Awakening Ceremony

Tang San opened the door and looked at Yao and said "Ok! One second I have to make dad breakfast"

Tang San quickly rashes out the house after finishing breakfast. The two friends ran together to the awakening ceremony.

They were greeted by a wondrous sight the examiner had just joined with his spirit.

Tang San and Yao were in awe seeing their first spirits but some (Yao struggled to hide it.)

Tang San teased Yao as they got in line "It's surprising huh."

Yao replies "yeah..." in a daze as Tang San starts laughing quietly the examiner starts examining children.

The children start cycling through with all of them having "trash spirits" and zero spirit power.

Eventually it became Tang San's turn.

Tang San goes up an the examiner and awakens his spirit after a blinding light his spirit is revealed as blue river grass. The examiner tries to not examine his spirit power assuming he also has zero, but Yao interjects "That's not fair! Let him test too!" Begrudgingly the examiner does and when Tang San puts his hand on the crystal ball it illuminates showing full instead spirit power. "How, but, your spirit..." Tang San walked away from the gobsmacked examiner as Yao screams "Congratulations!" and hugs Tang San. Tang San though awkward at first, folds into the hug and tells Yao "Go and awaken your spirit." Yao complies. When he puts his hand on the crystal ball it illuminates vibrantly once more revealing his spirit.

Yao feels a burning sensation in both hands he prevents one from coming out but the other does and when it appears it is revealed to be...
