Chapter 1:Prologue

In existence everything has rules and concepts

And those concepts were created by something called the "Akashic Records" and the "Root"

Which was beings that are Omnipotent and a NIGH-Omniscient

Why nigh-omniscient to be exact?

Well.....

Let's start from the beginning

------"Tokyo JSDF Main headquarters"---

In the halls of Japan's JSDF Main headquarters, We can see a man wearing a camo military battle uniform, heading back to his house after being promoted into Lieutenant Colonel

He is our main character, Kana Endo who joined the JSDF because of his obsession.

What is his obsession you ask?

His obsession is becoming an epic 5-star JSDF general because, 1. He loves military-related things, 2.He is raised in a military family where all the family members have served or is serving in the JSDF

He basically grew up in it and it's in his blood

Now we can observe Kana exploding in excitement

"Yaaattaaaa! I'm finally closer to becoming a 5-star general of my dreams"Kana excitedly shouted to himself

He knew that he was obsessed but he embraced it instead of suppressing it and hiding it away

He arrived home and did his daily life things

Clack! Clack! Clack!

We can hear the sound of many footsteps in a hurry

The JSDF is very busy today because of the incoming threat of a terrorist attack

Many soldiers are immediately deploying into the frontlines to start the defense of the Kansai region

Because of this incoming threat, Kana is also very busy as a lieutenant colonel in the frontlines, he is managing his troops to coordinate with the commander-in-charge

But no one ever knew that while the soldiers and the officers were tense, Kana was very excited and saw this as an opportunity

-"few minutes later, the start of attack"-

After just a few minutes the terrorists started attacking the defense line created by the JSDF

Brrrrt! Brrrrt! Bang! bang! bang! bang!

Sounds of bullets being fired echo'ed throughout the coast

Bullets were being exchanged and bullets were flying through the air

Boooom! Booom!

Explosions shot by tanks and artillery rang with every shell claiming a life and another and another as it goes on.

The defense line of the kansai region is near the forest in the coastline and the sandy beaches

Sadly the JSDF only had small time to prepare for the invasion and is slowly being pushed back while the officers are requesting reinforcements from the Navy and the Air force branches

--"inside the Command tent"--

Inside the command tent, Kana broke the tense atmosphere by speaking to the commander

With an acting skill that could compare to an Oscar awardee, he spoke to the general

"Sir, permission to talk?" Kana asked Commander Aozaki

Commander Aozaki is an old man with grey hair and a tall stature with an aura of experience and an aura that commands obedience

"Talk son" Commander Aozaki replied to Kana

"Sir, this may be an absurd request but... please let me join in the frontlines and fight alongside my men!" Kana bowed to Commander Aozaki

"Oi! Oi! That is just plain stupid Endo!" One of his collegue, who is also a lieutenant colonel, shouted ahead of others

"And why exactly is your reason to do that son?" Commander Aozaki said to Kana with an eerie amount of calmness and an invisible pressure weighing him down

"Sir! I would not just leave my men to die like that! We are like brothers!" Kana said resolutely to Commander Aozaki with flames of determination burning in his eyes

After a few minutes of silence, Commander Aozaki suddenly laughed and the other officers were speechless.

After the Commander stopped laughing, the Commander smiled to Kana.

"Alright! I'll allow it! You reminded me of my younger self with that will of yours!" Commander said to Kana with the look of nostalgia

"Thank you very much sir!" Kana saluted Commander Aozaki

Kana went out of the tent and immediately went into the armory

He equipped himself with a black, sleek, M4A1 rifle with a 4× scope,a M9 beretta with a flashlight, a medium sized military backpack filled with ammunition that amounted to 480 bullets, MRE's, a canteen of water, a kevlar vest, an entrenching tool, and his combat armor of a helmet, boots and his other essentials like; a utility belt with grenades, a tactical knife, and the holster of his sidearm

Kana went into the vehicle parking and drove a military jeep to the defense line of his troop composed of 1,049 with approximately 151 casualties or is injured

While explaining what happened Kana joined in the fight too

He quickly analyzed his surrounding area to find the most efficient area to entrench himself and his troops

---"Flashback"---

"??? Do you know why the genius, Kana Endo, was quickly promoted to a Lieutenant Colonel?" ??? Said to ???

"Why?" ??? Asked ???

"It is because of his god-like analytical and observation ability, he can easily scan his surroundings and find the most suitable and efficient place to fight in" ??? explained to ???

"Aaaaahhh!" ??? was amazed

--"End of flashback"--

Kana found the place

It was a hilly area that is mostly hidden by bushes and trees

Kana plans to re-enact the defense strategy of the Battle of Normandy

The one with the bukers and soldiers being mowed down by machined gun fire, but this time the enemy has nowhere to hide

"Quick! Some of you! Entrench this this area!"Kana commanded his troop

The troop knew of his capability so they obeyed his order

They quickly entrenched themselves on the hill with the cover of the plant life

They also dug small holes for the other soldiers to fire through

Bang! Brrrt! Boom! Boom! Bang! Brrrt!

The chaos continues but this time it's on a much larger scale

The terrorist group is strong because they also have fighter jets, battle helicopters, bombers, tanks, artillery, and more advanced military equipment

---"few hours later..."---

Even though everything was going well and the terrorists being decimated

The terrorists had one last ace in their sleeve....they decided to launch missiles

Pssshh! Prrrrrrr rrrrtt! Boooom!

Some missiles were successfully destroyed but some came through

One of those missiles targetted the main character and his battalion and Kana saw that from the start, so he ordered them to quickly evacuate the position but...Kana had to stay behind because of the few remaining enemies will kill his men while their back was turned, so he stayed back

Tears escaped from his and his battalion's eyes

"I'm sorry mother..father.. I will be going first" Kana's eyes looked cloudy and accepted his fate

""Lieutenant!!!!"" the battalion watched as their lieutenant getting shot while taking down those enemies

Now that they are far away they can see the explosion going off

""Uwaaaah""

""Haaaaah!""

The battalion cried louder for their brave fallen commander

When they reached the outpost many can see the sadness that they had

Commander Aozaki came up to them and started talking to them

"What happened?! And where is lieutenant colonel Endo?!" Commander Aozaki asked them

"He...He...is gone..He sacrified himself for us! FOR US!" A random soldier answered and didn't care about who he is talking to because they were mourning

---"A few days later"---

After a few days later Kana was awarded the medal of the Grand Order of the Chrysanthemum, the highes medal of merit that could be awarded for anyone in Japan

They held the burial of him for 3 days straight and built statues of him in the Kansai region

He was buried near his home and his family was rewarded handsomely

But...This isn't his END.....It is only his beginning....
