Chapter 6: What incident?
As Alexander remember an incident which he tried to forget so much and was finally remain of again. It was know as "bloody Corpe".
It was 3 years ago when the village heads granddaughter had come to visit him from the city. Due to the long distance traveling his Granddaughter came after one and half year later of her marriage. Her husband was a well known businessman and couldn't came with her. Every girl was envious of her and adults also praise her for having such a nice destiny in the village. Her name was cynthia. When she meet her grandfather she cried and said how much she misses him. As the days went by peacefully. One day at the bath a fellow female villager saw bruised on legs and went to the head to let him know about it. When cynthia and the grandfather meet.
"Dear! What happen to your leg!? Is your husband mistreating you." Village head hurry to his Granddaughter and check around her for anything else.
"Grandpa please stop!!" She shouted at the him. "He treats me with good care and give me everything I want. You know what, I'm even more happy that I could move from this crappy village!! Here is nothing but nightmare!" She shouted at her grandfather with a disgust look him.
"Thank god... He is taking good care of you. When he Carol come here first he was looking at our family mountain to buy them..." As heard it cynthia her hand clench her fist on her dress. "Your Mother and Me tried everything to stop him from buy them but they died after six months and when he and you married without telling anyone. Ho ho. Now that I think about it, I'm already become quite old. Even if I died today I won't have any regret know that I know how you are." Even at the slightest thought of her grandfather leaving her alone made cynthia cry.
"G-Grandpa please don't say anything like that hic. I-i can't even live without you... Whaaa aaa." She started to cry and even the village head had problem calming her down.
"The truth is I'm not happy at all Grandpa.. hic.. He is only after the mountain for business when mom was died he became close to me and propose to me. He said you will say no to our marriage because you will think he was just after our property and we run to city for marriage. You were right Grandpa when said in letter that he is just a sly fox withing for our death to devour us."
After day went by and night cynthia was clam and sleeping on her grandfather lap. Suddenly a knock was heard and maid enter and she politely said
"Second young madam, Young master will be coming tomorrow and expecting that you have then everything Young master has told Second Young madam." Listening to this grandfather question her
"Second Young madam..?"
