2 Figuring out the situation and first spell?

The experience was much less embarrassing than he originally expected. One reason might be because he was originally a human or because Pharma was his mother, so it removed any sexual feeling from the experience, but he was pretty sure he wouldn't have any problems with finding the ponies attractive in the future despite this experience. He is now one of them after all... And in the end he was in a body of a newborn colt so it's a given that such things don't really bother him...

They stayed together for a while as she rocked him in his crib, while singing a song. She had a really nice voice and Starfall wondered whether it was normal here and most ponies could actually sing like that. That would explain all those songs happening in the show.

Starfall pretended to fall sleep, while fighting with his body internally as not to do so in reality.

When his mom was convinced of his sleeping status, she finally left, and Starfall could finally open his eyes. There was too much too do for him to fall asleep just after a while of being awake. Now was his chance to analyze his situation. Honestly, he didn't even had time to properly panic yet...

But should he even panic? What's the point? He won't change his situation like this... What happened, happened. And now he is a Pony...

'I hope my mom is not grieving too much back on earth...' Thought Starfall a little sadly. 'Well...at least in a way, I found myself in a paradise-like world. I should make sure to be the best I can be, this time around. It's basically my second chance after all...'

So Starfall started to think about his next course of action...or at least he would have if not for a single, very important fact.

'Wait...Am I...Is that...A HORN!!! I'm a freaking Unicorn!!! Oh my God...umm... I mean, Sweet Celestia!!!' The realization dawned on Starfall. He could use magic! MAGIC!!! This new life suddenly became even more exciting than he expected!

'I wonder how strong my magic is... I know I'm not a monster like Twilight or Flurry Heart, but I hope it's possible to increase your magic with training. If that is the case, then I might even be able to catch up to that purple unicorn bookworm.' Plans were already forming in his mind and the excitement finally caught up to his newborn body as Starfall fell asleep with a smile on his face...

A few days passed since that day and Starfall started to get used to his role as a little baby, or filly for that matter... He found out that taking naps when he needed was the best way for him, as his body didn't took good to staying up for too long. Instead he just didn't inform anyone of his awakening by simply not crying. When he was hungry, he just tended to make an 'AmAm' sound which his mom easily recognized as Starfall wanting to eat.

Whenever he was alone, he would try to move his body, or use his magic, as of yet with no results whatsoever, but he was not in any way discouraged. It was something that he was really excited about after all.

At the times when he was in the presence of other ponies, he would try to listen to their talk looking for information.

He found out quiet a lot of thing already, one of the most important being the existence of Ponyvile. That fact greatly narrowed the timeframe of his Reincarnation, if he was not in an AU...

On another matter. As Starfall was being carried through the castle by his mother, he heard multiple ponies, guards etc. discussing the newest Alicorn of Equestria. Turns out that just a while ago Cadence received her "Promotion" and from a simple Pegasus became the first Alicorn to emerge in the last thousand plus years! He couldn't clearly understand what really transpired but from what he understood, being greatly affronted by a certain scandal, she tried to unmask an illegal love potion cartel ,and accidentally fell into a giant vat full of the thing. A normal Pony would have been heavily poisoned if not dead from such an accident, but Cadence's innate affinity to love magic instead absorbed the potion and turned it into a crazy amount of magic power that overcharged her body and caused a mutation into an Alicorn.

A big part of this last fragment was mostly Starfall's speculations based on the knowledge about pony magic he gathered from the show and his own theories, but it made sense in a way when he added two and two together.

More Days passed and before he realized, it was already two weeks since his arrival in Equestria. What he managed to gather in the time he was here, allowed him to understand that he was somewhere around the age of Twilight Sparkle if not a year or two older than her. Of course it were all his speculation as she was never mentioned by anyone specifically. But the fact that Twilight Velvet worked in the Castle and could be occasionally seen with a teenage Shining Armor should be as good a proof as any about what timeframe he found himself in...

But all those accomplishments wouldn't be possible if not for his lovely mother Pharma Blueblood. It seems like She made it her life goal to introduce her son to every single Pony in the entire Canterlot Castle.

He also met his father a few times and he turned out to be much more pleasant than he originally assumed. Seems like he went on a delegation to Saddle Arabia and that was the reason for his absence in those first few days, but as soon as the news of his birth came to him, he run back To Canterlot catching the first train on the way.

He was a burly unicorn stalion with a golden coat and black mane which were not what he expected from a Blueblood bloodline but it did explain the colour of his own Mane which Starfall could finally see after his mother brought them in front of a mirror.

Starfall Finally saw himself in the reflection and couldn't help but be surprised with what he saw.

He expected a blond mane, the same that Prince Blueblood wore in the show, but what he got instead, were obsidian like black hair with a single gold bang, and large, deeply mesmerizing, purple eyes, that sparkled in the light. Despite the monochromatic nature of his coat, Starfall couldn't help but admire himself in the mirror not unlike his mother who continuously praised his good looks through the entire mirror session...

He was curious whether Blueblood used hair paint to look like he did in the show or if it was the effect of reincarnating into his body... Or maybe he was not the same pony at all and he just assumed so from being in the same family and in similar timeline. He will probably know when the time comes...

He never stopped trying to use his magic through all this time that passed, and he finally succeeded after the second week came to an end.

One of the chewy toys that lied in his crib started to float in the air, but he could not rejoice for long because what he expected to happen finally came...magical exhaustion...

He didn't know if it was just because he was a little baby or because he just naturally had little magic, but the toy only floated for a few seconds before he couldn't continue and finally lost consciousness...

He awoke in the morning to the feeling of his mother rocking him in her hooves.

He could feel the motherly love emanating from this woman towards him. Somehow, it felt even stronger than what he felt from his mom there in his previous life. Starfall didn't know the reason for that, but he already decided not to mourn his previous life and instead enjoy his second chance, so that could have been a part of the reason.

He could see himself loving this mare as his real mother, as she certainly felt qualified.

He really couldn't understand how the original Blueblood turned out as he did with a mother like Pharma. 'She really feels like an angel and she even is on a friendly terms with Celestia! If that is not a proof of character then I don't know what is...' Thought Starfall as he enjoyed the feeling of being rocked.

As him mother was tucking him back in the crib after feeding him, she told him something that surprised Starfall.

"I'm sorry that we never have much time to Play with you Honey, But our schedules are very tight lately. I'd love to just take a leave and stay with you all the time, but being Nobility comes with responsibilities. But don't worry, I'll provide you the best foalsitter in Equestria if i have something to say about it and I do! I hope Cadence will be interested. I haven't seen her for a month already. She really appears to be enjoying her new job of spreading love but she should not forget about visiting her family." Complained Pharma.

Seems like Cadence was traveling and spreading her magic around... Understandable. In the end, she's basically the princess of love.. It would be weird if she didn't enjoy sharing her element...

"But don't worry Starfall. I'll bring her back even if I had to drag her back with my own hooves!" She proclaimed and Starfall decided to make a cute giggle to appease her.

"Oooh gosh! Look how cute you are Baby! You'll be a Mare-killer in the future! Yes, yes, Hahaha!" She said when she saw his cute behavior.

That's how Starfall's life in this new and beautiful world began...
