Martial spirit awakening

A few minutes ago in a restaurant near the Xu family house, a little girl about six years old in pink clothing with bunny accessories is eating carrots.

If you listen closely you can hear her muttering while eating.

"The carrots of the human cities are not as delicious as the carrots back home."

The next day, Xu Shuang woke up feeling excited that she will awaken her martial spirit today. She didn't practice yoga today and just took a bath and prepared her best clothes for today.

"Okay, Mom." They then proceeded to eat breakfast, after eating they put the dishes on the sink and went to the Spirit hall to awaken Xu Shuang's martial spirit.

On the way to the spirit hall building, Xu Shuang asked her father.

"Dad, what martial spirit do you think I will awaken? It would be cool if I awakened a hammer and hammered all my enemies to death!"

Xu Jingguo laughed," Hahaha, My daughter must awaken a strong spirit and smash all the bastards that will ever think of chasing you."

Looking at these two father and daughter laughing, Wei Meirong couldn't help but distance herself from them.

Looking at the crowd of parents walking towards the spirit hall building with their children, The Xu family followed them inside.

Inside the building is a majestic-looking hall with tall pillars engraved with various expensive-looking metals and golden chandeliers accented with colorful gems and crystals.

With angel statues carved everywhere, you look adorned with various metals and gems of unknown price shining with a warm golden light inside the hall giving it a holy vibe.

We were then greeted by a female spirit master asking the parents to stay inside the hall and asking the children to follow her into the awakening room.

The awakening room is not as grand as the hall outside, it's a room with silver adornments and six black stones forming a circle in the middle of the room.

The female spirit master had us arranged into rows as she stepped behind the circle of black stones.

"Hello little guys my name is Si Ling, but you can just call me sister Ling, I'm responsible for awakening your martial spirits today." She said with a gentle smile and soft voice.

"You, come stand inside the circle." She beckoned to a girl on the right," No matter the changes don't be scared okay?"

"Golden butterfly possession!"

A giant golden butterfly appeared behind her and then merged into her giving her beautiful golden wings and a slender antenna on her head while having compound eyes.

All the children looked at this in awe and admiration.

Si Ling then did a series of hand signs which caused the black stones to float and then circled around the girl and finally, a golden barrier surrounded her.

"Extend your right hand." Si Ling said.

The little girl extended her right hand and appeared a sharp needle.

Seeing the needle Si Ling couldn't help but be disappointed. " A needle martial spirit, put your hand on this crystal and see if you have spirit power. If you have spirit power then you can become a glorious spirit master and receive a subsidy from spirit hall."

"Use your will to take back the martial spirit and release it onto the crystal."

The girl then retracted the needle then put her hand on the crystal, but sadly the crystal ball did not show any reaction.

Si Ling shook her head," No spirit power go to the left, next."

"Hammer martial spirit, no spirit power, next."

"Cat martial spirit, no spirit power, next."

"Iron sword martial spirit, level 3 spirit power! Son are you willing to join the spirit hall?"

A boy with ordinary features answered," Sister Ling I'm willing to join spirit hall!"

After a few more children awakened it was finally time for Xu Shuang to awaken her martial spirit.
