1 Chapter 1

A gentle breeze passed through the air, an eerie sense of peace spread throughout an endless terrain. Billions of figures stopped what they were doing, staring up at the sky.

To their horror, a sudden crack spread throughout the previously intact sky. Like a broken mirror, it fragmented shocking the figures below to their very core. The Seven Years of bad luck was the least of their worries.

Suddenly an invasive and incredible pressure poured out of the cracked sky. The figures felt it irresistible, most were unable to prevent themselves from kneeling piously on the ground.

However if they weren't so afraid, so terrified, so weak, they would be able to see what was actually happening. They would be able to see the truth.

As the Fragments twisted in the air it was like a two sided coin. When the light flashed on the fragment two scenes were shown. A shockingly large tree looking like it was on it's last breath.

Withered and black leaves fell to the ground, billions of them. The rotten branches swayed desperately, every swipe causing a fracture in the space in front of it. As for were the attack went? That was solved on the next side.

The Fragment flipped quickly in the air. This time, revealing a glorious green tree. Even though only a fraction of it was shown it was enough to signify it's true brilliance. Each leave depicting endless mysteries, a single glance enough to burst a Mere Mortals Mind.

But now, that very same tree is swinging billions of branches rapidly. Thousands of fractures in space in front of it appeared and disappearing.

Unfortunately the figures below were unaware of such a scene. However the Fragments falling from the sky weren't inconsequential.

On a Small Plane, Millions of Mortals scurried around attempting to avoid the rain falling from the sky. However within the grey clouds no one noticed a small hole appearing, revealing a small fragment.

The Fragment descended towards the Plane at a rapid speed, as it fell it disintegrated into endless particles that filled the sky.

Suddenly, as if in a trance, all of the Mortals below stopped moving. Their bodies instinctively taking a deep breath.

Among the many figures, a few people felt a slight change in their bodies.

However the Fragment appeared to be on a mission, uncaring about it's increasingly shrinking body.

It had found it's target.

A Young Man, wrapping his skinny body with a torn and shredded blanket. The cold and wet London Alley providing no warmth for his malnourished physique.

The Fragment quickened it's descent, spinning rapidly like a Beyblade released off it's launcher.

Centimetres away from the cut and bruised face of the young man the Fragment glowed with unending power. The air around it twisting rapidly, as a giant cut slowly formed in the space in front of the man.

The man felt an irresistible force pull his body, yanking him into this unknown cut.

The Fragment seemed to finish it's mission. It's small body burst into billions of Particles, spreading out and landing on the foreheads of the remaining Mortals.

But the aftermath here was no longer of the mans concern.

*********

Smelling the fresh scent of cut grass, Samuel gazed out of his window. The sky was a perfect blue with fluffy clouds displaying more patterns than can be imagined.

Below his mansion room dozens of staff scuttled around preparing for his coming of age ceremony.

Samuel came from a rich family, although incomparable to the true richest people who control the country. He is also far from normal. His family is known as a local tycoon within FieldView City.

However this world isn't the exact same as Earth, although quite similar. However the population of the world has skyrocketed to an insane amount! Naturally that also means the land of earth is multiple times the size of Earth.

But it is undeniable there is one large difference between Earth, and that's the existence of Spiritual Energy.

Warriors exist on this Planet called Blue Star, they have abilities far beyond humans.

However the criteria to be a warrior is extremely harsh, very few people are born with the qualifications. They need a Spiritual Root.

And spiritual roots are further divided to determine your talent. From 1 inch to 9 inches long the larger the more energy you can absorb.

Samuel was destined to be an ordinary person without a Spiritual Root, neither of his parents have spiritual roots either.

Of course this doesn't rule out the fact that Samuels Spiritual Root hadn't awakened yet, although most appear when they are born there have been cases of eighty year olds on their deathbed awakening them under the stimulation.

But Samuel has secrets that he's been carrying with him since he was born. He's actually a transmigrator that came to this planet with a system.

Samuel came from the Original Earth, but what's more important is the Dogs Of War System that came with him.

The Dogs of War system has simple functions of summoning or creating completely loyal dogs to Samuel. These warriors will naturally be divided into their spiritual roots.

[Dogs of War: 0

Methods of Summoning: Redeeming with energy or Natural Birth]

Dogs of war can be summoned using Energy or born in a normal fashion. However the birth must involve at least one Dog of War in the consummation process.

So if Samuel was to summon a lot of Male Dogs of War they could have an ordinary life and their children will also be completely loyal Dogs of War but with a randomised Spiritual root and talent.

Of course it is only randomised in thought, they have a guaranteed 1 Inch Spiritual Root and their upper limit is determined based on the skills and talents of both their parents.

Dogs of War are the same as humans in every way, including LifeSpan, but there is an incredibly strange feature on the Dogs of War.

In order to promote the idea of size growth and long term development, the father of a Dog of War will gain half the lifespan of their children.

So if Samuel Summons a Dog of war and they have a child their life will add half of the lifespan the child will have, without directly affecting the Child's own lifespan.

And the lifespan can be even longer in the future, Warriors lifespan will increase correspondingly to their level.

Which by the way is also ranked 1-9, 9 Being the highest and 1 being the lowest. Each rank is further divided into Low, Middle, High.

But Samuel ran into a slight issue, that is getting enough Energy for the first Summon to start this all off.

Samuel himself has no connections to Warriors and the only source of Energy is a Spiritual Crystal.

Spiritual Crystals are the widespread currency among Warriors claimed out of the Eternal Battlefield.

The Eternal BattleField needs a little description. It is essentially a battlefield among the entire universe. All warriors are linked directly through a small tattoo on their hands.

The battlefield is a free for all and killing any other Warrior will result in a small amount of Spiritual Crystals forming on the ground.

Therefore the value of Spiritual Crystals is naturally immeasurable.

No matter how much money you have you can't trade it in for Spiritual Crystals. Spiritual Crystals are an essential part of life for warriors, you can absorb the energy directly to improve your strength.

Moreover Warriors can Absorb the Spiritual Energy in a Crystal and continuously make steady progress. This is to force Warriors to compete if they wish to advance.

Unfortunately Spiritual Crystals are difficult to get even in the large Battlefield.

''Excuse me Master Samuel, Your parents have requested your presence downstairs.'' Samuel turned his head and looked towards a short Maid at the door.

He didn't recognise this new face but that is common. Samuel didn't even leave his room most of the time, shoving his head into books intending to learn as much as possible as to find a way to get one Spiritual Crystal.

''I see, I'll be down in a minute. '' Samuel replied as he turned his head back towards the garden for one more look and walked out of his door.

The Mansion he lived in was large but only in comparison to an ordinary house. There were no antiques, no extravagant riches, after all Samuels family had only become rich for one Generation.

Soon Samuel came to his fathers office.

As he walked in he took the chance to look at his parents. Both his parents were good looking, but the most noticeable was the noble and domineering attitude coming off of his father.

After all, his Father had worked in the business world for dozens of years and naturally developed such an aura.

But more importantly Aura had a literal effect on this planet. It could be the small things like a kind aura that makes people trust you, or it could be an aura of slaughter that will make you indifferent and skillful at killing.

Even ordinary people can develop Auras, although the effect is minimal it is enough to make them stand out among the billions of other ordinary people.
