Chapter 14

Ron decided to ask Tara about the father and son pair.

Ron looked at Tara who was still blushing. He took a deep breath in and the lingering fragrance of Tara entered his nostrils.

He remarked unknowingly "You smell so good like flowers".

Puffff...

Tara was giggling when those discernible words entered her ears.

The edge of Ron's mouth curled when he saw her giggling and he was genuinely happy to see that.

He asked, "Did you ever come in contact with Grand elder?"

She replied by nodding her head "Yes, two days after we arrived at the clan. Young Master went to roam around the city, so I decided to take look at the clan".

"Then I met the Grand elder who was initially shocked to see me and then said I would be a cultivation genius in the future after he took my pulse reading. I could feel that he was sensing something while holding my hand".

Ron nodded while smiling and spoke "Tara, you have a special body constitution. I know it is awkward to say this but you should not lose your virginity until you reach Core formation."

"Your cultivation might be slow during Body tempering and Energy condensation realms but it will be fast in Core formation and above stages. It's all because of your special body constitution called Nine Lotus Sacred body."

Tara was looking at her feet as she did not want her young master to see her red face which was as red as a tomato.

Ron patted on her shoulders while laughing.

He then entered his room and stated "Only a few days remain for the Martial spirit ceremony and I would be exiting the seclusion only on the day of the ceremony. Do not worry about me and don't let anyone disturb me."

Tara watched the figure of her Young master disappearing into his room as she murmured to herself with a blush "Young master, I was yours, I am yours and I will always be yours. My soul, heart and body are just for you and I will always love you, my dear Young master".

Ron after returning to his room began his cultivation within thin the first region of the Phoenix pearl vast world.

Time flows..... One day... Two days..... Three days... Four days...

Finally, the Martial Spirit Testing Ceremony Day arrives....

Within the pearl, Ron opened his eyes with furrowed eyebrows and then sighed.

"I have finally stabilised my cultivation at the peak Late Ninth stage of Body Tempering realm. I spent twelve days within the first region to reach the peak late Ninth stage whereas four days must have passed outside."

Grandpa Phoenix materializes near him and nodded "Good... Good..... You have a good aptitude and talent even though not as good as me."

Ron rolled his eyes and pretended as if he did not hear any of those. He decided to continue his cultivation.

"Kiddo.... Today is the Martial spirit Awakening Ceremony. Do you want to be late or have you planned to create a Superstar late entry buzz?"

Ron promptly opened his eyes and smacked his forehead for forgetting about such an important occasion.

He desperately wanted to know what type and grade of Martial spirit he would awaken.

"Hahaaahaaa..... Boy, you have an extraordinary talent and aptitude. You also have that Heavenly rune along with a powerful seal within your soul. Do you really think that the Martial spirit awakened would be ordinary after having all these?"

"I can guarantee that you would awaken a martial spirit of grade seven and above."

Ron smiled "I hope so."

Ron left his seclusion within the pearl and returned to his room.

Back in the dwelling, Ron headed straight to the dwelling's main hall.

When he arrived at the main hall, there was an authoritative looking elderly man in his late forties with a head full of white hair, a square face and sharp eyebrows dressed in a white robe sitting on the head seat, and next to him was a beautiful kind looking woman in her mid-forties.

A pretty girl was serving tea to them.

The elderly person sitting on the head seat was Ron's grandfather Robert in this life, Robert Boris, the Chief Military commander of the Seven Cranes kingdom.

The elderly woman next to him was his sweet grandmother Maria whereas the pretty girl was Tara.

The next moment, he heard his grandfather Robert laughingly scold him, "This little fellow, there isn't anything wrong when you make someone else wait for you. But you made us your grandparents wait too. Haahaaahaaa..."

There was no anger in the voice but only delight, pride, and more importantly, happiness!

Ron was embarrassed and scratched his head but one could see happiness brimming in his eyes.

"Grandfather..... Grandmother....."

He sprinted towards his grandparents and hugged them tightly.

They were elated and hugged him back with intense love.

