Chapter 36 — Death March (2)

"I will increase the weight of your gravity ring," Lou Shi said, a wisp of light entered Fang Lin, Xiao Yi, and the two sister's metal rings.

The weight acting upon them caused by the metal ring went up to 12 kilograms from the previous 10 kilograms.

Lou Shi also gave another metal ring to Yu Long causing his weight to increase to 55 kilograms.

The five felt despair and sorrow seeing their weight increasing.

Another hour of sufferings started again.

They

soon set off toward the next city located 50 kilometers from them.

"We are close to the end..." Yu Long muttered tiredly as he looked Infront of him.

The weight he was carrying was currently at 115 kilograms after taking Fang Lin's weight.

Fang Lin had unfortunately seriously injured his feet and was not able to run properly so he had to take it.

Every stride that Yu Long made crack the earth. His muscles and bones were trembling non-stop under the weight he had.

His mind was especially exhausted from not having enough rest.

There was only 60 kilometers left of their death march. His body and mind was already close to the limit.

Yu Long still persisted and moved his whole body with his <Spiritual Strength> that grew more powerful after training at the waterfall and also the current death march.

There was only 10 kilometers left till they reached the final city called Soutou City.

"I can't...." Ji Yu hoarse voice weakly sounded as she slowly fell to the ground.

Her will was amazing to be able to reach this point even with her weak physique as an auxiliary spirit master.

"You should just leave me here... I will just burden you.." Ji Yu said weakly.

Yu Long shook his head tiredly, "We will all reached the finish line together..."

"I'll carry Ji Yu..." Xiao Yi said as he went near Yu Long.

Yu Long looked toward Xiao Yi who was also exhausted, "Let's carry her together.."

Xiao Yi nodded and helped Yu Long with carrying Ji Yu.

Yu Long didn't care about Xiao Yi arousing appearance. Her clothes were soaked in her own sweats leaving it clinging onto her white skin which made her growing body and quite large assets for her age, to be easily seen.

All of them were focused to reach the finish line.

Hanging on Yu Long's face, was a happy but tired smile as he saw a small tent Infront of them. He then felt Xiao Yi trembling legs in exhaustion.

He grabbed her smooth hands tightly and said softly, "Xiao Yi, we are almost at the tent!"

Xiao Yi eyes seems to gain a little clarity as she felt Yu Long's big warm hand grabbing her hand.

Fang Lin eyes were solely focused on the tent as his steps quicken frantically which made his swollen ankle hurt more.

Hu Yu didn't have it easy too as she was already past her limits, but the sight of the tent made her will burn more fiercely..

Lou Shi saw all of them collapsing on the ground in extreme exhaustion.

Yu Long was also on the ground still holding Xiao Yi's delicate hand. He then embarrassingly let go of Xiao Yi's hand, but the warm sensation of it, lingered on his palm.

"Good! You guys successfully completed the death march! The next training will begin now!" Lou Shi happily said.

"Fuck! Let us atleast get a rest!" Fang Lin angrily cursed.

Lou Shi chuckled teasingly hearing that, "I'm just joking. I'm not that evil."

Fang Lin rolled his eyes hearing that.

Lou Shi handed them her special herbal drink to replenish their stamina and also heal them with Hyper Recovery.

"Don't use your spirit power and let the herbal drink effect to be fully used. Now, follow me to the special hot spring I borrowed!" Lou Shi said with a bright face.

"A hot spring!?" Ji Yu awakened, full of energy after hearing the word 'Hot Spring'.

"Let's go quickly! I want to wash off the smelly sweat and dirt out of my body!" Ji Yu excitedly said.

Lou Shi smiled as she took the metal rings out of them. They then felt their body going lighter as the heavy weight dissapeard.

They soon went toward the hot spring after taking a short rest.

"Don't peek toward the lady's bath, okay?" Lou Shi winked while reminding Yu Long and Fang Lin.

The three girls eyes turned sharp as they looked toward Yu Long and Fang Lin.

Fang Lin shuddered in fear and waved his hands in denial.

"I don't plan to peek! Really!" Fang Lin said while averting his tiny eyes from the girls in guilt.
