22 Adoption

After materializing in the city I slowly made my way towards the gate. Once I was free I made my way down the road heading for Suotuo City. If I remember correctly then shrek academy is located on the outskirts of Suotuo City. With a couple of shunpos in my cat form I turned a four day trip into a half a day trip. Since I have never been to Suotuo City and the illustrations from the manhua don't really provide accurate mental coordinates I could not use kamui to shorten my travel. I did however shunpo just above the ground using platforms made of spirit energy so as not to get my fur dirty.

After a couple hours travel I made it to Suotuo City and started exploring the area through the rooftops. There were countless people milling about going about there day.

"Fish for sale... you sir look like you are in need of protein. could i interest you in some fish?"

"how much for one pound?"

The man standing outside the cosmetic store saw this and tried to employ the same strategy.

"Need a makeover then come on in.... you mam you look like you're in desperate need of a makeover come on i..."

I winced at the loss of a man's cherished little brother before leaving the area. That woman looked like the Damios wife in fire country from Naruto and I did not want to see where the similarities end. I was not going to become the next tora and be suffocated within two giant mounds of lard in some ugly woman's sweaty cleavage.

After hopping around the rooftops for a while I came across a familiar person. I have never met this woman but I know her from the novel.

After making my way around her I saw Dai Mu Bai exiting the Giant pink hotel. I made my way over the roof top and under his leg before stopping in front of Xiao Wu and giving her the biggest doe eyes a cat has ever bestowed a human servant.

"kyaaaaaa so cute. Can we keep him?"

she scooped me up off the ground before turning towards Tang San with big watery eyes. I just sweat dropped. I knew I was cute but isn't this a little much.

'I knew he would never say no to his little sister.'

Plan to infiltrate Tang Sans group of friends and make them my loyal followers is a go. A smirk made it's way on my face but was quickly washed away and replaced with an innocent expression once tang san turned to look at me after having cold shivers rack his frame.

Tang san quickly shrugged off the uneasiness just now and pushed the door to the room they were given in the love hotel before blushing at the fact there was only one bed.

Xiao Wu entered with absolutely no idea of what that single heart shaped bed meant. I jumped off her shoulder and made my way to the tallest piece of furniture in the room. There was no way I was sleeping in a bed that was used by several individuals to do indecent acts. Gross the thought that an ugly uncle had his way with his ugly mistress was too disturbing to ever allow me to sleep on any surface that housed his sweaty body.

"look Tang San there's only one bed. it lookes like we are going to have to share."

If I didn't know any better I would have accused her of being an indecent seductress trying to lead my future servant cough cough I mean my brother astray.

He explained what gender differences meant now that they were considered adults in the eyes of most people. "Xiao Wu im going to give little jade a bath since we dont know how dirty he must be from running about the streets."

'How dare you call me filthy you stupid jerk. I swear I'll give you a tsunade style fist of love when I turn back into a human'

my meowing went unheard as I would not allow myself to be stupid enough to speak human while in cat form.

After he shut the door he made his way to the bathtub and filled it with warm water. I honestly didnt need that much water since I was an adorable little cat but when I turned to give him a questioning look I stopped.

Tang san was already in his underwear with his hands reaching for his waist band. Before I even had a chance to process what was happening my body was already up in the air striking out with an overpowered gentle fist at tang sans abdomen.

"YOU PERVERTED F*CK"

Tang san was launched out of the bathroom through the now broken door with a trail of spit left in his wake. when I landed my brain finally caught up with my body and I jumped out to see if he was ok. The only reason he wasn't dead was because my body instinctively recognized him as a friend and the output of my strike was only enough to hurt not maim.

When I looked into the room I came across the sight of tang sans head connecting with Xiao Wus foot followed by another shout of

"TANS SAN YOU PERVERTED DEVIANT"

Poor tang san was directly knocked out on his ass. He didn't even know what hit him. I just hoped that that hit was enough for him to forget about the talking cat.
