Prologue

"It's Alicia,right?Come on Alicia it will be fun"

"It's getting late and I dont know you."Alicia murmurred.

"You can get to know me."Liam smirked.

Liam extended his arms offering his hand to Alicia,his eyes glowing bright under the evening sky,reflecting glimpse of hope Alicia would take his hand,glimpse of impatience to hold her hand,but the hope was leaving him as Alicia pursed her lips and pulled her muscles into a frown.

Liam started to retreat his arm but was stopped by Alicia grabbing his arm ,"Fine I'll buy you ice cream nearby the shopping mall,but that's just because you said you will help me find the way to the shopping mall."

"You better repay for my effort by treating me an Ice cream sundae."Liam winked.

That wink,damned wink sent butterflies through Alicia's body,making her feel a little tingly inside.

Liam lead the way and Alicia followed right beside him.

His jet black hair touches the back of his neck,and in the front covering his half of his beautiful emerald green eyes. Sinewy figure,arms sculpted than the rest of the body from what it seemed,

'Must be a model.....around my age?17.... or maybe a little older,18?'.Alicia thought as she examined Liam thoroughly,her eyes shifted away from the boy she just met to the shopping mall right across the street they're waiting to cross as his eyes turned towards her,she didn't want to be caught staring.

Liam caught her eye and smiled,so wide his sharp teeth embedded in the back of his mouth could almost be seen.

"Oh great the ice cream shop is here,so I'll get you an ice cream for showing me the way to the shopping mall as I agreed to,didn't know the way to the shopping mall was this easy."Alicia sighed.

"You never leave your home except for going to school or library do you?"Liam satirized.

"Why were you going to shopping mall anyways?Needed new clothes?"Liam asked

"It's none of your business why I am going to the mall!" Alicia exclaimed.

"Ouch.That kinda hurt."Liam said playfully rubbing his hand against his chest.

Everyone in the ice cream shop were staring at them .

"Sorry." Alicia said ashamed.She wanted to bury her head into the soil like an Ostrich.

"Nevermind that lets get this overwith,it's getting late ,shit it's almost 7 30 p.m,I need to be somewhere.Quick what flavour do you want...?"

"Why are you staring at me like that?"Alicia asked.

"Oh nothing sorry,I was just admiring how pretty your doe-like brown eyes are."Liam claimed with an innocent smile,only without the drool falling out of his mouth.Hunger was chewing through him.He needs to eat ice cream to cool down his body,but needs to eat her soul to cool down his malevolence.

"Well um,thanks I guess."Alicia blushed.

Alicia couldn't stop fiddling with her fingers,half in angst of her mother screaming at her for being late to the food court,half in agitation sitting in front of a boy for the first time,boy too handsome for school,too literate to be not in school,as in Vanity she barely sees boys like Liam holding story books around instead of smarphones and rapidly tapping on their screens to win some virtual battle between the lords or a war with their girlfriends.

But it's also weird how she felt very comfortable with him even though she barely knew him.

Liam scooped up with his spoon the last bit of chocolate sundae left into his mouth and looked up at Alicia dead in the eye.

"Now you're staring at me again,but I didn't ask why are you looking at me LIKE THAT,now did I?"

"Huh?Oh sorry I was just daydreaming."Alicia said as she looked away from him,and proceeded to finish the sundae quick as possible to run away from the embarassment.

She looked up at the clock,it's 7:40!Shit! Now she needs to run away to also save the embarassment she'll face in the food court from her mother screaming at her.

"Could have just returned a compliment like I did." liam shrugged.

Alicia wanted to talk more with him,but she didn't even have time to return a smile.

"Well ,Liam I need to get going now.Bye,i hope to never see you again."Alicia waved as she left her seat.But of course that was a lie.

"Wait how about the shopping mall?"Liam asked whilst slightly tilting his head to his right,exposing smooth and sharp edge of his jaw.

"Yeah its just next to the icecream shop I saw it,I think I can take it from here ,thanks."

Alicia's hair bounced as she left the ice cream shop,turned to steal one last glance at Liam and proceeded to walk away.

Liam a second too late,glanced at Alicia's figure walking away from the shop until it disappeared.

'I hope to see you soon Alicia,very soon.' Liam smirked,revealing a hint of the sharpest of his teeth.