His happiness and the action to hug his grandparents were involuntary and uncontrollable actions of his body.

It was the instincts and deep emotions of the previous passed away Ron which even affected the present Ron.

But Ron was actually inwardly delighted to have these emotions and actions and thereby experience them.

This is because he was an orphan in his past life and thus felt glad and joyous to feel the love and care from his grandparents which he wanted to treasure it forever.

Family Love.....

Family is where life begins and love never ends. There is no love greater than the love shared within a family.

He recalled the famous quotes about family love from his previous life on planet Earth.

One of the favourite quotes Ron liked was the quote by George Bernard Shaw which states "A happy family is but an earlier heaven".

Ron's second favourite one was from Michael J. Fox that stated "Family is not an important thing, it's everything".

He was extremely pleased to have a family in this life.

Tears of happiness were streaming down from the face of Tara to watch her Young master happy.

But there was someone else who was shedding tears like a waterfall way more than Tara.

Boo hooo...Boo hoo....

Ron raised his head and saw his grandfather Robert crying.

Grandfather Robert was whimpering because he missed his grandson so much and couldn't see him for the past few months.

Robert was an authoritative, courageous, short-tempered man but in front of his grandson, he was a weak and delicate man who was overprotective of his grandson.

"Look.... Look, he is crying! My grandson is actually crying like a baby as he missed me all these days! He is indeed my lovely grandson, crying the moment he sees his grandfather!"

The old man was sentimental at the moment and spoke emotional words whereas his saliva began to spit all over with most of it landing on Ron's face.

Ron was completely speechless by the shamelessness shown by his Grandfather.

He had thought that grandpa Phoenix was the only geezer to be so shameless. But his biological grandfather just proved him wrong.

It was his grandfather Robert who cried like a baby but in turn placed that accusation on him.

"Darn old man, you're going crazy again..... even crying! Don't frighten my grandson with your childish behaviour? Oh, good grandson, let granny hug you. Hahaha, look at my handsome grandson."

By the side, a kind-looking old lady snatched Ron over from the hands of his grandfather Robert and hugged him like a treasured darling.

"Grandmother, I missed you".

"My Darling child, your grandmother missed you too."

Grandfather Robert interjected with a smile: "Ron, the clan is conducting the Martial Spirit testing Ceremony today".

Grandmother Maria endorsed the words of the grandfather Robert and remarked "It is about time to awaken the Martial spirit in your body. Your grandfather Robert and I are planning to bring you over to the Clan Martial Hall for the awakening ceremony."

Ron blanked for a moment and then nodded.

Thus, Ron was led by his grandfather Robert and grandmother Maria and they went to the Martial Hall of the Boris Clan.

When they arrived at the Clan Martial hall, it was already packed with people waiting with their children wanting to find the martial spirits.

Other than grandfather Robert who was an elder of the clan, there were also other elders and leading family members of the Boris Clan seated within the Martial hall.

As their group entered the hall, all the elders stood up to greet elder Robert and then bowed their head.

"Greetings, Commander Robert."

"Greetings, Elder Robert."

Elder Robert was not just an elder but was also the Chief Commander of the military of the Sven Cranes kingdom, above all and only below the King of Seven Cranes kingdom.

His designation as the most powerful person in the kingdom and only below the King in the kingdom was way more significant and influential than that of being an elder of the Boris Clan.

" Haahaaahaa.... Dear friends, greetings to all of you. I hope you guys have been well."

All of them laughed.

Then grandfather Robert turned his vision towards the centre of the hall where an imposing middle-aged man stood with a square face and thick, dense eyebrows.

This man was the Grand Elder of the Boris Clan, Antony Boris. Also next to Antony Boris stood a boy who looked to be a few years older than Ron.

It was none other than the Grand elder's second son Louis who was also here for the Martial spirit awakening ceremony.

Both the Grand elder Antony and grandfather Robert greeted each other with a smile. Grand elder Antony bowed to show his respect to Robert.

Grandfather Robert and Grandmother Maria led Ron to their designated sitting area.
