As Much As I Want?

"Never got the chance is it?" Apophis said as she smiled.

"That is correct, I never got the chance," Yuuya said as he looked in the mirror again as his back faced Apophis.

Apophis smiled a bit while looking at his back.

"Do you think you changed a lot?" Apophis spoke as she sat down on the bed.

"….Yes," Yuuya said in his monotonous tone but he somehow looked really weak to her it would be the same to anyone else but to her who has lived with him for more than 200 years she could read his emotions pretty easily.

Apophis looked at Yuuya's back with some complex emotions.

'The only time he was so weak was at that time…' Apophis shook her head

'I have changed a lot from who I was, there is no way I can tell her how I feel after I have become like this. She will hate me more than anything.' Yuuya thought as he looked away from the mirror.

'That is the truth,' Yuuya said to himself in his mind as he closed his eyes. But he felt two arms wrap around his body pulling him into a hug.

"You haven't changed at all you know," Apophis spoke in a soft tone as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"….I have," Yuuya said as his eyes opened because of the sudden hug.

"No, you're still the same Ash I know that jumped into the abyss to his certain death rather than becoming a hostage to lure his teacher out," Apophis said with a chuckle.

"….That is a matter of my own pride, and even if I did get caught. She wouldn't even bother saving a dead weight like me." Yuuya said as he closed his eyes again.

"Both of you are really prideful, aren't you?; Do you really think she wouldn't save you?" Apophis asked as her hands around him tightened.

"…She wouldn't," Yuuya told her as he believed it or maybe he wanted it to be that way.

"Don't you think that you are taking that woman too lightly? She will save you and you woud've gotten beaten up later, but that is beside the point," Apophis said softly.

"Then what is the point here Apophis?" Yuuya asked.

'Would you look at that?' Apophis smiled to herself.

Apophis pushed Yuuya on the bed pretty easily and straddled his waist.

"WOOF?!, WOOF!!!" Hati woofed as she was confused about what was going on and woofed at Apophis in anger.

"[Sleep]," Apophis said while looking at Hati who wobbled and fell asleep on the spot.

"What are you doing?" Yuuya said bringing Apophis's gaze to him.

"How long are you going to pretend that you didn't have the chance?" Apophis said as she moved her face closer to Yuuya and caressed his face with her hands slowly while looking into his eyes.

The words surprised Yuuya as he looked at Apophis who was smiling.

"Apophis get off," Yuuya said in his monotonous voice but the sadness in his eyes was clear after he heard those words.

"If you answer my question then I'll get off, but until you don't....." Apophis said as she leaned forward and pressed her body against his.

"Get off," Yuuya said again.

"If you want to, then push me off yourself," Apophis smirked as she said that.

"….You know that I can't do that," Yuuya said as he looked away.

"OHO, Why? Are you charmed by my beau-"

"You know I am not strong enough at the moment." Apophis's words were cut short by Yuuya's monotonous voice.

"You really are a cruel man you know…" Apophis smiled as she looked at Yuuya.

"What did you expect when you push me down like this?" Yuuya just shrugged his shoulders.

"What did you expect when you show your back to a snake, you know what happens when a snake catches its prey. It devours them slowly and oh so lovingly." Apophis said while looking into yuuya's eyes and she moved her lips closer to his….

COUGH*

"Apophis-san what are you doing?" Grayfia coughed to hide her embarrassment as her eyes darted around the room.

"Come on Grayfia, I thought we had a deal." Apophis said as she pouted.

"I don't know which deal you are talking about?" Grayfia said as her face turned a bit rosy and she walked towards them with a tray in her hands.

"So you are going to play dumb now?" Apophis said as she smirked at Grayfia whose blush got deeper.

"Can you discuss this after you get off me? i feel a bit uncomfortable here." Yuuya said in his monotonous voice.

"Ok, but I won't leave you next time, so you better be prepared," Apophis said as she stood up beside the bed.

'Snakes can be really troublesome,' Yuuya thought as he sat down on the bed again as nothing happened he just didn't want to waste his breath on this.

'She won't listen even if I say anything,' Yuuya just shrugged and saw Grayfia sitting down on the edge of the bed near him as she placed the tray on the bedside table and picked up the bowl that had piping hot porridge.

Grayfia scooped some porridge and blew on it slowly cooling it down.

"You know I can eat on my own just fine," Yuuya said.

"Master you are still in a weak condition so please let me take care of you," Grayfia said in a stern tone with a small smile as she placed the spoon near Yuuya's mouth.

'It doesn't look like she will back down,' Yuuya thought as he saw Grayfia's smile.

"Ahh*," Yuuya opened his mouth and Grayfia fed him.

"Is it to your taste Master?" Grayfia asked.

"Yes it's good," Yuuya said as he ate his food and Grayfia took another spoonful blowing on it to cool it down for him.

"Here," Grayfia then continued to feed Yuuya who ate the food without saying anything and finished his food slowly

"Do you want more Master?" Grayfia asked as she wiped Yuuya's face with a towel and handed him a glass of water.

"Can I have some cake?" Yuuya asked while looking at her.

"No, as Master has just woken up after two days so please refrain from eating anything heavy it will affect your health," Grayfia said as she stood up.

"Pretty please?" Yuuya asked again a bit cutely this time.

"Pfft," Apophis burst into laughter and crouched down on the floor as she covered her mouth.

'Use all the means you have or something like that.' Yuuya gave her a side glance.

"…..N-no, But master can have as much as you want after you recover." Grayfia nearly faltered as her face heated up a little but she still refused in the end.

"Pity. But still, as much as I want?" Yuuya asked.

"After Master recovers but, still under a limit please," Grayfia said as she looked at Yuuya with a soft smile.

"Ok," Yuuya nodded.

"Then please sleep it is already past midnight and Master should get proper rest," Grayfia said as Yuuya nodded and lay down on the bed.

Then Grayfia covered him with the blanket and walked out of the room after picking up the tray all while ignoring Apophis who was still laughing.

After some time Apophis stopped laughing as she stood up and looked at Yuuya.

"She really worries a lot about you," Apophis said as she sat down on the edge of the bed.

"…I guess she does," Yuuya answered in his monotonous tone while looking at the ceiling.

"It is good that you know, so rest properly as it will take a lot of time for you to recover from that stupid stunt you pulled," Apophis said as she stood up.

"Um," Yuuya nodded and closed his eyes falling asleep immediately.

"So he fell asleep that quickly, if I didn't live with you for so long I would've thought you were a koala in your past life." Apophis smiled and muttered but she understood that the burden put on his body was a lot. If someone else was in his position they wouldn't even be able to move their finger let alone sit up and move around like a normal person.

To summon a weapon that has well surpassed the classifications of Divine constructs as a human and survive, She didn't know anyone who could do this and this also included gods if they were in the same condition, although she knew some who would survive through willpower alone, but it was rare and the point being surviving the summoning anything after that wasn't hard to guess.

"And here he is sitting up after just two days talking like it's nothing, even with just a small part of his soul he still holds that tenacity." Apophis shook her head leaning forward while moving her long bangs over her ear with her fingers and lightly kissing him on his forehead.

"I hope you can see what is in front of you rather than being stuck on what has already passed," She said softly as she stood up and walked out of the room after she turned the lights off.
