The knock

This is based off of the "Not even bones" webtoon, its awesome I suggest reading it!

My curly hair sat next to my face while I sat on the couch in my small apartment. Hi, I'm Nova a 16 year old in my Junior year of high school. Theres this set of people, the Jarka(jar ka). The Jarka are a set of people across the globe with special powers, they're not allowed here so we hide. Yeah the most dangerous ones are the monokas(mon oak as) they feed off others pain. Its sick I know, but I'm also a Jarka, I can change things in body. I can heal a cut or cut off my pain so I'm safe from the Monokas.

*knock knock* I get up and open the front door to see a tall slender woman "Grab her" two men pass her and grab me, next thing I knew I was blacked out in a van I think. I woke up in a cell type thing, I saw a cell next to mine and another across from me. My green eyes wandered as I thought "do they know about me?" Theres a black market type thing, they sell Jarkas, like me. My dad never liked the Jarkas, maybe he turned me into these people. I loked at the cell next to mine, there was a skinny (from starvation I assumed) girl sitting there in a corner, she looked sad. I sighed, the lights went out and I heard a women's heels walk in. She said"Ligts out Jarkas". I played down on the mattress I'd been sitting on, and I fell asleep.
