Did he just call me a human?

Alfie

We were in the boutique, Dina was standing as I choose for a cloth. "How's this" I showed her a gown with light orange color. "That looks like a pineapple" she frowned. "Then what about this? I dropped the gown and I showed her another gown with white and gray strips. "A watermelon" I don't think she is okay at all.

"An orange and an elephant? Do whatever you want! You can't even dress yourself" I said hold an orange and a ash coloured gown. I picked up the uniform I wanted and I went to the dress room to try it out. "It looks so good on you" Dina scanned through the uniform as I came out of the dress room.

"Your girlfriend is so cute" the lady in charge of the shop said. "She is not my girlfriend". "Get off me" I pushed Dina away. "Buy me this one" she pointed at the same type of uniform I was putting on. "Try it on its a new design, it will be even better" the lady said. "No! thanks", "Dina I will buy you something else"

"No! I want this one, I will hold onto you until you buy it for me" she insisted. "Try it on" the lady gave her the uniform and she ran into the dress room, then she closed the door. "Hey! Dina I will get you something else" I said through the door.

I waited for so many minutes for Dina to come out. Why does female dress for so long? I asked my self as Dina came out of the dress room. "Geez! she looks so gorgeous" I said in my mind. "I want this one" she held my hand in a couple style. "You tried it on so let's go get something else"

"But I want this! she dragged my arm. "You don't even go to school, Why get a uniform? I asked. "Think out of the box! You don't have to go to school to wear a uniform. Ok! I will just have to go to school then" she smiled. This girl is crazy, so she really forced me to get her the uniform.

We were on our way home as someone ran passed us "Watch out! A purse snatcher! someone shouted from the back. Suddenly, Dina ran after the purse snatcher. "Hey! why follow him? it's dangerous! I shouted and I dropped the bag I was holding, then I ran after them.

I caught the purse snatcher, I fought so hard with him and he took a stick "Wait! take it so slow, there is something I need to do that is, I need to kill you" I pretend to be scared as he raised the stick up to hit me, it slipped away from his hand. I used that opportunity to push home down and I held his hands backward.

The police officer I met the other day came to handcuff his hands. "Not bad. Did you get him? he asked. "Yes" I smiled, "Good job kid! You can go now" I stood up, as I turned I saw a guy holding Dina. "Dina! Dina! what happened? I held her face. "I am really tired" she said in a low tone.

I gave her a piggy back so that she could rest as we walked back home. "You fall asleep just anywhere, You have the knack of scaring people. Why get involved when you're so dangerous? "People I know run from injustice and hurt others to protect themselves, but you are different from the people I know". "I must be the worst kind of man you know, I always tell you to get lost and throw away your stuff" I felt emotional as I continue walking still backing her.

"So don't leave me because I have no place to go without you" she said. "Get off! I dropped her down. "I'm still dizzy, the world is spinning and my legs are tired" she said in a low tone. I backed her again, "Will you stop eating? I asked. " Why do you keep calling your grandma Miss Susan, she didn't get named? She replied with a question making silent for a while.

"Are you dumb? My dad is her son". "Then why is she Miss Susan and her restaurant is also Miss Susan? she asked again. "Wouldn't she live longer with me if she is a Miss? I replied with a question. "She will live long". "You better not spot on my back" I turned my head.

"Okay! she bent her head trying to spit on me. "Put your tongue back in" I said as we walked home still backing her.

Dina

I was outside waiting so long for Ramiel to come so I could explain everything to him. I lay on the grass think about the guy that gave his umbrella the other day, he was the one day held me when I was dizzy. I continued remembering all about the incident that happened yesterday until when Ramiel showed up.

"What took you so long? when I was waiting for you! I was annoyed. "Nothing happened? he asked as if wanting to hear what he knew already from me. "It's a bit strange, I still have my powers but I can't just use it anytime I want to". "What happened after you use your powers? he asked.

"I feel tired and sleepy, I can only get up after resting for a bit". He was silent for sometimes. "Then don't use you powers for human affairs for a while, Take! you will need this documents to live as a human. You will have a social security number, you. should be okay for a while" He gave me a big paper containing some other small papers inside.

"Thank you, why are they so many? I said. "How about him? How is he? he replied with a question. "You have no idea he is condescending and he's always so mean, he nags and pull pranks, This happened while trying to save him". "I thought finding out about him would lead me to the answer" I smiled.

"Tell me when you find out" he stood up. "Are you living already? I was looked at him. "I don't have time to hang out with a human" then he disappeared. "Did he just call me a human?.

I went back inside and I saw grandma ironing the uniform Alfie bought. "Do you have to iron your clothes" I sat down in font of her. "I want him to have the best school life like his straight clothes". I stood up as I ran to my room then I came back with the uniform Alfie bought for me.

"Iron mine too" I gave it to her.

"Why did you buy this? Do you want to go to school? She stare at the clothes. "Since Alfie is going I'm gonna go too". "If you want to go that badly, I'm sure there is a way. But do you like Alfie? she asked. "No.... it's because...." Geez! she won't believe me.

"Yes ma'am" she just smiled. "Was that just a confession? Then let me tell you no politely. What do you take me for?" Alfie walked in and sat in front of grandma. I place my two finger on my face making my nose to be in between. "What do that mean? he asked. "Psycho" I stood up and ran away because I know if he hears that he will hit me.

I was sitting on the dinning table when Alfie walked in dressed in his uniform. He sat down and started eating breakfast. "Go down and clean up the restaurant after breakfast. Chop cabbage and onion then put pepper paste in water" Grandma said to me. "Clean up, cabbage, onion and pepper paste" I said trying not to forget.
