It piqued Ron's interest and making him wonder what could it be that is extremely difficult to obtain even for those talented geniuses and asked "What was it that was so difficult to obtain?"

"Obtaining the tenth stage cultivation known as the Exalted stage cultivation in the realms below Godhood."

Ron was stunned beyond belief and exclaimed "What!!!"

"How is this possible? I have no knowledge of it or heard about it ever. There is no information about it even in the clan library." Ron was perplexed.

Grandpa Phoenix expected such a reaction from Ron and uttered "It is difficult to reach the tenth stage in the realms below Godhood even in the Celestial world. So, it must be extremely difficult for cultivators of this lower world."

"Powerful forces of this world might not know the method of obtaining the exalted stage. As for those who obtained it, it must be due to some lucky opportunities that they acquired."

"One can only reach the exalted stage in the realms below Godhood because your cultivation would be compressed to form a God spark crystal commonly called as Godhead. The benefit of reaching exalted stages appears during the formation of Godhead."

"Exalted stage cultivation helps in developing a better higher quality of Godhead. Those who reach the Exalted stage are peerless within the same realm and can also battle with people of higher cultivation."

The realms below the Godhood are the Mortal realm and the Sainthood realm.

The mortal realm comprises the Body tempering, Energy condensation and Core formation realms whereas the Sainthood realm comprises the Saint, Saint king and the Saint emperor realms.

Grandpa Phoenix stated "The reason I stopped you from breaking the barrier is to know whether you are interested to obtain the Exalted tenth stage of Body tempering before reaching the Energy condensation realm but let me rephrase it for you again that it would be extremely difficult to reach the tenth stage for you even with all my support".

Ron was composed and then spoke calmly "I always wanted to be peerless no matter what I do just like how I was the peerless assassin on the planet Earth".

Grandpa Phoenix smiled and nodded as if he had expected this result.

"Fine, now listen clearly to what I say and don't interrupt me. A barrier is actually a gateway. Usually, in order to breakthrough and reach the next realm, we strike the barrier with our spiritual energy but the destruction of the barrier was caused by an external factor and so the opening of the barrier was not voluntary. This causes the cultivation to rise to the next realm skipping the Exalted tenth stage."

"To reach the exalted tenth stage, the opening of the barrier must be voluntary. So first, make the barrier stronger by suppressing your cultivation. Then spread the excess energy to all the parts of your body so as to store the energy within each meridian of the body. Suppress and store as much as possible."

"You will feel extreme pain because the spiritual energy will expand all the energy paths, vessels, inner organs and all the meridians in the body to the extreme."

"When it reaches a certain extent, the pressure exerted by the body becomes greater than the barrier pressure in a natural and systematic way and so the barrier cannot withstand the pressure thereby opening up voluntarily without us breaking the barrier. Thus the Exalted tenth stage is obtained".

Ron was listening to the Phoenix with full attention.

Then, he started practising according to the method explained by Grandpa Phoenix.

He began suppressing his cultivation and the quality of spiritual energy within his body improved because of it.

Suppressing the cultivation became more and more difficult as time passed. The spiritual energy in his body was thickening due to the continuous compression of the energy.

After a long time, Ron could not compress his spiritual energy in the dantian anymore and so he started moving the compressed energy through the energy channels to different parts of the body.

The body organs, meridians, tissues and vessels bulged as more energy entered into it.

Cracks started appearing on the energy channels and meridians as they expanded beyond their capacity.

Ron's whole body was suffering from terrible pain as if he was pierced by thousands of swords. He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth.

He started losing his consciousness due to the extreme pain caused by the tearing and cracking of internal body components.

He tried everything to control himself. He even bit his tongue to stay awake so that he doesn't faint but the extreme pain he was suffering soon made him faint.

Time passed by....

Within the vital world of the Phoenix pearl.....

At a later time, the pain subsidized and Ron gradually regained his consciousness.

Ron sweated a lot and his clothes were fully drenched in sweat and blood.

