Making a deal.

"What do you want with me Lilith?" Leon said as he shut the door, losing his formal attitude

Lilith walked over to his bed, sitting down her voice gained a tinge of coldness as she said "I want you. Simple as that."

"Why me?" Leon questioned, remaining calm even though this was the first time a girl told him such a thing.

"Reasons. All you need to know is, none are worthy to have me but you. My Fate tells me so, so naturally I'll come for you." Lilith stood up, walking towards him.

"What did your Fate tell you exactly? I think I should know if it concerns me" Leon said, looking at the veiled figure walking towards him suspiciously.

"Nothing much, it just told me I'd get stronger much fast with you, using dual cultivation. Aswell as showing me a glimpse of a, interesting future together." Lilith said as she put her fair hand on Leon's face, seemingly intranced by him.

"Dual cultivation? You'd give yourself up simply because of some power?" Leon said, his eyes containing an obvious glint of disdain at such a shallow act.

"Of course not, the power is secondary. The future is what I look forward to, none can compare to me in talent yet you come along and dominate me in the future? I'd like to see why." Lilith said.

"Dominate you? I think you're looking too far into the future Miss Lilith. I've yet to see you and you're already thinking about such things." Leon said, teasing her slightly.

'Hey Leo, why does it feel so right?' Leon thought

**What do you mean Leon?** Leo put up a question, acting confused.

'It's my first time acting like this with a girl, yet I seem to be happy? It feels like I was meant to be doing this.' He said

**Oh! That's because you two have fate, it's like meeting someone and instantly becoming close to them, that's because of fate. In your case, I believe humans would call it love? Or perhaps desire, I know not.** Leo said, shaking his head at the weird concepts the people of Leon's world got up to.

"Not at all, the future could be in a month or two with your cultivation speed. As for seeing my face, if you can promise not to attack me I could take my veil off" Lilith said as she touched her delicate veil, ready to pull it off.

"That can be for later, first tell me more about this power you can gain through me. How do I help you when you're already at the Blackhole Condensation Realm? And what is your background?" Leon moved Lilith's hand away from his face and asked, still gripping onto her soft hand.

"How did you know..?" Lilith went silent at Leon's remark.

"Just answer me, you won't understand even if I tell you" Leon rushed her into getting a response.

"Umm, through dual cultivation your cultivation will skyrocket due to my physique and thanks to that you'll surpass me in a short amount of time, thus giving me benefits instead. I can break through multiple Major Realm with your help." Lilith's eyes gained a look of fondness as she looked at Leon, imagining such a scene.

She quickly recovered from her ethereal state and looked back at Leon with clear eyes, "As for my background...I have none." Her eyes grew grim as she replied to his second question

"How's that possible? You're far more talented than everyone else, yet you have no background? Where did you come from?" Leon questioned her again, believing that she may have lied to him.

"I was born during a singularity event. That is all I know, I cultivated very quickly and 2 months ago, I felt a tug on my soul. Leading me here." Lilith said, confused herself.

"Do you know who Lync is?" Leon probed, remembering the last name Lilith was given by the system.

"Lync...Lync? No, I don't know anyone named Lync, why?" Lilith asked

"Nevermind. Leave that topic, now onto the final decision. Will you be okay with waiting for the marriage? I do not intend on marrying you this early after meeting you, as well as being so weak myself." Leon said

Lilith tugged on her clothes, taking a breath she said "Deal. But where must I live? And how often do we meet? Should I take off my veil? Would it be appropriate to keep it off around others?" She shot questions at him, acting more like a teenage girl than a powerhouse at the Blackhole Condensation Realm.

Facing the barrage of questions, Leon went dumb and "You'll live near my room for now, we'll meet to eat and talk during the day. Perhaps going out once in a while. You can take off your veil if you want, I am curious. As for others seeing you, I don't think it's my decision yet?"

Lilith was silent for a bit, before tugging on her veil. With a flash it vanished....

Silence spread through the room, as Leon who already went through a personality change still seemed affected by what he saw after the veil disappeared.

Infront of Leon, was a girl wearing a white robe, concealing her figure. Yet her face was no longer covered, and it was simply breathtaking. Her features were simply too divine to describe with words, her eyes especially taking a toll on him.

Lilith was shy as this had been the first time anyone saw her face, seeing Leon silently staring at her made her even more conscious about how she looks.

Instead of responding with words, Leon moved forward, placing his hand on her cheek he suddenly squeezed them like he was playing with a kitten.

"You can head to your room, but keep your veil on around others." Leon said as he let go of Lilith and looked at her once again put on a veil and walk out of his room.

'Damn it.' Leon thought as he plopped on his bed.

**Regretting not saying yes instantly?" Leo teased Leon, seeing him be so arrogant he was happy seeing him too shocked to speak.

"Shut it Leo, Forestry Dimension!" Leon said, his eyes slightly guilty but mostly resolute. He just got another reason to be stronger.

While Leon headed to the Forestry Dimension to blow off some steam, Lilith headed back to the dining hall and told his mother, Ellen about what happened. She was then quickly transferred to the closest room to Leon's.

"Alright, I shouldn't slack off either. I need to be worthy of him, he'll catch up to me anytime now" Lilith said as she entered a deep state of cultivation.
