8. The spring will come
Raya preparing everything she need to make dinner tonight. She is not allowing servants to help her for cooking just likes in her previous life. This time she cooks not to earn her husband attention, but merely because Duncan ask her. While Raya give full her energy and mind focusing on her cooking, a middle age woman observing her behind her no far from the kitchen.
Aunt Hui is one of senior servants that dedicated herself to work in Lin family so many generation. She is the most loyal servant that always serve Duncan family, even before when Duncan still kid. Her expression always off and treat Raya coldly, but she always have a way to help Raya while faced the difficulty.
In previous life, Aunt Hui with her expressionless face fooled Dora when she try to hurt Raya in the staircase. In present Aunt Hui keep the only person who always in Raya side, even Dora came to take over the position of Mrs. Lin at that time.
''Aunt Hui, I never know you have this kind of hobby?'' Butler Xuan yi that whispering behind Aunt Hui startled her who focusing too much observe her madam.
Spontaneously Aunt Hui slap him and scolding him with low voice afraid that her madam listen. She then push him out together with her.
''You brat, are going to make me get heart attack.'' Aunt Hui keep scolding this young butler even they already stay out from house.
Butler Xuan yi is 2 years older that Duncan only. He is a son of Duncan's grandfather driver and also childhood friend. Not because of his father work to Lin family that he decided to work at the same family as his father. If not because Duncan safe his life while he is being frame and fall to dark hole that caused his father died due to heart attack because of him.
The friend he trusted so much to managing his money to start up business, who knew he scammed him all along and run away with the money. Not just Duncan bring back hope in his life but also help him to revenge the friend of him. At the same time, Duncan also just start up to take over the company from his father.
''Aunt Hui, forgive me.....ok...ok....I'm sorry.'' Butler ask mercy because his all shoulder feel pain enough after get slapped by middle age woman.
Butler Xuan yi frowning with a wry face hok the pain while keep stroking his shoulder that just get hit by Aunt Hui. He asking again about what she do back there.
Aunt Hui sigh, crossing his arms. ''Don't you notice something different today?'' Aunt Hui look Butler Xuain yi questioning.
He just scratch his head confusing and ask back about the meaning of Aunt Hui question.
Aunt Hui feel helpless look how this young clueless face. ''I mean just like this morning you told me that master ask us to taking care madam carefully. Even he knows madam eat food to controlling her pregnant because madam have allergy with specific medicine. Then this afternoon, madam complained about her dissatisfaction about everything in this house. But as you see, rather than angry master instead being gentle to madam and hug her passionately.''
Butler Xuan yi nodded his head to every word Aunt Hui said agreeing. But deep in his heart there is slightly doubtful feeling toward his master.
''Aiyah....why your face look so confused like that?'' Aunt Hui slap his shoulder again distracted him.
The pain from Aunt Hui slap bring his back to his own conscious.
''I believe master already open his heart and start to love our madam. I think spring will come soon. '' Aunt Hui said cheerfully leave Butler Xuan yi alone and ignoring him that still fell pain from his slap.
Butler Xuan yi dumbfounded seeing him being abandon after beaten several time.
He massage his shoulder slowly while his thought go in deep thinking about what Aunt Hui said before. He really hope that his master really change and accepted the arrange wife of his. Because if not the hidden disaster that waiting from dark will be destroyed everything.
