Link didn't panic. He sat down cross-legged, closed his eyes, and calmed his mind, trying to suppress the two powers! If he couldn't suppress them, his body would probably explode. In that instance, he would truly die! However, these two powers weren't something that could be easily suppressed.
They were like wild horses that got loose from their chains and madly rampaged in Link's body, causing his blood to go chaotic and his lungs to tremble.
Unlike energy from the outside world, energy that came from within one's body was hard to defend against. Of the two powers, the power of death had the upper hand. This was a power exclusive to the God of Death—it was extremely pure.
