69: There were two?

Everyone in the hall turned to look at Sui, but her eyes looked at the princess the whole time. 

No one else in the hallway mattered except the princess and her order.

Those narrowed, icy eyes held Sui captive, and she was confident the princess would say 'no' at first.

But the princess surprised Sui by merely giving a slight nod in her direction.

"Do what you want to."

With the permission given, Sui quickly ran out of the hallway.

She was glad to cover her face and mask her features today. Otherwise, she was sure everyone would know who she was by now.

Sui quickly took the commoner's exit, which was mostly empty. 

People had run away to take shelter from the demon and the princess's anger. 

Sui did not encounter too many people as she reached the outer circle where the demon was first noticed.

'Where is the demon? I can't spot it easily.'
