Suddenly many memories surged into my mind, it felt really unpleasant! But these training methods were really something.

I got up and started looking through newly acquired memories, and started imitating 'Way To Do Push-Ups!'.

It was a really strange position even though outsiders would see it as a normal push-ups stance. My muscles were hurting before even starting actual exercise!

Suddenly I heard a robotic voice again, like the one I always heard for many years.

After gaining 2 more strength points, I tried using other ways to train and everything worked as it did right now, stances were all the same but the method was actually continuously making muscles twitch, even running felt like pulling the whole mountain made of steel!

After few tests I got to know that the intensity of training was growing along with my strength, even that mountain of steel was getting heavier.

And there is even a way to train Endurance!

Although at the time I didn't know, I actually felt 1 year like 1 hour...

Like this 100,000 years passed by which only felt like 11 years.
