Looking at Xiao yin who was safe and sound. Xianwu's mind started to work again. "Where are Senlin and Shijei?" she asked immediately. "I don't know... I never saw them here when I returned." Xiao yin mumbled. "Could it be, that they are caught in the illusion!?" Xianwu pondered. Looking around all of a sudden they heard Shijei yelling. "It's Shijei's voice!" Xianwu realized instantly. Amongst the trees Xianwu saw Shijei and Senlin running towards them. Xianwu with a relief waved her hand and called "Shijei! Senlin! We are here!"
However, Shijei slapped his forehead in return a large avalanche seemed to be chasing them. "Stop waving us and run! You deafs!" Senlin shouted. "Huh?" Xianwu looked at Xiao yin unable to detect the danger. Senlin slapping her forehead ran faster. Shijei roared "Senlin! You take the boy and I'll take the opposite!" "No way!" Senlin rejected. Shijei had no other choice as he rushed.
The two of them reached Xianwu as Shijei picked her up and started running. "Boy! Run, were being chased!" he called. "Huh?! What's wrong? Xiao yin! You left him behind." Xianwu shrieked. Senlin was running behind them and Xiao yin had already caught up with them. Xianwu who was lifted up by Shijei asked "What in the world are you both being chased by!?" Shijei who was panting hard replied "Who knows? After being separated by you both, this crazy thing started chasing us! God knows what it is?" Xianwu pondered "It's strange… why didn't the two of them get caught in the illusionary space? Rather than that what is that?" Xianwu looked upwards while keeping a hand on Shijei's shoulder for support.
"Its speed is really abnormal I can't even glance at its figure!" Xianwu guessed. Senlin spoke up "How about we try to hit him?" she asked. "That might be a good idea." Xianwu admitted. "If it's really that great of an idea why don't you use it quickly?! My legs are about to give up!" Shijei blurted panting heavily. "I'll send you away with help of Fa ling but before that Senlin, first you hit him with your arrows, then, Shijei put me down and hit him with all your force in a single turn afterword's, with the help of Fa ling I will tie him up and in case we fail, the moment it loses focus Senlin hit your arrows in his eyes!" Xianwu planned immediately.
"And… what if it turns out be a ghost or a creature who doesn't has eyes?" Senlin asked. Xianwu pondered "Then, we might stand no chance or escape immediately. To sum it up, safety matters first!" "Listen everyone! The moment you do your job. Immediately hide. Moreover, don't come out no matter where you are. Only Senlin is allowed to fire her arrows and no one else comes out! No matter whatever happens the time I deal with it nobody is allowed to come out!!" Xianwu warned.
Looking at Xiao yin who was staring right back his expression solemn at her she smiled "Don't worry Xiao yin… everything is going to be fine." She consoled. "Fa ling! Come out!" she ordered. Fa ling stretched himself longer than a twine. "Pick up Xiao yin and take him away!" Fa ling with the speed of light tied himself around Xiao yin's waist and pulled him up taking him far away. Senlin turning around shot her arrows but all of them went in vain "What the hell! Why doesn't my arrows affect it at all?" Senlin gritted her teeth in anger. Fa ling had already come back to Xianwu. She turned around to grasp a look. Xiao yin was safely hidden behind a large bush.
"Alright, Senlin it's your turn now!" Xianwu commanded. Senlin stopped in her tracks turning to face the avalanche like creature "You monster!" she roared while drawing her arrow in her bow. In the meantime Fa ling had already tied himself around her waist. Instantly, golden light emitted at the point of her arrow as she released "Eat this! Thousand heavenly arrows!!" she claimed. "Fa ling, pick Senlin up!" Xianwu called. At that moment, a blast of thousand golden arrows hit directly at the avalanche. Fa ling picking up Senlin took him to the place where Xiao yin was taken to.
"Is it over?" Senlin asked looking over the bush. "No. Not yet." replied Xiao yin who looked at the situation. His expression stern. "Your attack might look powerful but the problem is the speed of that thing." he pointed out. Senlin pondered in silence. "Xianwu how much longer? The forest is dense. It's hard to run!" Shijei panted "Don't worry! It's your turn now!" Xianwu instructed. "Alright! Then here we go! One! Two! And Three!!" he exclaimed while placing Xianwu on the ground.
He turned around his sword glowing red. "Under light of heavens and earth! Be it evil or immortal! Under the divine blade you shall be slayed!! 'Divine slash!'" He claimed. Fa ling again with Xianwu's order tied himself around his waist. The blade slashed through the avalanche. Even the trees surrounding the area had been clearly ripped off from their roots. "Fa ling pull him now!" Xianwu called. Standing straight she faced the avalanche but it still didn't stop. "Shijei's attack also went through?" Xianwu pondered.
"Is Xianwu going to be alright?!" Shijei asked anxiously who had also joined the other two. Within the nick of time Senlin stood up pointing her arrow at the avalanche. Suddenly her eyes widened "It doesn't have eyes…" "What?!" Shijei exclaimed. Looking at Xianwu he called in her mind using his private transmission "Xianwu! Retreat! It doesn't have eyes! Stay back!"
Xianwu stood in front of the avalanche meanwhile, Senlin continuously firing her heavenly arrows. Fa ling turning himself into a curved blade stood behind her. Her head was already ringing with Shijei's continuous voice as she inhaled. "Is she crazy?! Why won't she listen to me?!" Shijei angered. Xiao yin on the other hand gazed at Xianwu continuously, his eyes not even budging an inch. "What is she doing don't tell me she's facing it head on?! What about tying it up?!" Senlin panicked. Xianwu looked at the avalanche which kept approaching towards her closer and closer by the passing second. Xianwu twirled around as Fa ling dashed into midair cutting the avalanche into half and returning back.
"Just as I thought!" Xianwu reviewed. "No wonder it doesn't have eyes. It isn't a living being to begin with! This avalanche is just a mountain of resentments which devours people. The moment someone goes inside it devours it in a second!" Xianwu stated. "What?!" asked Senlin and Shijei in shock. Not only that..." Xiao yin added. "By creating an avalanche of itself, it can easily capture all the people approaching towards the forest and wipe their existence off silently. Our appearance here has already become an annoyance for them, they won't wait anymore… they'll just finish us off. But, it can only be diffused by a powerful spiritual attack."
