Chapter 2

"Hmm the teacher coming late again today i guess" wondering while reading my novel to kill time before the teacher come.

" Oi Sato, day dreaming alone again aren't you today?. Oh i totally forgot, it's not just today, it's just your everyday thing hahahahah" Yasuda Sho, the person who always make joke of me everytime there is a free time in class. My classmates continue to laugh at me.

I ignore their laugh and take my bag and search for my phone and earphone and wear it. Suddenly someone poke the back of mine and ask me " Sato, lend me your notebook ". Asking me impolitely while smacking the table in front of me multiple times to lend my notebook to him.

It's already like a routine when there's a free time like this there will be always someone try to pick up a fight with me, but i just simply avoid picking up a fight. I'm not afraid to fight but rather i would stay put because my mom always said that quarreling is not good. I pick my bag and put the notebook on the table, usually they return the notebook to me in a horrible conditions most likely torn pages or scratches.

I continue read my novel while enjoying music. There's literally nothing to do because I don't have any friends at this school, it's not like i didn't even try to make one, Actually I've made one.

Ironically, the person who became my first friend at this school was the one who bully me literally everyday, Sho.

I think It was half a year ago where i got transferred here, it was loneliest moment that I've ever felt, and suddenly came to my table " Hello, my name is Yasuda Sho, what's your name, nice to meet you. " introducing himself while smiling brightly.

"My name is Shinsato Yuudai, nice to meet you too." replied me.

"So... umm.. Sato-kun? can i call you that? where are you from before you transferred here? and you can call Sho."

"Im from Kyoto, i got transferred here because of my mom's job."

"Oh good to know a person from Kyoto, does Kyoto have a fun place to visit, one day i would like to travel there."

"Kyoto has a lot of fun place visit, I'll be your guide when we go to Kyoto together one day Sho-kun"

The first month was a great moment, but after that month i sense something was up, Sho acting abnormally he gradually making up reason to not having lunch with me and not talking to me while in classes.

The last bell has rang...

" It's time to go home then " Something weird because all of my classmate leave early including Sho and it was raining and i forgot my umbrella.

" I think i have to wait till the rains calm down then " Suddenly i hear a girl voice screaming for help at the hallway. I quickly rush towards that sound and i found that a girl was lying on the floor with torn clothes. I open my jacket and cover up her body.

Suddenly a group of people swarms me and take picture of us i didn't what happen at that time, the next thing i know is that girl say while crying " He... he.. tried to rape me ".

I was shock by the sudden scene" No, i was trying to help her " They ignore my explanation, and help the girl up. Behind those crowd i saw Sho with cynical smile. I tried to help the girl too but the girl refuse and i was push away by those crowd. " Don't touch her you pervert!!!. " I stepped back and get to the place where i put my bicycle.

While cycling, i try to remain positive " Maybe they tried to prank me, but today is not my birthday hmmm.

As soon as i got home, i saw. a note on a dining table [Sato, mom will be back late today, reheat the food in the fridge and don't forget to brush your teeth before you sleep, don't get late to school tomorrow. Love Mom.]

Welp having a dinner alone again tonight. The thing that happen lately still lingering inside my mind "Hmmm i can't think of any reason of why would they do that to me."

The sound of my phone alarm wakes me up, I slept restlessly at that night. The first thing i saw is the note that my mom left on the dining table [I'm so sorry Sato, mom gotta go work really early today, reheat the food in the fridge and go to school early, Love Mom].

After eating the reheated breakfast i wear my school uniform and rode my bike to school. The atmosphere at school suddenly change. When i pass the students on the way to school they look at me like they looking monster.

As soon as i got at the class, the atmosphere getting more tense, everyone were ignoring me. Suddenly Sho stood up and shouts "Hey, isn't that the pervert that try to rape a girl on the way home yesterday?."

"I told you, I'm trying to help her up" I tried explain the truth but no one was listening.

One of them show me the picture of me with the girl yesterday and ask "Then can you explain this?? SHINSATO YUUDAI?? ".

That picture went viral at the school no wonder why people start staring me like i was a beast. After all of those chaos, i get out from my classroom and went up the stair and i saw Sho was standing at the roof. He slowly walk towards me and ask "How's it going pervert beast?" with his cynical smile.

"You, i knew it was you all along, you gotta pay for this, spit out the truth now or you'll get consequences!!". I replied in an angry tone.

"What?? how will i get the consequences, will anyone trust you? will anyone believe in you S-A-T-O-kun??" Sho replied to me while laughing maniacally.

I was shocked (it was my so called friend who does this to me, no.. no... this must be a dream) i pinch my waist hard while muttering about the reality that im facing.

Sho just went pass through me and said "Have a good day my FRIEND".

"After that my daily school life become upside down and after i have became numb towards their mock and jokes, all i can do is do nothing this is the causes for picking up wrong friend. Maybe there is a reason behind all of this. But why.. why me?"

"Shinsato~~~." a whisper suddenly appear behind my head, " Oh, i go deep in my thought again " the reality came back to me and i realize it's the hottest girl in the high school who whispered behind my head, but i don't know her name, or it's just me who didn't care about the name of anyone beside my family and teachers. Because there are only two reason if they call out my name, either they want to play a joke on me or asking me to copy my homeworks.

I open my bag and search for my homework and put it on the table " Copy it fast and make sure you return it before the teacher came ". As soon I turn my head and continue my reading, that girl poke me again " This is not the reason why I came here ".

" Then what is the real reason? " I replied while reading my novel.

" The real reason is i.... i.. want to tell you something " she replied to me while blushing.

" Then spit it out already, can't you see I'm busy right now?"

"Sato-kun will you go out with me?" with clear red blushing face.
