Chapter twenty-three: Diamond Jozu

By doing the accounts of the various crew members and their capacities, Joz had gradually come to think of the trades on his ship. What was missing was a more than exciting and essential profession: Doctor.
During the long boat trips in One Piece, if there was no doctor on it, an illness could quickly become fatal.
So imagine if there are injuries in the crew, without a doctor, the crew members are just living corpses: zombies.
It was especially since it was not uncommon to see poison during a major naval battle between pirates. The former Brooks crew had been killed by a poisoned naval battle or even Crocodile. The poison was often the preferred weapon of the weak to bring down the strongest (except Magellan, which has an admiral level equal to the admirals of the navy).
The ship sailed from island to island searching for a competent doctor; that was the goal. But since his last bounty update, Joz knew he had garnered a lot of attention at West Blue.

'A mission?' Joz thought, looking out of his cabin window. He knew that if he had just started a mission, it meant that there was an action that was going to happen or had already happened.
"CAPTAIN! CAPTAIN! CAPTAIN!"
'Speaking of the wolf.'
While Joz was thinking in his cabin, one of his subordinates came in abruptly calling him.
"Calm down. What's going on?" Joz asked, giving him a glass of water while smiling. He already knew what was outside from the description of his mission.
GLOU GLOU GLOU
"AAAAAH, thank you, captain! We have a problem; three naval ships are heading straight for us," Mike announced with a gloomy air.
"Hmmm, how did they learn our position?"
"Since José's death, the naval headquarters have moved some elite troops to calm the rise of the pirates of this sea," Robin said, entering the cabin as well.
"Hahaha, alright, change the direction of the ship. We're heading for the navy ships," Joz announced cheerfully.
"QUOIIIII ????? you are crazy, captain. There are at least two lieutenants and one commander," cried Mike.
"I'll take the commander, I'll leave the rest to you," said Joz smiling, then continued with: "It's time to see if your training has paid off."
With these words, the diamond crew changed direction and headed for the navy ships.
... Marine POV...
"Commander, the diamond crew, are heading towards us," a recruit said to Llanson.
"Alright! Don't let them take the initiative; circle them."
"Yes, commander"
'These pirates are as lunatic as those in the new world,' Llanson thought.
Llanson was a new commander promoted after José's death. He should be promoted after José's retirement, but his death (José) caught everyone off guard, including him. He was on Grandline as a lieutenant and had assisted his commanding officer on several arrests. He had the level (power) to be commander on the four seas but lacked experience on Grandline. When the navy sends people from Grandline to the four seas, they are bound to rise in rank because the power levels on Grandline and the four seas are utterly different.
"Tell the lieutenants to fire warning shots, and if they don't want to cooperate, destroy their masts," Llanson said, still looking ahead in the direction of the Diamond Rusher.
"Yes, commander!"

BOOOM BOOOM BOOOOM
To the surprise of the navy, the diamond crew not only did not decide to stop when they were warned but made a big collision with one of the navy boats (the one on the left to be precise).
The navy on this ship controlled by one lieutenant didn't expect Joz's boat to be this fast.
The collision had destroyed the navy ship in two. The front end of the Diamond Rusher was made of diamond which was perfect for this type of collision. After all, the diamond was one of the hardest materials in the world. Of course, the ship was not wholly destroyed because the bottom of navy ships was made of seastone.

"LIEUTENANT! LIEUTENANT! LIEUTENANT!"
"Put out the fire!"
"The lieutenant was attacked by bounty hunter Daz Bonez."
"HOW? 'OR WHAT?"
PAN PAN PAN PAN
"Kill them all!" Joz yelled, leaping over the part on the surface.
The Diamond Rusher and the navy ship had become a real battlefield. Joz knew that the navy would surround him not to destroy them quickly, thanks to the bombardments. However, the most effective method to avoid this bombardment from all sides was to collide with one of the navy ships and create absolute chaos in the collision zone. The other two Navy ships will not be able to attack Joz or his boat as the two crews faced each other on the destroyed Navy ship and the Diamond Rusher.
Daz was in a 1v1 duel with the Navy Lieutenant: both being swordsmen, making this duel even more interesting than it was.
CLING CLING CLING
Joz was also causing carnage among the Marines with the help of Robin and some of his crew. The other part was busy shooting the other navy ships, forcing them to keep their distance.

"Shit! Lieutenant Dan is completely trapped," Llanson said, banging on the table in front of him. He watched the battle on Joz's ship through binoculars while destroying all the cannonballs that Joz's crew sent.