His body was covered in a layer of black impurities mixed in blood.

Ron checked his body condition and soon found that each and every inch of his body was brimming with pure spiritual energy.

He also felt unfettered as if he broke some invisible shackles that chained his body.

"Hahahahaaaaa....Congrats kiddo, you just broke through to the tenth stage of the Body tempering realm, You have attained the Exalted stage of the Body tempering realm" Phoenix was laughing.

Ron who was pleased with his current cultivation smiled back "Thank you, Grandpa Phoenix".

"Kiddo, why don't you thank me by entertaining me with a dance?" Phoenix sneered.

Ron who was still smiling and laughing was dazed and then he gradually twitched his mouth. All the happiness he felt at the moment was flushed away by a single remark from Phoenix.

Ron's face darkened. He returned to cultivate and stopped paying attention to the Phoenix.

"Kiddo, I am really bored. Do something."

Phoenix continued blabbering but later went silent after getting no attention from Ron.

While Ron was cultivating, he heard a knock on his door.

He left the vital world and opened the door to find Tara standing.

Tara was shocked to see her young master clothes covered in blood.

"Young Master, what happened to you? Why are you covered in blood?" Tara screamed with worry.

Ron pacified her and informed her that it was impurities discharged from his body after cultivation and not to worry.

After hearing the pacifying words, Tara calmed down.

She informed him that his grandfather Robert was waiting for him so as to attend the resource allocation meeting.

He actually forgot such an important thing while spending around two days cultivating in the vital world.

HE nodded at her with a smile and then returned to his room to freshen up.

HE came to the main hall to find his grandparents discussing something.

Ron bowed to his grandparents "Grandfather.... Grandmother...."

Grandfather Robert turned towards Ron and said "My child, we are going to be late for the meeting. Come quickly."

He pulled Ron and embraced him. Then with a swift movement, he disappeared from the hall carrying Ron in his embrace.

Grandmother Maria and Tara looked in the direction of the disappearing silhouettes.

In the Martial hall, there was a sudden gust of wind and two silhouettes emerged.

Grandfather Robert paid his respect to the Clan Chief and other elders.

The First elder came forward and then talked about the number of spirit stones allocated to each member of the younger generation who has awakened the Martial spirits in the ceremony according to their grades.

All the elders including grandfather Robert nodded.

Then the first elder decided to speak about other relevant details related to the clan.

At that time, grand elder Antony turned his head and winked at the Clan chief Bigil as a hint to his signal.

Suddenly, Clan Chief Bigil interrupted the first elder as if he had some important matter notify everyone.

Bigil spoke calmly "I plan to open the Energy pool earlier than the decided date so as to make it useful before the Profound sect entrance exam".

The clan members present in the hall were shocked but then realised the importance of the Profound sect entrance exam for the clan.

The crowd were discussing the clan rules that allow the top three of the Awakening ceremony to enter the energy pool.

But suddenly, the Clan chief glanced at everyone before opening his mouth to announce "I plan to open the energy pool for Louis to practise in it. Only Louis would be allowed to enter this time."

The entire crowd was stunned by the decision of the clan Chief.

Grandfather Robert who was flabbergasted for a moment stood up from his seat and shouted with anger in his eyes "Presumptuous!!!"

The first elder gloomily said "Clan Chief, you cannot allow that. The energy pool is opened every three years and the top three are allowed to practise in it. This is a clan rule which cannot be allowed to change".

The second elder who supported the Clan Chief and grand elder stated "First elder, Louis is the most talented genius of our Boris clan. He is the one and only clan member with a grade five martial spirit, so we should help him as much as possible".

Grandfather Robert who heard these words roared "Shut up, you lowly dog, scram!!!"

The second elder felt awkward, ashamed and humiliated but he did not have any words to justify himself.

All he could do was muttering something to himself under his breath.

Everyone in the clan knows that the second elder was a blind follower of Grand elder Antony.
