Chapter 4- First fight against Abyss creature and Rank Improvement

It's been over a month Helix has started training since as to quickly adapt and get familiar with this new body.

"I have only left a month before the destined encounter of Kevin & Cecilia Evelyn and beginning of the rise of Kevin Cornild" Helix began thinking about his current situation.

" Well training hard was not such a bad idea", i reflected as i checked my Status screen.

After assessing my stats i started moving around in the forest to check my current location.

'The lush green forest with som broken barks here and there' is filled with loneliness and Erie feeling, just like a predators is waiting for its prey.

"This moment is of Calm before the Storm."

Soon after i noticed a huge one eyed orc weilding a Massive club. These types of Abyss monsters are uncommon and rare in this world.

"Should I just run? I'm still new to this body and i don't know that i can weild the sword as i am still new to the sword", Helix wonderd.

However, he quickly dispelled those thoughts, reminding myself that I had nothing to loose anyway.

"What's the worst can happen other than injuring myself, i can still run if can't win", Helix muttered to himself relaxing and adopting a fighting posture as i waited for the monster to attack first.

"As i was facing the threat, i could not help but felling a erupting desire to surpass my previous weak and pathetic self" Helix thought.

"With a new found purpose, i braced myself for upcoming fight, eager to test my strength and find my place in this magical world.

Despite the orc size , his speed is slow enough that i can easily dodge it but it has monstrous strength meaning this fatty need only one hit of his club to create a meat pasted out of me.

As helix was pondering himself i watched as monster noticed me and did a loud growl.

Hearing the monster roar i found an opening in his body defence, so i decided to attack firstly. I rushed towards it empowering my physical reinforcement and hit it with my sword at its ankle but it only dealt very little damage.

"It's too shallow", helix grumbled to himself in frustration.

The pressure it is emmiting is no joke, if it was another person, they would have paralyzed or started trembling in fear.

As monster rage bubbled up after my attack he rushed towards me in enraged state.

I evaded his all attacks and able to parry it's attack power.

Then, i directly inserted the sword swiftly in his only eye.

The orc trembled and shouted in pain all over as dark blood gushed out.

I immediately destroyed his heart with my sword the moment as i found a massive opening when he was rolling in pain.

Soon orc's body completely covered in dark energy and a dark black matter formed in round shaped.

"Well let's increase my rank if i absorb this Abyssal energy", Helix thought to himself as he remembered the methods to increase the rank and he inserted hand.

"Aaaaahhhh"

Helix felt tremendous heart wrenching pain as he felt dark energy invading his mind but soon he got the situation under his control and complete absorbed the Abyss energy.

"Now helix's crest started glowing and projected an increase in crest size compared to previous one as dragonic shape remained in centre but it's surrounding became more complex and designed.

well today battle had greatly benefited me, let's return" Helix muttered to himself.

Soon after some half kilometre steps, he reached his new tree house as he had to abandon and vacate his previous wooden hut.

He climed up using the Vine ladder and directly hit the bed and started taking a nap in his relaxing leaf bed due to tiredness after this dangerous and hectic adventurous day.

"Zzzzzzzzz!"

Soon a peacefull low snoring ringed in this tree house.

Helix has felt unsafe and unsecured in his old hut so, he thought that he had to abandon this hut and firstly choose a safe and secure location.

That's why he built the tree house with the fallen logs and for security he covered it with thick green leafy and thorny stem vines on a very high location of four adjacent side by side standing tall trees thick branches.

After creation of his three room tree house, he had made his bed by collecting soft and relaxing leaf shades and then he joined the tree house with a removable thick Vine ladder for climbing up and coming down to reach the ground surface.
