17 Chapter 17: Killing is an Art

After missing her parents, Tang Yin returned to Shrek Academy together. While waiting for him, he stroked his brother's hair and joked, "You haven't grown up yet, Tang San." Tang San grinned playfully and said, "It's only been a few weeks, brother."

 Tang Yin looked up at the sky and said, "Only a few weeks... but a lot can happen, brother." Then, without saying much, he began his own training. With steady training every day, he had become stronger.

 As the sun disappeared into the redness, Tang Yin's two spirits appeared beside her. Death Scythe said, "The gods have noticed you. Especially the God of Shura. Judging by his personality, he wants another one of his own, but that doesn't mean he won't kill you. I sensed a divine power, so there will probably be a battle soon." 

 Tang Yin just smiled and left Shrek Academy. As she travelled far away, she came to a mountainous region. This was the territory of spirit beasts, but thanks to his strong killing intent, no spirit beasts approached.

 When it was dark, Tang Yin saw hundreds of people running in front of her. They were all dressed in strange sect clothes.

(Friends, from now on, we will leave the original book. I will add a few cults with my own logic. I think it is a bit ridiculous that the gods in the God Realm do not have their own powers. The Angel God has it, why don't the others? Like the Qian Family...)

 Looking at the sect robes with the name Shura written on them, Tang Yin gave an amused grin. He then used the passive buff of the Black Dragon Spear as he stood up from his seat and picked up the Death Scythe.

 A grin settled on his face as tattoos formed on every corner of his body, "Let the fun begin."

 He looked down at what looked like a cliff and jumped down with one step. (God Of War GIF ahaha)

 As his foot struck the ground, the earth cracked with a great noise. It moved forward without stopping and attacked the first enemy that came its way. He killed him without giving him a chance to use his soul skill. Then he uttered a sentence while targeting someone else.

"Death does you no harm when you are alive, nor when you are dead; not when you are alive, because you are alive, not when you are dead, because you are not alive."

 Dodging the spirit skill, he stabbed his hand into the woman's abdomen and killed her using his swallowing power. Then he spoke again as he dodged the claw coming from behind him.

"No one really knows what death is, it may be the greatest good given to man, but it is feared as if it were the greatest evil."

 After dodging the claw, he cut the man's arm with his scythe. Then he grabbed the throat of the man who lost his balance and used his swallowing power again.

 He used his fourth soul skill as he looked at the attacks coming at him from all sides.

 The next second the oncoming attacks deflected and grazed his body without hitting it. Then he ducked slightly and leapt towards the two flying spirit masters. When he reached between them, he spoke again.

"Everything in life is uncertain, there is only one thing that is certain: Death."

 He turned identically with his scythe and cut off the heads of the two spirit masters. While supporting the corpse of the spirit master with his spirit power, he jumped in the air again by stepping on the corpse and hit his head with his foot as he landed on the spirit master on the ground. The powerful force exploded the man's head.

 As his eyes searched for other enemies, he saw that he was surrounded. With an evil chuckle, surrounded by spirit emperors, he said, "I developed several spirit abilities in the Spirit Hall, one of which was developed thinking that I was surrounded like this." He cut his palm with his scythe, and everything around him gradually slowed down as the dripping blood hit the ground. Finally, a strange power spread around. Bloody thorns emerged from the earth and appeared behind each spirit emperor.

 Caught off guard, the thorns stabbed into their bodies. Tang Yin looked at this scene and slowly closed her palm as the blood on the bodies of the spirit emperors began to be sucked out. When it was quickly absorbed, the thorns disappeared back into the ground and the drops of blood on the ground returned back into his palm.

 It was an ability combined with the power of absorption. He absorbed all the power of the spirit emperors, and as his power grew stronger, the spirit power he had just spent was replenished "Sometimes I think... When will I be announced as an Evil Spirit Master." he let out an evil chuckle after finishing his words.

 He looked at the remaining tens of people. They all had fear on their faces. Then Tang Yin spoke again.

"He who is not afraid of death will not die, and death will never strike those who run to it."

 He ran towards the spirit masters and after killing two more people with his scythe, he took the corpse in his right hand and threw it at the spirit masters. When he was in sufficient range he smiled and shouted "Corpse Explosion!!!".

 As the corpse exploded, the spirit power within it also exploded, and a great black cloud of laughter filled the world. Tang Yin put his right hand on his face and laughed while holding his scythe with his left hand.

 The few remaining spirit masters sneaked up and attacked. Realising this, Tang Yin looked up at the sky. It was as if he had seen God Shura. Then he spoke with a smile.

"Whenever the breath of death hits your face, fear not your false immortality, but the mortality that makes you who you are, God Shura." 

 Two strange black-coloured vapours came out of his back and, like a spear, pulverised the two attackers behind him. The name of this power was GOD KILLING POWER! When used on a person, the power it affected was visible.
