10 Beware

Urie and Rain got back to work the next day like nothing happened.

When Urie woke up, Axel was already nowhere to be found. Lucas said that he had a business to attend to. And that the two of them had an upset stomach. That caused them to faint.

Axel had already fired the chefs as Lucas told them. And had them delivered to their own homes afterwards.

Even after that, Axel had not any contact with him.

But what about the kiss?

Though it happned only once. It should have some meaning to it, right?"

"A penny for your thoughts?" Adam stood infront of him. Holding a cup of hot coffee on one hand. And a slice of chocolate cake on the other.

It's no secret that he is a sucker for both. Adam handed both to him.

"I figured you haven't had your breakfast like every other day."

"Thank you." he smiled at his thoughtfulness.

Rain was busy acting on one of his scene elsewhere. That Urie didn't have to feel guilty of accepting Adams good-heart.

"I heard you disappeared with Rain the other day. If you two wanted to go somewhere, you could have just asked me."

"It's okay. We didn't want to bore you with our nonsense."

"Do you dislike me that much?" Urie felt hurt rose in Adam's voice.

"You know, it's not like that." he said trying to console him.

"Or are you afraid that someone might misunderstood seeing us together?"

"Adam, I really don't get where you're coming from-"

"I like you."

Urie almost dropped both the coffee and cake that he's holding.

That was indeed a revelation..

"I really like you, Urie. I'm just afraid that it'd get in the way of our frienship. But I've always loved you."

"Adam I-"

"Am I interrupting something?" that deep familiar voice brought chills to Uries spine. He immediately stood up as soon as he heard it.

Axel was standing next to the producer of the drama they are all starring.

Adam's face started to turn grim before Urie's reaction. He can see how affected the latter is with his rivals presence. And he can't help but feel jealousy.

"It seems that we came in a very bad timing." Axel was about to leave. When Urie called him back.

"Is there something you need to tell us?"

"Are you sure you wouldn't want to continue your lover's confession?" Axel fired away.

Urie can't help but raise an eyebrow at him. He felt quite offended by that remark.

"I see. You didn't want to talk to me." he left the coffee and the cake near a table. And started walking away.

Axel immediately caught up. And dragged him away from the sight of others.

He was pushed back to a wall. While Axel had him cornered with his body.

"What are you planning to do now?" Urie hissed. He's pissed how Axel messes then ignores him the next day. And it didn't happen once. "What do you want from me?"

"Don't make this any harder for me. You don't know what kind of-"

"Let me think, I'm making it hard for you to control yourself? Get a hold of yourself, Mr. Cartilier. Not everyone wants to get your attention badly."

Axel looked at him with gleaming eyes.

To think that he's already turning red with all the frustrations he's been holding to. Eversince he met this guy.

"If I'd known you're this kind of a person. I wouldn't have-"

"Liked me?"

"You wish."

"I don't need anyone's attention besides yours." Upon hearing him said that.

Uries guard fell flat on his knees. He was so sure that Axel would end up kissing him.

But he only shook his head while avoiding his stare.

"I have an important announcement along with the producer. It's better you get back first to avoid any suspiscion." that's all. Axel basically turned his backk on him. Avoiding his stare.

When Urie came back. The producer was already announcing the 'Great-news' to everyone.

"I'm happy to announce to everyone that Mr. Cartilier will be our biggest investor for this drama series. He thinks that the actors are in high caliber. And needed more exposure. So, he is willing to give every endorsements that his company has. To help with our actors. And to also better promote the series to everyone."

Urie felt a warm hand secretly envelope his waist. When he turned, he saw Azalel wearing a blank expression. He tried shrugging his hand by moving continuously. But it only held him tighter.

Although they were surrounded by the other crews. He is still afraid that someone might take notice of what's happening.

"Stop moving. Or I'm afraid I might do worst than this." his hips suddenly stiffened at the thought. "Good boy." a devious grin played Axel's lips. As his hand started rubbing his tummy.

What else can he do but bite his lip? Is this guy really fond of torturing him this way?

"It would be nice if you can carry my child. I'm quite confident it'd be the most beautiful child. Having you as its mother." Axel had the guts to whisper to one of his ears.

"You're really crazy."

"Blame it on yourself for making me this way."

He was about to counter his words when the producer called Axel to stand on its side.

"What's with the angry expression? The way you stare at him could kill someone." as soon as Axel started his speech. Rain had come to his side.

"I really wish I could."

"I smell a lover's quarrel. What's wrong now?"

"We're not lover's. He's not someone I would want to have anything to do with. His fickle and on top of that a pervert."

Urie didn't realize that his voice had started to raise. Until almost everyone in the room was looking at him.

Rain almost burst into laughter after his face turn bloody-red.

He got more frustrated when Axel smiled sarcastically while looking at him amused.

None of them realized how Adam stared at the moment. Jealousy and envy filled his chest. He didn't want to admit at first. But Urie must have fallen for Axel that night at the party. Or maybe even before that. He was afterall, Urie's dream-guy."
