Giving Love Advice To Subaru

The chat group members agreed with Sairyoku and soon enough, they all left Lugunica and returned to their respective worlds, leaving Sairyoku and Subaru with Emilia, Felt, and Old Man Rom in the loot house.

After the chat group members left, Sairyoku secretly released his mana sense throughout Lugunica. However, he discovered something.

'Why isn't Reinhard here?'

'From what I remember in canon, Reinhard had saved Subaru in his fourth run from those three burglars.'

'I'll ask Subaru about this just to be sure.'

With those thoughts in his mind, Sairyoku shifted his attention to Subaru as he asked, "Subaru, do you know someone named Reinhard who has red hair?"

Hearing Sairyoku's question, Subaru looked confused as he asked in return, "Reinhard? I don't know anyone by that name, let alone meet someone with red hair."

This time, it was Sairyoku who was confused as he asked again but then he remembered that the Witch of Envy would prevent Subaru from speaking about his regressions.

Instead of talking to Subaru in real life, Sairyoku summoned the chat group interface and started a private message with Subaru.

Although Sairyoku could easily kill the Witch of Envy if he wanted to, Sairyoku was worried that Subaru might lose his Return By Death Authority if the Witch of Envy died. Even if that wouldn't happen, Sairyoku wouldn't risk it.

After all, if it ain't broken, then don't fix it.

For now, Satella "loved" Subaru and she wouldn't let the Witch of Envy mess with Subaru that much. Since both Satella and the Witch of Envy weren't hostile to Subaru and even loved Subaru, Sairyoku didn't plan to intervene.

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): Subaru, if you didn't meet Reinhard, who saved you when you were ganged up by those three muggers?]

[Car Company Subaru: Sairyoku, how did you know? And who is Reinhard? Do you know the future?]

Sairyoku already expected this response from Subaru so he had already made up an excuse for it.

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): I can't see the future. But I can create a simulation by running an analysis throughout the entire world and then everything in the world acts out as it would. The product of the simulation would then lead me to a simulated future that I created from analysis and deduction.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): For comparison, it's like how a chess engine can predict the best chess moves. Or like how you will know the cause and effect if a fire burns a paper which would lead to the paper turning into ashes.]

Sairyoku wasn't lying about this since he was capable of doing that.

However, he doesn't do this since it's not that reliable.

For example, Sairyoku couldn't simulate a future correctly if two days from now, another transmigrator were to arrive in Lugunica.

Sairyoku would have no way of knowing since it's external interferences that weren't included in his analysis.

[Car Company Subaru: Damn, aren't you a monster? I should call the admins and game dev and let them nerf you since you are clearly cheating!]

[Car Company Subaru: Ah, I don't mean this as an insult.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku: I'm not insulted. Having monstrous power doesn't make the holder of it a monster. Even a good power like healing can be used to torture someone so rather than the power, it depends on the nature of the user.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku: Also, answer my question. It's important since it regards your safety. If you don't know, Reinhard is the strongest person in this world. As for how strong he is, he can destroy the world and recreate it with just one slash of his sword.]

In response to Sairyoku's words, Subaru paused for a while before pointing his thumb toward Emilia, "She saved me when those three bastards were about to mug me."

Hearing Subaru mention her, Emilia looked at Subaru and nodded.

Afterward, Emilia shifted her attention to Sairyoku. She was about to speak but she decided to remain silent since Sairyoku appeared out of nowhere and she didn't know anything about him.

Sairyoku looked at Emilia and said, "I know you have many questions to ask, but know that we are good people and we don't mean any harm."

Subaru retorted, "Sairyoku-san, that's what bad people would say."

Sairyoku whispered in annoyance, "Can't you cooperate with me?"

Hearing Subaru and Sairyoku's conversation, Emilia chuckled which caught Sairyoku and Subaru's attention. Especially Subaru who started simping and blushing after hearing Emilia's angelic laughter.

