One-On-One!

I have posted this chapter after just writing it so there might be some grammatical errors and mistakes.

Can you all suggest some good novels like Monster Paradise or Cultivation Online. Though I would suggest to not mention the famous ones like ATG, MW, TMW, Talisman Emperor, Emperor Domination, BTTH, ISSTH, Renegade Immortal, Reverend Insanity, Wu Dong Qian Kun, Stellar Transformation, DMWG, MGA, TDG, Pursuit of the Truth, Perfect World etc. you got what I mean.

So, anyway any suggestions reviews and comments are appreciated either good or not. Now I'm out.

After the short incident with Zhu Zhuqing, Tang Ming and Zhuqing made their way toward the battle ground near the forest.

He was really surprised by Zhu Zhuqing description of him except the last one. Right now he was thinking of something that has been bugging him recently.

Maybe it was a little side-effect of having a proud and arrogant Mythical Qilin as a martial spirit or because of cultivating Qilin Transformation Technique, his nature and behaviour was turning quite arrogant and self-conceited. At first he didn't think much about it but in these few years he had started to notice that he was having some anger issues lately as he becomes furious quite easily.

Though doing meditation did help in the last year. But he was worried that he might become the extremely arrogant like those god forsaken young masters, which he used to despise so much.

While he was thinking about his anger issues, the both of them arrived at designated place where the battle would take place.

He can see the rest of Shrek Seven were already there as well as Grandmaster, Flender, Zhao Wuji. Liu Erlong can also be seen there standing beside Grandmaster as they all waited for him and Zhu Zhuqing to arrive.

Grandmaster noticed them as soon as they came as he nodded his head toward me. He stepped forward a little as he coughed a little to gain attention as he said :

"Cough..now that Tang Ming has arrived we can begin the assessment. First, you all will be fighting against him one on one. And after, all of you have fought your respective battle you will be fighting against him as a team. Tang San will lead give the commands. Now first match will be Tang Ming vs Dai Mubai."

Grandmaster announced as Dai Mubai confidently stepped forward.

Tang Ming and Dai Mubai stood at a distance of ten metres apart from each other as they both took up their stance.

"Begin!" Grandmaster announced

As soon as Grandmaster announced the start of the match, Dai Mubai body surged with golden light surged from his body as he shouted, "White Tiger possession!"

"Third Spirit Ring : White Tiger Vajra Transformation!!"

Without wasting a second a purple ring floated up from his feet as his body grew one size bigger as his muscle expanded and 'King' character appeared on his forehead.

A this time Tang Ming didn't do anything as he continued to stand on his spot without moving. After using the third spirit ring ability, Dai Mubai immediately dashed toward him with his hand pulled back and clenched into a fist and punched.

Tang Ming easily evaded his punch as Dai Mubai continued to launch punches and kick for a while as Tang Ming kept evading and dodging everything by a hair breadth making it seem like he was having a hard time.

Tang San at the side who was watching the battle can't help himself as his eyes twitched in annoyance because he knew that his brother is just giving Dai Mubai a false hope that he can hit him.

He knew that it was his brother old habit to always dodge every attack by only a slight margin making it seem like he was having a hard time evading which give the opponents a false hope that they can hit him if they were just a little faster when in fact he wasn't even trying.

This continued for a while as Dai Mubai finally noticed that no matter how much he tried he can't hit Tang Ming and jumped backward to gain some space between them.

He looked at Tang Ming who now was standing in an extremely relaxed posture with one of his hands behind his back while other hand holding something that made his face lose all its colour.

"First Spirit Ring : White Tiger Shield Body Barrier!"

Just as he saw Tang Ming taking a little step toward him he hurriedly used his first spirit ring ability as a yellow ring rose up from his feet as he was covered in a layer of white light that acted as a shield instantly increasing his defense.

'Boom!'

But before he can even breath a sigh of relief he suddenly felt an impact on his shield as it broke apart and he was blasted flying at the righ side of the ground while spouting a mouthful of blood.

He hurriedly did a back flip in the air as he landed stably on the ground and wiped his mouth as he shouted :

"Second Spirit Ring : White Tiger Intense Light wave!"

A yellow ring flashed as Dai Mubai inhaled and then released an intense light wave from his mouth toward Tang Ming who simply let it hit him as he was sent flying because of the force of the impact but there wasn't even a slight scratch on his clothes as he stopped himself stably.

He looked toward Dai Mubai but was surprised to not find him where he was previously at and only to sense him in the air as he raised his head to see him with a smile as he murmured :

"Fourth Spirit Ring : White.Tiger.Meteor.Shower!!"

Countless fist sized balls of golden light condensed in the air and was launched as Dai Mubai did a punching motion.

This time Tang Ming didn't underestimate him as he activated [Godspeed] and dodged all the blobs of light as he kept appearing and disappearing in a similar fashion to teleportation creating many afterimages.

The attack continued for a few seconds as Tang Ming again disappeared only to appear behind the confused Dai Mubai as he searched for him.

