Chapter 100: Fix the Body

~Third POV~

After Mavis and Tatsumi both managed to reintroduce themselves again after their conflict and Mavis madness subsided for a bit they both agreed to redo each other trust seeing that they both destroyed that bridge.

When they both recoiled their fight the two decided to take it slowly getting to know each other again and slowly reintroducing Mavis again to the current era ages despite her years of solitude and fear of harming another one of her guild members.

Of course, Hinata helped Mavis to try with a disguise but was not needed as Mavis has her <Illusion Magic> to change her appearance to make herself look older along with her clothing instead of a loli form.

Otherwise, the three members tried to move around and reintroduce Mavis to her Fairy tail member generation. And at the same time, Mavis has been collected and calm now to listen to reason.

Showing her what Magnolia Town looked like seems to have surprised her since in her eyes it was a new town still forming and turned into a warzone. But to see the peace again genuinely made her surprised to feel it again.

Ever since the long years of isolating herself and the pain of making her guildmates die to her curse she was distraught with the idea of killing them unintentionally when she was alive or to make more suffer just so she was alive.

Fortunately, Tatsumi already transferred the curse away from Mavis's body into <Murasame> inside another separate space as the curse is still active. But it's separated in another dimension plane affecting the desolate area there instead of Mavis world.

But still, Tatsumi thought to himself seriously about Mavis curse with some doubts in his mind about how to take care of it, 'But still, though that curse is going to be a real issue if isn't dealt with soon. Have to find a way to undo it? Reversing time on her perhaps or how to cure her of her curse but how is the question?'

As Tatsumi was thinking of some possibilities he decided to check on the shop later to see if he can find one that should be able to perform the task. Or possibly check the skill for it to do to cure for Mavis curse.

Shaking his head off the idea he thought to himself he'll cross that bridge when he gets there for now he and the rest of the members began to settle on finding information about Phantom Lord and their abilities. They researched them from witnesses of their abilities and past clients hearing their good work.

After all collecting information about legal guilds was much easier as they are in the public domain to know more about the wizard guilds. As such sources from Wizard Weekly magazines provided such help in collecting their member's abilities.

Especially the past info detailing about the Element 4 as well as their own Iron Dragon Slayer Gajeel showed about themselves to help get public attention of trying to be the strongest guild in Fiore instead of Fairy Tail.

Of course, Mavis was very angry these group of people would try to attack her family but managed to calm herself down reminding herself that the two chat members will try to stop her again and doesn't want to hurt anyone friendly to her or her guild so she managed to reign herself in.

That and a tap from Tatsumi's hand on her shoulder made her remember that fighting with him wasn't worth it after they were the ones that freed her from her prison and what did she give in return?

Only violence and madness for their kindness of even helping her out to see and feel again of the new generation of wizards as well as have the chance to see her guild again. Made her feel pretty much guilty about her earlier actions as she reasons with herself again.

That was also when her body suddenly stops moving to catch the member's attention as she responds to them quite nervous about what was happening, "What… guys I can't move my body what's going on?"

Hinata was quick to react as she responds to her using her <Byakugan> of the reason as a surprise was expressed on not only her but on Tatsumi face as well, "Mavis your body… finally succumb to numbness… I guess this is accurate since you might have been running on adrenaline for a while and now your body is starting to act normal again. But since you were encased inside a Lacrima…"

The other two didn't need to hear the rest to know what happened to Mavis's body as they came to their conclusion of what happened now that time has finally caught up with her.

She was a Spector or ghost for the last 100 years so this is a new feeling for her to feel again. And that soon became apparent as she needed help again when her muscles suddenly failed surprisingly the members.

The reason why it failed was that her muscles were to say numb or tired as she was encased into a Lacrima without any movement so it would be logical to conclude that her body hasn't exactly returned all of her functions as an example of her movement. Fortunately for Mavis Hinata managed to deal with that issue immediately.

After all Hinata's specialty was pinpoint body combat and used her <Byakugan> to locate the relaxed or numb muscles and hit those points to make them active again…

Inside a separate space was Mavis held down sweating as Tatsumi held her down from her shoulders as Hinata used her <Byakugan> as she responds to Mavis kindly, "Don't worry Mavis after this little exercise I will make sure your body is active again. Just please bear with the pain a bit."

*Gulp*

Mavis for her part gulped her spit once she knew what Hinata meant as she tried to reason with the other two members almost pleading for another option, "Are you sure this is the best option to make my body movement functions work again? I mean there are other methods, right? R-right?"

Tatsumi for his part just smiled down on her with a bright and cheery expression as he held her down firmer making the first master even more nervous from his words, "Oh don't worry Mavis you are in hands of an expert. Hinata knows what's she doing plus there ain't no magic to heal you in one spot. I mean there probably is but then again though we don't have the time so please bear with us right?"

Mavis for her part pouts at this as she responds in a blank tone to Tatsumi with a deadpan expression to him, "This for the fight, isn't it? I mean I was running on adrenaline at the time and you wondering why I couldn't body function fail sooner in my fight correct. Didn't you say I get a healer in my guild why can't we recruit her now?"

Accurately guessing what Tatsumi's thoughts were and taking this chance for pity revenge in a friendly manner Tatsumi chose to ignore Mavis's comment as he glanced at Hinata, "So then Hinata how much time will it take to make Mavis work again."

Mavis seeing that Tatsumi ignored her question only made her more right in her assumption and demanded like a child of his attention, "Hey! You do know my guess is right you jerk! You are still pitied over the fight you jerk!"

Tatsumi only smiles as he is being very pitiful at the moment as Hinata nods her head making Mavis nervous again hearing Hinata's response, "It would take some time but hitting all the major body points in Mavis would be simple since she's still a child. But it will be some pain involved so please bear with us Mavis-san usually we would've done regular muscle exercise to work again but we lack the time so…"

Mavis then expressed her anime-like worry expression as she tries to reason with the two to do something else that requires less painful action to restore her body muscles functions, "Wha… what about we do the normal way I mean there's no need to do this right? We can –"

Before Mavis could respond Hinata already began to pressure point Mavis 13-year-old body as she felt the pain of her nerves responding control again as well as her muscle fibers being pressured to respond to them as well as hitting the right pressure points to reconnect her nervous system control to the muscle fibers to have control again.

However, though…

"AHH!"

"Ouch!"

"This hurt!"

Mavis felt the immediate pain of having her muscles and nervous system being reattached by Hinata as the process did take some time for her to recover her body functions again without the months of doing body therapy in months and Hinata recovered Mavis body function in seconds.

Tatsumi seeing this finally getting his revenge on Mavis expressed a gentle kind smile to her as he spoke trying to soothe her pains, "Don't worry Mavis the pain will soon subside soon enough of your muscle numbness or failure. See was it so hard for you to have your body back to normal in seconds instead of months of muscle therapy?"

Mavis could only shoot a glare at Tatsumi for this as she childishly thinks to herself inside her head as a chibi version of her pop inside her head bitting down her clothes seeing what Tatsumi was doing, 'Damn it Tatsumi! I know you are just a very pity person taking this chance as revenge at this point! But don't worry I'll be sure to pay you back for this somehow this I will make sure happens.'

As Hinata applied the muscle medicine of her world to Mavis's body Tatsumi enjoyed her suffering and considered his win his pity revenge.

A/N: Here you go folks another chapter to see how the members are doing and also Tatsumi getting his pity revenge. Also, have anyone always wondered how characters that have been stuck for a long period of time can still move around like it was nothing and not expect their muscles to be stiff or numb weird right?
