Chapter 9:

"You sure she's a elemental?", namjoon asked not believing at the symbol.

"Im hundred percent sure.", she said. Younha as soon as she saw the symbol, she ran to namjoon's room and they both headed to jungkook and jhope.

It was late night and no one was believing her. They were all too much exhausted to go on to another mission.

"I mean what if it could be a birth mark?", jhope said trying to convince her into not going. "Can't we just go to make sure?", younha asked.

"We can try but lets not go right now. It would be pitch black in the forest where this orphanage is located. We can go early in the morning alright?", jungkook advised.

Younha noticed how red jhope's eyes were from the lack of sleep and namjoon was also yawning countless times, black circles forming under his eyes.

"Im so sorry guys, i should've thought about you. You guys are tired. Its just all this has been a mess with me and now i just feel that i have to protect these elementals from those monsters no matter what. But i didn't realise how greatly your lives are affected now.", younha said looking at them emotionally.

"Its alright younha dont blame yourself with everything. We are in this together and no matter how many monsters we have to face we will win together.", jhope lifted everyone's mood making the other three smile at his confidence.

"We also need to work on namjoon hyung's powers as well. We can't just leave him alone during all this.", jungkook said and namjoon smiled putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Okay then tomorrow in the morning, i, jungkook and jhope will go visit the orphan to get any information on eunha. And namjoon will go to a watch making factory and meditate over there.", younha said but was interrupted by namjoon.

"But i also want to come with you guys. It could be dangerous for you younha.", he said. "She will be fine. No location has been opened up so there will be no chances of monsters. Besides me and jungkook have a control on our powers. So there's nothing to worry about.", jhope assured.

Hearing the older hyung, namjoon exhaled with a defeat and then agreed to follow her idea. "Ok fine but stay safe. All three of you.", he said.

"We will. Now will you guys go and sleep? Its freaking 2 am and we havent even slept a single minute.", jungkook said rubbing his eyes from exhaustion.

The three of them took their leaves to their directed bedrooms and went into a deep slumber after running for countless hours and using their powers and physical strength.

The new day awaits for four of them today.

Younha, jungkook and jhope after getting ready, went along with their mission. Namjoon had already helped out with the location.

"Okay so according to namjoon, the orphanage is still there but there is no one who watches it?", jhope asked. "Sounds pretty strange and secretive.", jungkook said.

They three were now making their way through the thick forest in the search for the orphanage.

"It makes me want to find it desperately now.", younha said stepping on the dry leaves producing crunching sounds.

"Why would the people in the government say that? If there is no one living or managing it, why they just dont break it down?", jhope asked confused. "Thats what we have to find out for ourselves hyung.", jungkook said boldly.

Jhope took a step back and gulped after hearing what jungkook said. What it was an abandoned house and there are ghosts living over there.

Younha and jungkook both confusedly looked at jhope and then jungkook smiled figuring out that he was scared to move on.

"Dont worry hyung, i will protect you.", jungkook said and after realisation hits younha that what he was talking about, younha smiled at his cuteness.

"You sure jungkook? Please dont leave me with anyone over there.", jhope said having all his hopes in jungkook.

"There won't be any ghosts, jhope im sure.", younha said but then stopped. Jungkook and jhope who were coming behind looked at her and then at front and then saw the orphanage.

It was old but a bit recognizible, it was covered with thick ivy vines and trees and the building had gotten into a bad structure. There was a news about the orphanage on fire but it looked as if the fire never touched it in the first place.

Something was strange and younha knew it. She took a deep breath and confidently went up the front porch and knocked on the wooden door.

Jungkook and jhope both followed behind waiting for someone to open the door. Younha knocked on the door few times but there was no other person in the house.

"Maybe there really is no one in this house anymore..", jungkook said slightly disappointing younha who was here for only one reason and that was to find eunha.

"Le...lets go now.", jhope said getting frightened by the creepy looking house which was empty for a long time however they thought it was empty.

When suddenly they heard the deck squeak inside the house. "Who was that?", jungkook said and jhope closed his eyes from the scare.

"It wasnt me. There is someone in the house.", younha said sure of her ear that the noise had came from inside the house. There was someone but was scared to come outside.

"Lets go inside.", younha said getting curious to see who was hiding inside and from them when they looked like they meant no harm.

"I want to go home....", jhope cried getting emotional. What if it was some murderer or a killer who was hiding from the police after killing someone.

"We have to do this or now or never.", jungkook said getting confident. He then went towards the porch and infront of younha. You guys stay behind me atleast i can protect us from that person if he is harmful.", jungkook assured.

Younha nodded and got in between the two men. Jungkook slowly turned the knob and the door opened. It was open all this time and they were knocking on the door wondering if they would invade someone's privacy.

The house was dark probably, the sunlight from outside kept the house warm and bright inside. The furniture was old but classic. It looked like someone actually lived here after the fire.

To their surprise there were many plants potted on the window shelf, on the corner, on the coffee table and every where on the shelf.

"Who are you get out of my house or else you will pay!", the voice yelled scared and angry but they recognized it to be a woman's voice.

"Listen! We dont want to hurt you okay? We just want to talk.", younha said exchanging a nod with jhope and jungkook. Younha thought that voice of a girl will make her comfortable.

"Your not here to talk! Your here to hurt me. Just making up words and trying to manipulate me. Im warning you or else-", the girl threatened making jungkook angry.

"Or else what!?", he yelled in anger, suddenly the girl came out and threw her hands towards them and all the vines outside the house came with a strong wind and broke into the windows, shattering the glass and were nearly about to grab them when jungkook used his water powers to prevent the vines from coming at them.

The girl had green eyes and black hair, she had a nervous and scared look on her face but jungkook only stared into her eyes and she did the same getting lost into those blue marble eyes.

Both of them were silent, trying to find answers in each others eyes and were deeply breathing from the use of excess energy. "Guys stop!", jhope yelled making them both break their eye contact.

They both turned to see younha looking weak on the ground and jhope had gripped her shoulders to steady her. "Younha! what happened?", jungkook yelled getting to grab her and looking at jungkook.

"I think your powers are affecting her. Our powers are affecting her.", jhope said looking from jungkook to the girl.
