Chapter one- beginning

"I can't do it,I'm a dead woman,go it's too dangerous take the child with you"Qin Shaw shouted as she fought off the telmays that rushed towards her. "No, we can get out of this together I'm not leaving you the child needs a mother she needs you I need you if we die we'll die together."Ran Lou said in resolve "Cover me I need to change the child"he said as he turned towards the child raised his hand towards the child and she was soon covered in a layer of grey light "By the power of light you are forbidden from it's sight join the creatures of the night and fight with all your might, break free from my spell only once you hear the bell, cursed you are to be, and till then you are never to see"As Ran Lou finished the spell he was out of breath and struggled to mutter another spell to send her away."Ran Lou what did you do now she will surely be struck by heaven's first punishment!"Qin Shaw shouted as she lost focus and was stabbed in her arm."Ahh what exactly did you do that child is gone if we're not with her she's only a little over one hundred years how will she survive"she cried as she was stabbed again. "I sent her to a safe place where no one knows our race and I sent her with guidence now let's just fight and try to live through this so we can at least know she has people to come back to "Ran Lou shouted as he formed a sword out of the smoke coming from the nearby fire and he dashed forward and killed multiple enemies at once but they were simply outnumbered "Ran Lou, one of us has to breathe and wait for the child, that should be you your more on the parenting side than me and your powers are beneficial to the child than mine it's an honor to sacrifice myself for you and the child, sorry I didn't tell you but I love you I loved you since I first saw you at the academy when you were dating Mei Feng but I was to proud to say that I liked the nerdiest guy in the academy that's why I took this mission when I found out that you were in it I wanted to get closer to you but you already marked me as a friend so..."and she ran forward and kissed Ran Lou with a blushing face."good bye." she said as she flew towards the center of the army muttered some words as she made hand signs and was enveloped in a blue light that engulfed the whole battle field and blinded all and a big boom was heard all was destroyed all but one. Ran Lou stood an moving with an expressionless face as he looked in the direction that Qin Shaw was and walked towards the area but his smile got bigger and bigger the closer he got to the area where the explosion happened by the time he reached the area his smile was so wide that it was kinda creepy he knelt down and picked up something tiny and as he grinned he said " I can't let the waman I love die and wow I didn't know you had it in you to actually say such cheesy words I thought you would just order me to marry you if ever liked me but look there's a kitty under a tiger awww." he said as he pet a tiny cyan kitten that could fit in only one palm it's turquoise colored eyes were adorable as she looked at the man infront of her in rage she tried to yell but all that came out was a meaw and a purr embarrassed and shocked she covered her mouth with her paw it was an adorable sight "now how am I supposed to yell at this genius bird brain if I had known he would turn me into a cat if I tried to die I could have asked him to at least turn me into a dragon magic wierdos and their way of thinking I don't get it their all like this"she thought"wait how about "she thought as she reached her paw and scratched Ran Lou on the face then retracted her paw and crossed them with a smug look on her face then looked up expecting to see his cheek bloody but found it as white and pure as before." wow I save your life and this is how you pay me I guess that's a sign that you don't need me, I'll just go and give ur voice to someone else or I could go and make a body for my snake ok bye." He said as he put Qin Shaw on the ground and walked away with his hands in his pockets but she panicked and clung to his leg and put on the most adorable face she could muster and stared at him long and hard " What, I'm going now you want me back women are so complicated chase you now beg you later" Ran Lou sighed "Your lucky that I'd die for you let's go"
