Samuel nodded slightly. Although the increase wasn't drastic, it still increased by over thirty ratings!

Obviously this was from the newly captured planes. But sadly a majority of the creatures were mortals so the increase isn't too extreme.

But Samuel started to notice something

His actual expansion of properties wasn't too high. With the exception of newly constructed Spiritual Farms and some basic Spiritual Properties like the Colourful Honey and Nordic horses there weren't many changes.

Currently his family income was dominated by the sheer amount of warriors that adventure the Eternal Battlefield.

Even the Mythril and Lemoncide couldn't help make up for that.

''But what can I do to increase the Spiritual Properties under my name?''

Samuel couldn't help but frown.

Although it seems like quite a long list, in fact in comparison to some forces this might not even be a drop in the bucket!

Not only do these not really increase the income, a majority of the resources are actually used to increase the practice of the warriors in the family.

For example the Glucus Mushrooms grown by Situ have managed to allow a lot of Peak Rank 1 Warriors to break through their potential!

But what Samuel was interested in was the One-Shade Rose.

Samuel sat at the head of the family hall and spoke to one of the concubines in the room. They bowed and left the large palace.

Around 15 minutes later a tanned and muscular man in a farmers uniform walked through the door.

This man was one of Samuels younger sons. Only twenty years old this year!

But don't be fooled by his relatively low strength, in fact his talent is extremely useful. Samuel recently placed him in charge of the Middle Level Spiritual Farm.

Typically Middle Level Farms can produce hundreds, if not thousands of tons of Common Herbs. It can supply the basic nutritional needs for hundreds of thousands of warriors.

But for the growth of rarer herbs, their survival rate is quite low. Maybe only one of a hundred seeds could actually germinate!

However with Nicholas' Lower Level Physique, that survival rate would increase to four out of a hundred!

Because of this, Nicholas was placed in the Middle-Level Spiritual Farm to care for the Glucus Mushrooms and Crystal Violets that were placed there.

However the most recent addition to the collection was the One-Shaded Roses.

''How are they doing?''

Samuel asked curiously.

''Father, it isn't good. Since they have been forcibly relocated we have lost 10% of the total one thousand plants! However we suspect that next year at the latest the next batch will be ready to harvest.''

Nicholas bowed and spoke excitedly. He knew the importance of these plants.

Unlike the Crystal Violet Plant that can potentially help the breakthrough, or the Glucus Mushroom that can help exceed the potential, the one-shaded rose is slightly more powerful.

Because it can actually forcibly increase your practice to Middle Rank 1!

And this is regardless of whether you have a Spiritual Root or not. However there is one downside. Once used, you can never improve again and your combat power is inevitably slightly lower than your peers.

The forcible development of someone's practice is caused by the large rate of Spiritual Absorption. However the body is unable to deal with the impurities in the air as slowly as before.

So in comparison to hte 50% of impurities you might've collected, you would collect 100%!

Even the mobilised Spiritual Energy is far less pure and slightly muggy in comparison to people who broke through naturally.

However the significance of these plants is evident! They can actually allow anyone to forcibly breakthrough, for mortals it is a dream come true!

Samuel could already imagine that if he could batch produce these plants on a large scale, it would definitely allow him to create a Middle Rank 1 Legion from the Millions of Mortals he has recently captured.

Samuel nodded. And smiled slightly. In fact the One-Shaded Rose is far from simple.

He looked at the little plant in his hand and smirked. He gained these roses from a two-star force listed in the information he purchased.

But the reason for his interest is that One-Shaded Roses are actually the most inferior version of their type of herb.

Above it is the Two-Shaded Rose, Three-Shaded Rose, etc, etc up until the Nine-Shaded Rose.

The style of the rose is quite typical, however it has nine leaves spread around the centre.

In the rose in Samuels hand, only one of the nine petals were completely red, with one more having a faint line of red.

As for the effect, it's easy to guess. A One-Shaded Rose can promote a MIddle Rank 1 Warrior, A Two-Shaded Rose can promote a warrior to Middle Rank 2 and so on.

However on BlueStar, One-Shaded Roses are rare enough, Two-Shaded Roses are enough to cause conflicts between forces and Three-Shaded Roses are completely impossible to find!

Because of this, Samuel was so excited to receive such a powerful plant. Maybe in the future it would actually become a Tao-Shaded Rose due to its slowly changing colour.

''But there is an issue with Family Head. Although the Spiritual Energy in the farm is abundant it is far from enough to maintain the growth of all these plants.''

Nicholas held a slightly worried look on his face.

Most stronger families will construct farms dedicated towards rare plants, often with Gathering Arrays or valuable materials that increase energy concentration.

But the Lanford family only had two plants, how could they construct a farm focused towards them. Not to mention they don't have any of the arrays yet!

Suddenly Samuel heard that and smiled.

''Don't worry about that.''

As for why Samuel was instantly so happy? Because he actually received a System Mission!
