23 The gold coin

Authors note: yes I know this chapter is really short but meh writers block or something ;p

When I woke up the next day I found myself being carried by Xiao Wu. I looked up to see her glaring at tang san.

"Everything is ok now little jade. Big sister will protect you from that miscreant Tang San."

Tang San just looked over with an aggrieved look on his face. He was not having a good day. First he woke up with big lump on his head and a suspicious paw shaped bruise on his stomach. His back was sore from waking up cold and alone on the floor in his underwear, but he had no idea how he ended up there in the first place. Then the hotel charged him extra for the door he apparently broke in the bathroom the night before and now Xiao Wu was mad at him for some reason.

Seeing the look on Tang sans face really cheered me up after yesterday's debacle. My happy mood quickly came to an end when a loud shrill voice hurt my sensitive adorable cat ears.

"I WANT A REFUND"

I glared over in the direction of an ugly man yelling at the professor. A tick mark quickly formed on my head as I had half a mind to give this man a jūken strike to the balls using the gentle fist style.

Tang san looked in my direction as if feeling the dangerous turn my mind had taken. I just put on my most adorable heart warming expression, before getting mad at the sweat drop forming on the back of his head.

'How dare he not melt at my obvious greatness. my face is cute enough to melt dimonds so why did he give me that reaction.'

My mind was screaming in indignation at Tang san before noticing the eyes of those around me.

After clearing my head I looked up to see the teacher looking at me before turning to Tang san and saying:

"It will be another gold coin if you are going to have your pet stay with you."

Tang san looked at me as if pondering whether to take me with him and Xiao Wu or not. I did not give him a chance to debate and slammed my paw on the table.

When I removed my paw there was a shiny gold coin in its place. I gave an arrogant look that would not be out of place on a young master from a noble house as if daring them to contest Where it came from.

everyone sweat dropped and turn to look at me with a weird look in their eyes, well everyone except Xiao Wu.

"kyaaa im so proud of you little jade. You're so smart. You can even pay for yourself im so proud. your just like your mama so independent and reliable"

Tang san looked at Xiao Wu with a deadpan face and thought in his heart

'Why is she praising herself when she relies on me to pay all the bills'

The teacher was so surprised that he quickly asks out what was on everybody's mind.

"Where did you even get a gold coin?"

I gave an innocent look as if saying why are you asking me im just a cat?

Internally though I was smirking because I liberated Dai Mu Bais' money bag and he didn't even notice.

I swear that a tick mark appeared on his head before waiving us on ahead.

"stupid cat. For some reason I feel like he is going to be more trouble than he's worth."

A tick mark appeared on my head and an evil glint shined in my eyes as I just put the professor on my people that deserve a Jūken strike to the nether region list.
