Xianwu interrupted "Stop…" However something had already interrupted her. Under the dark surroundings voices of dead seem to gather. "What is going one?" Xianwu consulted. Xiao yin who was right behind her whispered "It's the Human Eating Corpses…" Xianwu was shocked and indeed Human Eating Corpses were emerging from the ground below.

Xiao yin pulled Xianwu into midair as his blade seemed to cut around. From all the different sides Human Eating Corpses came approaching. Bingwen who was scared to death whimpered "I'm sorry, it's all my fault! All my fault!" Hongqi on the other hand single handedly injured him. Xianwu who couldn't bear the sight rushed towards Hongqi to stop him but Xiao yin grabbed her refraining from doing so. "Xianwu…" he called. Xianwu who was bewildered looked at his hidden face.

His voice felt calm, and it felt calmer when he called her name. "Don't move… the Corpses aren't only coming from the ground but from the cliff as well. Xianwu stared at him dumbfounded. "But! The people on the cliff are still alive! How come, will they become corpses?" she inquired. "They weren't alive… they were all being controlled. They were all dead to begin with." Xiao Yin stated. Xianwu shocked thought "They were controlled because they were dead? No way…"

Xiao yin instantly opened his parasol covering himself and Xianwu. Xianwu who wasn't able to make out his action closely pondered. Xiao yin with his crystal clear voice spoke "Looks like we are about to get company both inside and outside…" Xianwu stared at him puzzled. All of a sudden, a voice called "Xianwu!! Are you alright? Can you hear me?" Xianwu who had instantly grasped the owner of the words replied "Shijei! I'm alright! Don't worry!" Shijei's voice was heard again "Don't move! I'll come down in a second. But the more I try to kill the corpses above they keep falling down!" he shouted.

Many corpses fell over the parasol which Xiao yin held and many slammed right onto the ground with their bones cracking. Even after undergoing a huge fall from above. The corpses seemed to stand up again. Their creepy voices kept Xianwu fully awake.

"Even nightmares aren't so bad…" she thought. Xianwu gazed at Bingwen who was breathing harder than ever. Thanks to the corpses, Hongqi's attacks had been diverted from him. "Bingwen, calm down. Try to stop the resurrection." She insisted. Bingwen who was scared to the wits replied "Sorry… I can't! I don't know how…" A while later, the rain of corpses had stopped and from the thick fog a little light seemed to appear. "Xianwu! I'm here!" Shijei called. The pit which was dark, had slowly lightened. Thanks to the flames he created.

Shijei however was at a loss of words more like he had nothing to say anymore. "What in the world happened here?" he questioned. "How could a pit filled with life taking spiked rocks become clear like a plain?!" Xianwu looked at him with a puzzled smile. Of course there was no way she could explain him. Shijei stood in front of her with shock. "I wonder… it was like this since I came here…" she explained. Shijei who made a larger fire inquired "Where is your little brat?" Xianwu suddenly remembered.

The light shined showing the ends of the rotten pits. The corpses, severed hongqi and Mo Bingwen seemed to be clearly visible, however, the thought of grasping a look at Xiao yin never touched her mind. "Xiao yin, is…" she thought while turning around. Under Shijei's light Xiao yin stood in front of her. His black eyes curiously gazing at her with his long disheveled wavy hairs. His attire seemed to be the same. "Sister… I'm alright…" he smiled. And his voice had returned back to normal.

Xianwu nodded her with a smile "Whatever, that has happened before… truly feels like a dream?" she thought. Shijei on the other hand didn't seemed to be convinced as he questioned suspiciously "How did the two of you fell in here?" Xianwu looked at him with a smile. "Thanks to Fa Ling, we were able to land here safely…" she replied. Fa Ling who too hadn't come out for a while made his way outside facing Shijei. Shijei still suspicious sighed "I can't seem to believe it. How come did a deathly place become like this?" he interrogated.

Xianwu who seemed less concerned with his question asked instead "Shijei, how's Senlin? And what about the Heavenly Supremes?" Shijei gazing at her replied "The two of them together are indeed strong, just the same level as ours but Senlin said she would distract both of them until I find out about you. By the way, tell me what is going on?"

Xianwu took a deep breath as Hongqi shouted "I'll kill you! You deserve to die!" By the light Hongqi could see Bingwen and he aimed right for his neck. Xianwu asked abruptly "Shijei! Stop leader Zhong from hurting the child!" Shijei who was confused himself instantly stopped his attack pushing Bingwen towards the wall. "Hongqi?! Why is he in this state? What in the world happened?!" he inquired anxiously.

Xianwu walked towards Bingwen. "Long story short. By the time I was returning to him. He was killing his own people with his sword and throwing then into the pit. He had also captured this child. The child is cursed and the reason why the mortals were turning to corpses is, because whenever the people from the city of no return come near him they are cursed into them.

Hongqi and his people had been going into to the silent city to find him and when they go they turn into corpses." She explained. "They lied to us?!" he asked in shock. "Indeed…" Xianwu replied.

Shijei who was confused himself pondered "If the case was to be solved like that… how come it took so long to find about something so trivial?" Xiao yin who stood behind instantly called "Sister… this could only happen if someone from the heavenly realm is trying to hide it deliberately." he declared. "Xiao yin was right to the point. But, under the presence of the Heavenly emperor who would dare to do that?" she wondered.

A sudden thought hit her "Until and unless… the relationship is deeply connected… and the person is very close to the subject. The person is right under our nose, no wonder we can't see. At the time, when Bingwen fell, there was a mysterious person who was fighting with Hongqi. His loss resulted for the two of them to fall together in the pit."

"However, at that time the pit had never changed so how is Bingwen still alive? And surely I heard them fall. Moreover, if Bingwen is alive then, surely the person with him will also survive. And if the person is so skilled to even avoid the spiked stones and rocks of the most feared pit. Then the person isn't a mortal. He is a heavenly supreme!" Xianwu had finally guessed it.
