26 Reverse Flash

Kizaru roared, a beast toying with his prey. He held back his devil fruit power, a cruel joke. His leg lashed out in a vicious roundhouse kick, aiming to crack Kasper's skull. The air itself screamed as the kick tore through it, a blur of deadly intent.

Kasper's eyes narrowed into slits, a storm brewing within them. He tracked the incoming attack with laser focus. In a flash, he dipped his body lower than anyone thought possible, the blow singing past his ear, a whisper of death. Seizing his chance, Kasper retaliated with a kick of his own. His leg was a piston, slamming out in a brutal counter aimed at Kizaru's gut.

But Kizaru was a whirlwind of reflexes. Just as Kasper's leg blurred towards him, Kizaru spun on a heel with impossible agility, his own body mirroring Kasper's kick. Their legs met in a clash of thunder, the impact echoing through the air. A momentary X formed, their silhouettes locked in a struggle of pure power, before they were flung apart.

"Heh," Kizaru smirked, surprised by the wallop Kasper's kick packed. A dull throb pulsed in his shin, a testament to the raw power the man possessed.

But Kasper wasn't done. He wasted no breath, launching himself towards Kizaru with an earth-shattering stomp. His body blurred, soaring above Kizaru like a missile. He raised his elbows high, forearms merging into a deadly point, like a vengeful spirit's fangs poised to strike.

{Fangs}

Just as the blow descended, a flash of blinding light erupted. Kizaru's form shimmered and vanished, leaving only an afterimage. He reappeared meters away, a sardonic grin plastered on his face. "Seems this won't be a walk in the park after all," he taunted.

Kasper, ever alert, saw Kizaru shoot out into a beam of light, teleporting right in front of him. Kizaru's foot whipped out in a blur, but Kasper, unable to dodge in time, braced himself for impact. His body pulsed with Haki, hardening his defence like iron.

Kizaru, seeing the hit coming, slammed his heel down even harder. As his foot struck Kasper, an incredible sight unfolded. Mere inches from landing, Kasper's body twisted with inhuman precision, the foot brushing past his midsection in a hair's breadth. In the same instant, Kasper lashed out with Haki-coated hands, grabbing Kizaru's foot like a giant catching a fly. With a powerful yank, he pulled it above and over his head, like a giant tossing a toy. Then, with a roar, he slammed Kizaru's body into the ground; the impact creating a crater.

"Man, that would've left a mark," Kasper thought, wincing slightly.

As the dust cleared, Kasper saw Kizaru standing, his clothes ripped and dirty. He glared at Kasper, a dark look in his eyes.

"This little game is over," Kizaru growled. His body shimmered again, turning into a blinding golden light.

Kasper tensed up, his senses on high alert. He used his Observation Haki and Ultra Instinct to scan his surroundings. A beam of light streaked towards him, and Kizaru materialized behind him, aiming a kick at Kasper's head.

Kasper's body moved on its own, twisting with inhuman agility to dodge the blow like a seasoned acrobat. He spun around in a blur and unleashed a powerful punch at Kizaru's midsection.

{Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist}

Kizaru barely had time to react before the punch struck him square in the chest. He grunted in pain, his body dissolving into light again. He reappeared meters away, launching another attack from an impossible angle. This became a dance of destruction, Kizaru flashing around like a golden bullet, raining down attacks from every direction. Kasper became a whirlwind of motion, his body dodging and countering each blow with inhuman reflexes. Punches and kicks flew, a blur of high-speed combat.

Kizaru appeared before Kasper, meters in the air, his body illuminated like the golden sun, powering up an attack. Beams of light shot out of his body like a rapid-fire artillery gun, raining down upon Kasper.

{Instant Movement}

Using his enhanced body, Kasper weaved and flowed between each beam like water in a rushing stream. They landed on the ground, creating craters of near-magma heat. He launched himself closer, closing the distance with Kizaru in an instant.

Kizaru saw Kasper gain momentum and charged into light, disappearing only to reappear next to Kasper's left side. He launched a snake-like whip kick with blinding speed.

Kasper's head snapped towards Kizaru, a menacing grin splitting his face. "Got. You~".

