The awakening Ceremony (1)

Late at night, a boy was sitting on a desolate cliff, his body looks to be around 10 years old. His hair on his right side is light-brown, his left side is black and at the forefront are a few red strands. The boy calmly stares into the sky with his piercing light-brown eyes that have a bit of golden colour in them, seemingly out of focus and lost in his thoughts. That boy is Xiao Yun.

I stare into the distant sky and think to myself 'Tomorrow is the day my Spirits will awaken and the day where I will find out about the clan. Since 6 years ago when I was born I never met someone my age, most of the clan members are about my Fathers age. Also, there aren't even more than 30 People in my clan. My Grandfather is the Patriarch and my Father Da Yun is the next head. My Mother Xiao Huoyan is an elder and my Grandmother is a supreme elder. Even though there aren't many I wouldn't say our clan is weak. My Grandfather is a Rank 98 Super Douluo, my Grandmother a Rank 95 Super Douluo, my Father a Rank 93 Average Title Douluo and my Mother a Rank 90 Spirit Douluo. Also, we have 10 clan elders that are Spirit Doulos, the rest members are about the Ranks of a Spirit Sage and Emperor. Also, the weakest is a rank 59 Spirit King. Every time I tried asking my Father or Grandfather both of them said that when I awaken my Spirits they will tell me about everything. They wanted to tell me when I was 10, but because of the intelligence I showed they promised to tell me when I will become 6'.

Because he was lost in thoughts he didn't notice that a man with broad shoulders, brown nearly black hair and piercing brown eyes came out from behind and walked to the boy and stood beside him and stared too into the sky.

'Haahh right now thinking about all those things is pointless, tomorrow all the secrets will be revealed'.I stand up from the ground and wanted to go back but was startled by a figure beside me.

"Father, what are you doing here and how did you find me?"I ask with a startled face.

He smiles at me and says, "I went to your room and wanted to ask you if you are nervous because of tomorrow, however, I didn't find you there so I went here. Also if you ask how, because every time you ponder about something you come here. I didn't want to disturb you so I waited."

I was so embarrassed because I didn't notice him and grumbled, "You should have even so said something."

He laughs at me and looks amused at my embarrassed face.

Then he says, "Come, Yun, tomorrow your Spirit will awaken you should go to bed now."

"Okay.Goodnight Dad."I say this as I went of.

The night passed quickly. In the morning Xiao Yun wakes up and gets ready pretty fast.

He goes down to the dining room and finds his Parents and Grandparents there.

"Happy birthday Little Yun."They all say that in synchro.

"Come sit with us Yun and eat dinner. After that, we all will go with you to awaken your Spirit in the clan hall."My mother says.

"Okay, mom."I sit down next to her.

After an hour of eating all of us together go to the Clan hall.

When we arrived all the Elders and members are already present. They quickly bow down and say, "We Greet the Patriarch!"

I was amazed at the sight of 10 Spirit douluos, a few spirit sages, spirit emperors and spirit kings bowing down.

"Like all of you know my Grandchild will become 6 years old today and awaken his Spirit essence. Because of that, you're all here."

Every member or elder is excited. Especially my Family.

"Come stand here little Yun. I will channel Soul power in you and help you awaken your Spirit."My grandfather with saying that puts his hand on my Back and channel it into me.

'This warm feeling is this Soul power?' I quickly put my focus on my Spirit essences.

I suddenly felt a power running through my right hand and out of it broke a Golden radiance that seemed holy and sacred. The whole room felt pressure and had the urge to kneel to it and submit, but it was that the pressure gave off a nice feeling. Above my head slowly condensed a Phoenix that had scarlet golden feathers that would glow faintly in the darkness, golden eyes and a golden tail. Also, it had claws and a beak that are gleaming gold. Moreover, the Phoenix is radiating out Holy light.

My grandfather face flushed with excitement as he said with a stuttering voice, "I, It, It's the Sacred Phoenix."

All Persons in the whole Room fell into a strange Silence everyone was stunned.

Slowly the Phoenix came back into my body.

I didn't even hear what my Grandfather said because another pressure exploded from my hand but this time from my left. However the pressure this time didn't give a nice feeling it gave the whole room a feeling of Death coming close. Above my condensed a Phoenix that had deep black feathers, that would glow in the light, black eyes and a black tail. It also had black claws and a beak that was gleaming gold. The Phoenix was radiating a Death Gods pressure it wanted everyone to kneel to it. The whole room was left in an eerie silence...