After that short incident, Sairyoku soon introduced himself to Emilia, "I am Furukawa Sairyoku. I and the brothers you have seen from before had come from the world beyond the Great Waterfall."

"You have my greatest gratitude for helping Subaru from those muggers."

"If you have any requests and as long as it is within my power, I can grant it."

In response, Emilia shook her head and explained, "I helped Subaru and it's for my selfish intention. He had already repaid me by telling me that he didn't know anything about my stolen insignia."

"He had also helped me in returning my insignia as well as having you and his friends assist me in defeating Elsa. Rather than repaying me, I owe you and Subaru a favor."

Sairyoku already expected this but since he wanted his bro Subaru to have a native of this world taking care of him as well as letting him get the Waifu, he already decided to play the wingman for Subaru.

Sairyoku nodded, "That's true. However, do you really not need any assistance?"

Sairyoku added, "By lost insignia, you should be one of the candidates for Lugunica's throne, right?"

Emilia nodded and didn't hide it from them, "I am Emilia, one of the five candidates for Lugunica's throne."

Hearing Emilia's introduction, Subaru was glad that he finally knew about Emilia's name.

It still haunted Subaru when Emilia had introduced herself as Satella and he and her had a misunderstanding due to that in the following timeline.

[Car Company Subaru: Thank you, Sairyoku-san! Thanks to you, I have finally known about Emilia's name.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): Although I want to accept your thanks, I decided not to, and instead, I will roast you for being an incompetent male. You need to up your game, bro.]

Wanting to teach Subaru how to take down Emilia, Sairyoku stopped time much to Subaru's surprise.

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): I stopped time so don't make a fuss about it. It's just a trivial ability. The important matter at hand is your love life. I know you like Emilia so as a professional when it comes to love, I'll teach you everything you need to know.]

Subaru gulped in nervousness after hearing Sairyoku's message.

[Car Company Subaru: Please give me love advice, brother!]

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): Okay then. I'll start and be sure to listen to me.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): That girl Emilia has some issues so as long as you listen to her and do everything you can to be there when she needs you, she will eventually fall in love with you.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): I usually don't give such advice since most girls don't want a beta yes-man male. However, Emilia is an exception since she has been isolated and only has Puck to trust and rely on. If you can become Emilia's trusted friend, you'll eventually become someone she holds dear in her heart.]

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): Furthermore…]

Sairyoku continued giving his love advice to Subaru.

After a few minutes had passed, Sairyoku finished his explanation as he sent Subaru a message.

[Secretly Rich Otaku (Admin): If I hear that you are abusing Emilia or you didn't treat her well, I'll beat you up until she can no longer recognize you. Since I gave you this advice, then I'll take responsibility for anything bad that happens due to it.]

Hearing Sairyoku's threat, Subaru was unfazed by it as he patted his chest in confidence and declared, "I won't treat Emilia badly! I love her and I will do everything I can to let her become the ruler of Lugunica! I'll be her loyal knight and I will not serve anyone other than her!"

However, after Subaru made that declaration, Subaru felt bamboozled after noticing the smirk on Sairyoku's face.

Subaru soon noticed that Emilia was blushing heavily while the world was no longer in stopped time.

In other words, Sairyoku deactivated his time stop after sending his 'threat' to Subaru!

Sairyoku teased both Subaru and Emilia, "Did you hear that, Emilia? Subaru's words are also my words."

"Since he is willing to become your knight, I will act as Subaru's sponsor, and by default, I will also become your sponsor. I know you already have Margrave Roswaal as your sponsor, but it doesn't hurt to have more sponsors, right?"

Emilia had lost her composure after Subaru's confession as well as Sairyoku's teasing.

But soon enough, she showed her qualities as a royal candidate as she regained her composure and responded, "I can't answer Subaru's confession yet. As for your sponsorship, you might need to have a meeting with Roswaal for that so the two of you can form an alliance."