Dai Mubai suddenly felt an extreme sense of danger from his back as he immediately turned his head only to see Tang Ming smiling at him with both his eyes closed. Before descending into unconsciousness he only heard a single sentence :

"LEGENDARY Dao of Brick :

First Move : Face Smacker!!"

'BOOMM!!'

A loud boom sounded as Dai Mubai was sent blasting toward the ground.

Everyone was shocked seeing this as they hurriedly made their way toward where Dai Mubai had landed. After the dust cleared, they saw him lying unconscious in the middle of a few metres large pit.

Tang San hurriedly went toward him as he checked him and breathed a sigh of relief.

"He's alright. He's unconscious because he had exhausted every last drop of spirit power in his body. Also there's no severe injuries only some flesh wounds. Will be alright after a day of rest." Tang San commented after completing checking Dai Mubai.

"There's no need to worry. I have kept my hands while fighting. Also Xiao San take this medicine and give a few drops of it to Dai Mubai." Tang Ming said as he pulled a little bottle made of some kind of white crystal which contained a green liquid as he handed it over to Tang San.

Tang San did as he said and in a few moments, all the injuries on the body of Dai Mubai healed instantly as he slowly opened his eyes and found everyone looking at him with shock visible in their eyes.

Tang San looked at the small bottle in his hand as he said, "What is this medicine, brother. Where did you find it?It's so miraculous."

"I made a friend during my time outside who manufacturers this medicine and also you didn't need to be conservative when using this as I've quite a lot of it and also a steady flow of supply." said Tang Ming as he took out atleast hundred bottles of it each containing at least hundred ml and handed it to Tang San.

"Distribute it among the seven of yourselves and teachers." Tang Ming said to Tang San who at this moment was looking at him like he was some kind of lunatic.

"Brother Ming, why did you beat boss Dai so badly?You are not going to beat everyone like that, w..will you?" Fatty suddenly asked as he looked at Tang Ming with eyes full of dread.

"Hehe! Ming'ge will definitely beat the living shit out of you, fatty. You've been so bad, always going in the city to those b..brothels and even inviting Xiao San to go back with you. He will only spare us girls, won't you Ming'ge?" Xiao Wu said as she used her big puppy eyes to look at him with expectations.

Tang Ming's this time didn't melt by her puppy eyes as he patted his back in his mind as he thought to himself :

'Meditating really didn't go in vain. I'm finally immune to this lil imp puppy eyes.'

He looked at her with an evil smirk as he said, "I, Tang Ming as I have said in past, am a firm believer of gender equality. So, nope. You too are going to get a good beating this time and also it has been a while since I disciplined you. And I'll beat everyone the same as Mubai as you don't need to be worried about injuries."

Rongrong looked at him with a resolute expression as she said, "How about me and Oscar, Tang Ming. Are you going to beat us too. We aren't a combat spirit master, so how can we fight against you. If you use any excuse to beat me this time, I swear I'll definitely have you beaten by my grandpa."

Everyone looked at her as if she is an idiot as they all knew that Tang Ming didn't like to be threatened as they all have the same though in their mind. 'Didn't you learn anything from the last time.'

Only to see Tang Ming smile as he didn't take the offense this time. He didn't mind her threats as he knew that she was just trying to find an excuse to be exempted from the beatings. And also after all this time he considers all seven of them as his family, unlike last time.

After contemplating for a moment, he nodded his head as he said, "You're reasoning is right. But you still have to pass a test. As an auxiliary system spirit master, you both need to be very agile and dexterous so instead of fighting you both will try to evade all the attacks I'll be launching toward you."

Rongrong this time didn't say anything and nodded her head in agreement. Oscar too looked relieved as he thanked Rongrong.

Like this everyone continued to fight one on one against Tang Ming until everyone's turn was over.

Tang Ming was genuinely surprised by their growth as the Shrek Seven this time was even stronger than their OG counterparts. He was most impressed by Ma Hongjun and Zhu Zhuqing. Both of them managed to caught him off guard and launched attack exceeding their powers. Zhu Zhuqing strength after her spirit evolving is even greater than Dai Mubai and only came slightly less than Tang San.

Though at night she can even over power Tang San because of her martial spirit innate ability.

He didn't need to say anything about Tang San, as he was the strongest of all of them and even managed to land a hit on him without even using hidden weapons. What made Tang San and him different from others if their thinking and strategies. As someone from other worlds they both have ideas and thinking which is outside of normal thought process of Douluo World.

Rongrong and Oscar also managed to escape the beating as they managed to barely dodge all the attacks he launched at them. And of course, he only attacked with strength and speed of a 'normal' spirit ancestor.

The only one that got a beating was Xiao Wu and Ma Hongjun as they're the ones he found that slacked the most. After the beating, Ma Hongjun have two black panda eyes with half of the teeth missing from his mouth while Xiao Wu got her cheeks swollen like a pig.
