necessary for me to know of things which stall, and which shop sells which snacks and dishes better.

Currently we are passing by a street shop which sells meat of 10 to 50 years old spirit beasts.

"See, this shop has the best duck meat skewers in the whole spirit city. The shop adjacent to it is famous for the soup they sell. Many people buy soup from there and eat it with the meat skewers from the previous shop. Oh, and do you know that some spirit Soul Emperors also come here to eat with…"

There was this beautiful scenery of spirit city and here was my sister passionately talking about the street shop as if it is what the spirit city is famous for.

For a certain amount of time it is refreshing, especially if you are like me who is the Young Master of a famous Clan, one which is famous for its trade and business.

You ask for anything you get it delivered to your house as fast as it could. In such situation what need and opportunity do you have to roam around?

So he liked it at the start.

But when it goes on for more than half a day…

'Sigh, I feel like running away but know that she will catch up to me…'

As I was pitying my own situation, I barely noticed a black smoke surge in my surroundings making it hard for one to see more than a few meters.

Even the Fu Yue's nonstop blabbering was not heard anymore.

The black smoke turned from thin to thick, surrounding Fu Xuan making him isolated from the world outside. 

Feeling the changes outside, Fu Xuan opened his eyes as he spoke.

"Just as I thought life is lacking in action."