{Break}

Kasper's hands, like iron clamps, slammed shut on the leg rocketing towards him. With a sickening crunch, Kizaru's leg exploded in a geyser of blood and bone. Shards of shattered tibia and fibula ripped through the golden light, shredding the skin around the wound.

A primal scream tore from Kizaru's throat. Agony, unlike anything he'd ever experienced, lanced through him. It was a searing, white-hot inferno that obliterated his leg, leaving behind a phantom limb and a sense of utter numbness.

Falling towards the floor, Kizaru stare at the leg he once had. It lay limp, devoid of anything inside, a husk of itself. He used his arms to help himself off the floor, now standing on the singular remaining leg, his eyes bloodshot as he stared at Kasper, the smirk across his face akin to the devil coming to claim his soul.

Kasper didn't waste a moment. He knew Kizaru would try to escape as light. In a blur of inhuman speed, Kasper appeared behind Kizaru and latched onto both of his arms with a grip stronger than iron. Kizaru's eyes widened in horror as he realized his predicament. Instinctively, he tried to activate his devil fruit power and turn to light, but to his utter shock, it wouldn't work. Every time he willed it, the power sputtered and died.

"Figured it out yet, Mr. Light Speed?" Kasper's voice, laced with a chilling menace, echoed from behind Kizaru. "You're not going anywhere."

{Break}

With a sickening crunch, Kasper delivered his own brutal counter-attack. Both of Kizaru's arms, from the shoulders down to the fingertips, met the same fate as his leg. Bones shattered, muscles shredded, the very connection between limb and body ripped apart. Kizaru's once proud arms became mangled things, limp and useless at his sides. A strangled scream tore from his throat, a sound filled with unimaginable pain and disbelief.

The world tilted for Kizaru. The golden light that usually surrounded him flickered erratically, a dying flame in a sudden downpour. Kasper's grip on his arms, unwavering and cold, was a stark contrast to the warmth Kizaru usually associated with his own power.

"Perfect Devil Fruit counter..." Kasper's voice, devoid of its usual swagger, sent shivers down Kizaru's spine. It was laced with a deadly seriousness that Kizaru had never heard before. "You were never worried about me to begin with, were you?"

Kizaru's own voice, usually booming with arrogance, came out as a strangled gasp. He tried to turn into light, to escape this nightmare, but it was like trying to breathe underwater. His devil fruit power, the very essence of his being, was inert. A horrifying realization dawned on him–this power, somehow, negated his.

"Why this island?" Kizaru rasped, the question laced with a newfound fear.

Kasper, a predator with his prey finally cornered, offered a chilling smile. "Because, Kizaru," he said, his voice dropping to a low growl, "it's the perfect grave for you."

With those words dripping with finality, Kasper's hand shot forward like a viper. It plunged straight through Kizaru's back, his fingers wrapping around the admiral's still-beating heart. A sickening crunch echoed as Kasper squeezed, and Kizaru's eyes, once filled with arrogant light, dimmed. The surrounding glow sputtered and died, replaced by a horrifying realization — defeat. His last breath hitched, then left him entirely.

Kasper released the broken body, which crumpled to the ground like a discarded rag doll. The silence that followed was heavy, broken only by the light gasps of Kasper catching his breath.

The world fell silent. The once vibrant island lay ravaged, a testament to the epic clash. Craters, like gaping wounds, dotted the landscape, spewing molten rock that hissed like a vengeful spirit. Kasper surveyed the scene, his chest heaving with exertion.

He turned to Kizaru's lifeless form. With a flick of his wrist, a basket materialized from thin air, the woven wood incongruous against the devastation. Gently, he placed it beside the fallen admiral.

Then, a miracle unfolded. A single melon in the basket pulsated with an inner light. It swelled and contorted, its form warping until it resembled a shimmering fruit, a perfect replica of the Pika Pika no Mi. Light danced around its surface, potent and alluring. The essence of Kizaru's power, free and waiting to be claimed.

Picking up the basket, Kasper stored it back in his inventory. "That was fun," he said, a smile adorning his face. "Maybe I should fight some more Admirals. I really can't wait for the war to begin. So much fighting to be had!" He made his way back to his ship, still anchored and safe away from the island.

"I really hope Robin made some food. I'm freaking starving."
