However, her face blushed embarrassedly before handing Xyrus the newspaper, "I can't read it. It looks like Japanese."

Xyrus chuckled at her reaction before reading the newspaper, language barrier isn't a problem to him, as he already learned all kinds of languages in the whole planet earth, so he could read the newspaper just fine.

As he continue to read, his frown got deeper before muttering.

"But I still have to help her look for her parents." He muttered next before speaking to America.

"You should use the compass to point us to where your parents are."

America nodded and soon, the compass pointed them straight forward to the South.

"Let's go." To be honest, Xyrus could just search the whole universe about their whereabouts, but he has to be careful lest he offend someone stronger than him like the Living Tribunal.

And besides, he doesn't know the life force of her parents. After all, each souls has different kinds of marks on their life force so that finding them by sensing their life force would be easy.

Xyrus touched America's shoulder and casted a spell on her that enables her to fly.

"Let's go straight." Xyrus said before flying forward in fast speeds.

"Wait!" America tried to call out to him but he was already too far, so she could only do her best to catch up.

After a few hours of gruesome air travelling, they finally arrived in a bustling city.

However, unlike the Foosha Village, this island seems to be more bustling and everywhere reeks the smell of rich and wealth.

'This reminds me of France.' Looking at the structures of the buildings made Xyrus remember the structures of France, both of them looked very similar.

"Let's try asking someone." America said before flying down while Xyrus reluctantly nodded.

He felt like something is wrong on this city, after all, he could sense the intense negative energy, and he could also hear some cries of help, almost everywhere on the city.

When he landed on the ground, they both found a fat and ugly man walking around, however, there is something unusual on the man, unlike a 'normal' human, this guy wears something similar to an astronaut as if there was a virus on the air, which Xyrus and America found funny.

"Hey there, can you tell us where we are? And, what's with your fashion, you look like an astronaut." America asked before chuckling as she pointed at the man's wearing.

"Youuu!!!!!!" Immediately, the man's face got red and pointed at the both of them.

"Kill them! No, leave the girl to me, she'll serve me as a slave from now on!" As soon as the man shouted, several guys with incredible muscles ran to them.

"Wait what?" America got confused as she and Xyrus was both surrounded by the guards.

"Hurry up! They dare to offend this God!"

"A God? You don't look like a God to me." America remarked, however, that just increased the anger of the fat man.

"I change my mind, bring the both of the to my torture room! I'll teach them a lesson!"

Meanwhile, Xyrus has already guessed why this place reeks of evil. It's because this place is the home of some nobles who think that they're gods.

"Don't bother with them, we'll just extract the information out of their heads and leave." Xyrus said before snapping his finger and casting a sleeping spell on the guards, except for the self-proclaimed god.

"W-what happened?! D-don't come any closer! Aren't you afraid of the Marine Admiral?! I'll immediately call a buster call on you and your family!" Seeing that Xyrus was getting closer and closer to him, the self proclaimed god started stepping back, however he lost his balance and fell on the ground.

Seeing that Xyrus was already an inch away from him, Xyrus couldn't help but scrunched his nose when he smelled something bad.

He looked down and saw that the fat man peed himself in fear.

"I-I-I-I'll kill you and everyone you know!!" However, despite that, he still managed to have the gal to threaten him.

Xyrus was amused by this, so he clenched his palm on the man's head and stared directly at his eyes.

He doesn't need to use the mind stone to read his memories, after all, this man's mind is very weak.

As soon as he streamed through his memories, Xyrus can't help but clench his hand more until the man's head blew up like a watermelon.

Luckily, his back was facing America, so she only saw a splash of red.

Hearing his words, America nodded in understanding and took out the compass.

"But the compass says that my parents are here." America confusedly said before realizing.

Xyrus also realized this and asked America.

"Do you still remember what your parents look like? You just need to think about them, so I could see what they look like." Xyrus then explained his intentions. From what he had read from the man's mind, every day, there would always be an auction that sells devil fruits and humans, mermaids, murlocs and many more as their slaves.

And this guy, attended every auction like a diligent student.

Since he doesn't know what her parents look like, but Xyrus could guess that they were sold as a slave to the celestial dragons.

America nodded and started thinking about her parents and what they looked like.

Xyrus read her surface thoughts and finally saw what they looked like.

Xyrus's face turned grim when he remembered seeing a familiar face on one of the slaves that were sold.

However, what confuses him is that, there were supposed to be the two of them on the auction, however, only one of her parent was seen and sold.

The question is, what happened to her parent who lived as a slave for years, and also what happened to her other missing parent.
