1 Cat biscuits

Nel picked me up and I squirmed around in her arms as she lifted me down and tried to usher me in the cage. I turned my head away and she sighed and knelt to my eye level. "Nanami didn't make a fuss, so why are you?"

I hated it when she would compare me and Nanami. It made me so frustrated that anyone thought we could ever have the slightest thing in common. I leaped back off the table and began to climb up the purple cat tree in the centre of the room. I paused. The unmistakable sound of cat biscuits being shaken about ringed in my ears. As quick as a flash, I bolted to the opposite side of the room and dived face first into the food but I fell flat on my face as she moved them out of the way. "I'll give them to you if you behave yourself, ok?" I rolled my eyes at the fact that she was using bribery on a cat but obediently climbed in as I munched away. she carried me to the car and strapped me into the back seat. Nanami sat next to me looking smug because I had brought Nel to so much trouble when she had no problem. You see Nanami and me may have been twins but we were as different as night and day and not just in looks but in personality too. I'm always messy, i have tufts of brown hair and black zigzags down my tail. My pink ears are short and stubby. I'm grumpy, stubborn, lazy and when being held up or sitting on Nel's lap; fidgety. On the other hand Nanami was a little older then me and was a tall, elegant cat with cloudy white fur. She had patches of sandy yellow on her tummy and pale brown hair around her eyes and nose. All in all she was a beautiful cat and everyone, including Nel was always pawning over her and saying she was a beauty. She was always perfect and never did anything to annoy anyone. Of course that doesn't include me. You could say I was jealous but don't I have a right to be? I may have been a nuisance but I never hurt anyone! when ever I tried to make up to her Nanami would start preening herself and rolling around on her tummy, which obviously received massive amounts of attention from Nel. Many times I tried a more well behaved manner but she would always make up drama thar made Nel even more cross with me. I may not be as a amazing as Nanami but there's always a story behind the scenes that no one ever looks for...
